Purpose of the Job
The Quality and Service Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the reliability and quality of our systems by carrying out testing activity for enhancements across Salesforce, Dynamics and Business Central. The role supports the smooth delivery of changes by combining structured testing with targeted service support, including triage of incoming issues and resolution of tickets.

About the role:
You will work with the Senior Service Manager to ensure the protection of women and children’s rights. You will represent Advance in partnership meetings and deputise for the Senior Service Manager as required, working closely with partners such as the Police and Social Care teams to improve services for survivors of Domestic Abuse.
You will have responsibility for supporting and line-managing, including performance management, domestic violence frontline workers to provide a high-quality front-line service to women experiencing violence against women and girls while ensuring that Advance’s values, policies and procedures are embedded into service delivery.
You will also take the lead in day-to-day crisis situations and provide day to day advice and guidance on casework, safeguarding and information sharing concerns. You will oversee and improve the duty system while also overseeing rota systems including ensuring there is regular attendance at the MARAC and specialist court.
About you:
To be successful as the Ealing Service Manager you will need the below experience and skills:
You will have a thorough understanding of violence against women and girls with a particular focus on domestic violence (physical, emotional and sexual violence, ‘honour- based violence’, forced marriage and FGM). With an excellent understanding of the impact of domestic violence on children and young people, families and communities. A breadth and thorough knowledge of safeguarding practice, procedures and legislation. A good understanding of the operation of the criminal justice system, MARAC and public sector environment in which services operate. Brining significant experience of building and maintaining a strong and motivated team. With experience of delivering training and workshops in a multi-agency setting and a proven track record of building and maintaining networks and working with partner agencies and other stakeholders to develop and deliver services.

Role outline and purpose
The Organising and Local Mobilisation (OLM) Manager is responsible for managing ongoing support to food banks as they organise and campaign for change. This varied, proactive, and fast-paced role will involve working closely with grant funded Local Organisers as part of Trussell’s Organising Programme, frequently visiting food banks and delivering online and in person training.
You will hold responsibility for providing direct support as food banks develop effective campaign strategies – covering local and Trussell priorities – and ensuring they have the capacity, skills, and resources to deliver them. You will also work closely with other departments at Trussell and external partners to support food banks outside of the Organising Programme to influence locally and play a leading role in mobilising them to campaign for change.
This role is part of Trussell’s Supportive Communities programme, the goal of which is to enable local communities to become places where people at risk of needing to use a food bank are supported and are using their agency to bring about meaningful changes that prevent anybody from needing emergency food. This role is focused on the successful delivery of the overall programme outcomes, contributing to the fulfilment of our long term vision of a UK without the need for food banks.
Role responsibilities
· Network area-wide delivery of the Organising Programme: Lead and manage the delivery of OLM’s Organising Programme in your network area, recruiting food banks to join, providing in person and online training and ongoing relational support to Local Organisers to ensure campaign strategies are developed and delivered. Organise and lead area-wide training, clusters, or events for food bank staff and volunteers to promote co-operation and sharing of good practice around local influencing.
· Training, learning and programme development: Play a key role in the design and delivery of a programme of training and other learning for food banks covering organising, mobilising, and influencing. Contributing to impact and process evaluations and assisting food banks involved to explore future sources of funding, as required.
· Supporting food banks to influence locally: Empower food banks to develop their local influencing work, triaging influencing issues and managing input from other relevant Trussell Trust experts to provide ongoing support that enables the food bank to progress their influencing work.
· Mobilising food banks in Trussell’s campaigns: Support the development and promotion of national Trussell policy campaigns, working with other teams and external partners to engage the food banks you support in taking action - including how they might take ownership of campaigns locally and help shape those priorities.
· Internal stakeholder engagement: Project manage OLM’s involvement in assigned cross-organisational projects – e.g. a policy campaign or strategic project, ensuring the OLM team are consulted, negotiating with other teams and making decisions accordingly. As part of an area-based matrix team you’ll work closely with other food bank facing staff to ensure a joined up approach to food bank support, effective communication, as well as sharing learning and best practice.
· External stakeholder engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with food bank leaders, staff, volunteers, and trustees, as well as establishing effective partnerships with a range of stakeholders such as local authorities, community organisations, and churches.
Person Specification
Technical skills and minimum knowledge:
· Experience of delivering organising work and/or campaigning for change at a grassroots, local and/or national level.

