This role is central to telling the stories that bring Carers Trust’s work to life and inspire people to engage with our mission. Through the creation of high-quality, engaging digital content across social media, video, web and written channels, the Digital Content Officer will help raise awareness of the challenges facing unpaid carers and demonstrate the difference that Carers Trust, our Network Partners and supporters make across the UK.
Working within the Marketing and Communications Team and closely alongside colleagues across the organisation, the postholder will develop and deliver compelling content that supports campaigns, fundraising, influencing and engagement activity. The Natural Capital Assessment Partnership (NCAP) has operated for over 30 years. Formerly the Habitat Biodiversity Audit, a key remit of NCAP has been to survey and gather habitat data across Warwickshire, Coventry and Solihull, combining ecological field surveys with pioneering satellite imagery and remote sensing analysis. About the role

Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking an experienced Associate Trainer to deliver high-quality training and workshops across Northern Ireland on behalf of Ygam. Although remote working, they would need to be living in NI for travel and delivery purposes. This position is offered on a self-employed associate basis (contract for services). The post holder will facilitate engaging learning experiences, maintain high standards of safeguarding and quality assurance, and contribute to Ygam's mission by helping professionals understand and respond to gaming and gambling-related harms affecting children and young people.
The role is ideal for an experienced trainer, educator or youth practitioner with strong facilitation skills and knowledge of safeguarding, education or public health, who is passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people. You will be confident working independently and remotely, while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
You will be skilled at adapting training delivery to meet the needs of different audiences and contexts, ensuring sessions are inclusive, engaging and responsive to participant needs.

Role Summary:
The Programme Development Officer is responsible for ensuring that The Girls' Network develops high-quality, consistent, and impactful programmes for girls and young women across all regions. Working closely with the colleagues in the Programme team, volunteers, and education establishments, the post-holder will support the development and continuous improvement of our mentoring, workshop, and ambassador offer. They will ensure that programmes are grounded in best practice and aligned to organisational strategy. The opportunity
You will lead the day-to-day delivery of fundraising across trusts and foundations, major donors, corporate partnerships and individual giving, developing new opportunities as well as managing and growing existing relationships.

Key responsibilities
Fundraising and income growth
Work with the Fundraising Director and COO to deliver BrainWaves’ fundraising strategy and annual income plan.
Manage and grow a pipeline across trusts and foundations, major donors, corporates and individual giving.
Research and develop new prospects, partnerships and sustainable income opportunities.
Prepare compelling cases for support, grant applications, proposals, presentations and donor communications.
Take ownership of agreed income targets, deadlines and activity plans, monitoring performance and forecasting income.
Manage funder and supporter relationships from initial approach through to reporting and stewardship.
Major donors, corporates and supporters
Work with the Fundraising Director, trustees, senior volunteers and specialist advisers to identify, cultivate and steward high-value prospects.
Build relationships with companies whose values and interests align with BrainWaves and develop appropriate partnership opportunities.
Help develop our individual-giving programme, including appeals, regular giving and supporter journeys.