As demand for the MRCPsych CASC examination continues to increase, we are recruiting to two complementary coordinator roles within the Examinations team: Examinations Co‑ordinator (Resources) and Examinations Co-ordinator (CASC). Together, these posts will play a vital role in ensuring the effective planning, development and delivery of the CASC examination in the UK and internationally.
The MRCPsych Examinations Co‑ordinator (Resources) will focus on examiner management, resources and logistics. Reporting to the CASC Operations Manager, the post holder will manage the coordination of the Board of Examiners, including recruitment, training, allocation and communication with all our examiners. The role also involves sourcing and managing venues, suppliers and other resources, maintaining examination systems and databases, and providing operational support on examination days.
The Examinations Co-ordinator (CASC) is a newly created role designed to strengthen capacity in CASC development and quality assurance activity. Reporting to the CASC Development Manager, the post holder will support the development, piloting and quality assurance of CASC scenarios, coordinate development events such as writing days and panel meetings, and assist with exam build, testing and post‑exam activity. The role also provides hands‑on support during CASC delivery, working closely with colleagues, examiners and role players.

What the job involves
As a Marketing Delivery Officer within the Integrated Marketing and Media team, you’ll play a central role in bringing communications plans to life. Working closely with colleagues across the Communications Directorate, you’ll coordinate the delivery of content and channel activity so priority communications land effectively and on time.
You’ll oversee delivery across a wide range of channels, coordinating content outlined in communications plans and delivering against priorities set by Communications Business Partners and Product Owners. A big part of the role involves working with delivery teams to understand their lead times, briefing needs and how to get the best outcomes from collaborative working. You’ll work on projects with teams across the charity, including sector-leading virtual fundraising challenge products, sporting events such as London Marathon, in-person events like March for Men, projects to promote our support services, Corporate Partnerships and much more. You’ll also liaise with our external media agency to support the delivery of content for paid media campaigns.
As part of cross-functional product teams, you’ll stay close to evolving priorities and take ownership of the production and delivery of communications activity. This includes copywriting, editing and reviewing content, developing creative briefs and overseeing delivery of the communications plan. You’ll coordinate asset requests, organise briefings and channel planning sessions, and help connect product teams with delivery teams so everyone is aligned and working efficiently. You’ll get to work with teams across the organisation and get to see first-hand the work we’re doing to give men the power to navigate prostate cancer.
What we want from you
You’ll be highly organised, with the ability to calmly balance planned and reactive work while keeping a solutions‑focused mindset. You’ll be a confident communicator, comfortable translating complex or technical information into clear, engaging content for general audiences, and skilled at building trusted relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and external partners.
You’ll bring experience of copywriting for different channels, along with copy editing and reviewing skills, and have a solid grounding in creative content production, creative briefing and ideation. Practical experience using tools such as Canva will be important, as will project management expertise and familiarity with collaboration tools like Trello or Monday.

The Team
Exactly as it says on the tin, the Essential Services Team was set up to deliver essential services and we’re really excited to be restructuring the team. Whilst our Intervention Team works with members to figure out their next steps around housing etc. the Essential Services Team work to make sure that everything is in place we all get to spend time in clean, safe, friendly surroundings.
Working alongside an amazing team of volunteers the Essential Services Team provide it all, hospitality to housekeeping and everything in between. From welcoming members at reception to helping out with laundry, to making sure the place is clean and comfortable and well maintained, that we have enough of everything, that all the admin is taken care of and and that there’s something nutritious for lunch, the Essential Services Team are at the centre of everything we do – effectively, they are the engine that keeps the 999 Club running.

Join us at Single Homeless Project (SHP) as part of our Lewisham Vulnerable Adults Accommodation Service (LVAAS), delivering accommodation-based support across our properties in Brockley and New Cross. This is hands-on, day-to-day work alongside people experiencing homelessness and multiple disadvantage, where no two days are the same. You’ll build real relationships with clients, supporting them to stabilise, develop life skills and move towards greater independence, while navigating the challenges that can come with housing, health and wider support needs.

For over 15 years, Scotty's Little Soldiers has been supporting children and young people who have been bereaved of a parent who served in the British Armed Forces. We are about to embark on an exciting journey which will see the charity evolve to support anyone affected by a military-connected bereavement and ultimately empower a community of more than 25,000 bereaved individuals and their families by 2035.
Founded in 2010 by Nikki Scott following the death of her husband, Corporal Lee Scott, the charity currently offers a unique blend of emotional, practical, and educational support to over 750 young people.

Role Mission.
To be an integral part of the delivery of Scotty’s new navigating entitlements casework (START) Programme, a single point of contact service designed to support anyone affected by military-connected bereavement.
This is a hands-on, and vital role within a brand new team. You’ll be the first step in ensuring that everyone in the bereaved military community receives compassionate, personalised, and well-coordinated support.
The key responsibilities of this role are:
Service Design & Delivery
Working closely with the Head of START, contribute to the planning and rollout of the START Programme
In many cases be the first port of call for Scotty’s families, and be a welcoming and inclusive contact for all those families
Implement the new service model, workflows, triage process and beneficiary journey
Ensure the service you deliver is trauma-informed, inclusive, and responsive to beneficiary feedback
Manage your own caseload with support from Head of START programme
Team Leadership & Development
Once your experience has grown, provide peer support to any further caseworkers joining the team in 2027 and beyond (depending on demand)
Ensure an ongoing focus on your own learning and development, always creating space for reflective practice
Ensure that you live the culture that reflects The Scotty’s Way and encourages your own personal growth
Be an active part of the wider Families team contributing to Daily Huddles and team plans and objectives
Collaboration & Partnership
Build and maintain, alongside the Head of START strong referral pathways with external organisations (military & non-military charities, NHS, social care)
Build your expertise on navigating entitlements for the bereaved community to ensure that Scotty’s families receive the best possible support.
Work collaboratively with other Programme teams to ensure consistency, shared learning & efficient internal referrals
Monitoring & Evaluation
Ensure that you are reporting consistently on beneficiary engagement, support outcomes, and follow-up actions
Work with your direct support to use evidence and insights gathered to adapt and improve the service over time
Ensure CRM records are complete, accurate, so they can be used to inform delivery decisions
Contribution to Charity-Wide Goals
Feed into cross-functional projects including Outreach, Fundraising, and Strategy
Act as a representative of Scotty’s at sector events or external meetings where appropriate
Support content development by sharing anonymised stories, insights, and themes
The 30-day goals for this role are:
Built a deep understanding of Scotty’s mission, our audience, the services we provide, and strategic direction.
Worked closely with the Head of START and other programme Heads to understand the history of Scotty’s helping families navigate entitlements, including reviewing current and recent cases.
Become familiar with the key stakeholders, partners and organisations (including statutory, charitable and others) for casework in the START Programme.
The 60-day goals for this role are:
Built confidence and knowledge around the START programme aims and objectives, and the needs of Scotty families.
Supported the Head of START to implement the new casework programme and beneficiary journeys.
Built understanding of the processes that are in place to monitor the outcomes and impact of the new START Programme.
Contributed to the design of a light CRM for initial use in START casework.
Supported the development of and started to build understanding of the necessary processes and procedures for casework including safeguarding, triage, wait time limits etc.
Started the training plan for new START caseworkers.
The 90-day goals for this role are:
Supported the launch of the new START Programme alongside Scotty’s team members.
Welcomed the first families to Casework following the processes and framework that the Head of START has implemented.
Worked with the Head of START to set a clear plan for the remainder of 2026 and beyond for the START programme, establishing it as a quality Scotty’s service for families.
Starting to provide outcomes and data that enable the programme’s outcomes to be evidenced.
