Natural Capital Assessment Partnership
The Natural Capital Assessment Partnership (NCAP) has operated for over 30 years. Formerly the Habitat Biodiversity Audit, a key remit of NCAP has been to survey and gather habitat data across Warwickshire, Coventry and Solihull, combining ecological field surveys with pioneering satellite imagery and remote sensing analysis. A second key aspect of NCAP’s work is managing the Local Wildlife Sites programme for the region.
Data acquired and produced by the team supports Local Wildlife Site designations, Local Nature Recovery Strategy development and monitoring, and creates baseline habitat reports and statistics. This localised yet UK-leading dataset provides robust evidence for decision-making and monitoring, plus a unique record of land-use change over the past two decades. Combined with Biological Records Centre species data, it offers an unrivalled picture of the local state of nature.
NCAP is funded by local authorities, managed by Warwickshire Wildlife Trust and hosted by Warwickshire County Council.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Associate Solicitor will conduct civil litigation in Britain and oversee cases in England and Wales. The role requires a qualified solicitor with experience of running litigious cases. We are seeking to expand our work in Britain to include civil discrimination claims, actions against the state, and media law work. We will work alongside hospital staff to proactively identify vulnerable young people and help them to access and engage the support they need to prevent any potential escalation of violence and reduce the risk of repeat victimisation or exploitation.
About this key role
You will be embedded in the hospital, providing support for those young people admitted to emergency departments right through to their discharge back into the community. This support extends post-discharge from the ED or Hospital with our Caseworkers working with the CYP and the professional networks to ensure the CYP voice is front and centre, this is to support the betterment of the CYP and their future, as well as reducing risks. This is done through providing 121 support in formulating the support plan with the CYP. This can also include supporting the family and advocating for them and CYP within the wider professional network.

As we are now halfway through delivering our 2030 strategy, this role offers the chance to play a hands-on part in keeping the association's finances accurate, compliant, and running smoothly.

About the role
As Finance Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of the charity, ensuring the organisation can continue delivering life-changing support for individuals and families affected by spinal cord injury. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will keep our day-to-day finances accurate and up to date, processing invoices, income, journals and payments, and supporting bank reconciliations, credit control, and year-end preparation. It is a role for someone who takes real pride in getting the detail right, and who wants their work to make a tangible difference.

Our client provides retirement services to those who serve or work for the church. Both a regulated pension fund and registered charity, more than 44,000 people rely on them for their pensions. The board also supports 2,500 retired clergy with housing, including managing a national portfolio of 1,200 rented homes and Community Living options.
Supported by a multi-million pound grant from the wider church, they are setting up a new function responsible for engaging with clergy at all stages of life and ministry on their current and future plans, offering access to grants to kick-start saving, bespoke advice at key life stages and tailored products that will provide people more choice about their future. As part of this new function, they are now recruiting for a proactive, empathetic Regional Adviser to deliver personalised support to clergy based across the South West region, helping them with day-to-day financial wellbeing matters, and retirement planning.
Working across Dioceses operating across the South West, you will proactively lead local engagement with clergy through structured, personalised one-to-one conversations, events and outreach, helping to connect individuals with expert advice, guidance, products and services that support their current and future financial plans. As a key point of contact for individuals and dioceses in your region, you’ll champion the needs and experiences of clergy, helping to build confidence about what the future might hold, and connecting people to the right information, products, specialists or local support. As a Bid and Proposal Manager, you will play a pivotal role in securing funding that enables Catch22 to deliver life-changing services across the UK. Working within a high-performing and collaborative Business Development team, you will lead the development of major public sector and grant funding opportunities, shaping innovative solutions that respond to complex social challenges and drive sustainable organisational growth.

Your responsibilities will include:
· Leading complex public sector bids and grant funding proposals from assessment through to submission, securing significant income and strategic growth opportunities for Catch22.
· Managing end-to-end bid and proposal processes, delivering high-quality, compliant submissions within tight timescales and governance requirements.
· Developing compelling, high-scoring bid content and innovative, outcomes-focused solutions that respond effectively to commissioner and funder requirements.
· Bringing together operational leaders, external partners and subject matter experts to create credible, deliverable and commercially competitive service models.
· Conducting competitor analysis and bid strategy development to inform bid decisions and maximise win rates.
· Building and managing delivery partnerships that strengthen proposals, enhance service quality and deliver value for Catch22.
· Providing leadership and assurance throughout the bid lifecycle, ensuring effective governance, compliance and proactive risk management.
· Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement, championing innovation and adopting new approaches and technologies that enhance bid quality and team effectiveness.
Qualifications
We are looking for highly motivated, results-driven professional who brings:
· Proven experience leading successful high-value or complex bids, proposals or projects.
· Exceptional writing, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
· A track record of securing six-figure public sector contracts and/or grant funding.
· Experience developing service solutions and funding propositions with operational teams, partners and stakeholders, including facilitating workshops.
· Strong commercial awareness and a good understanding of the business development lifecycle.
· Knowledge of one or more of Catch22's core service areas, including education, justice, employability, health, or victims and exploitation services.
· Confidence using technology, CRM systems and data to improve performance and effectiveness.
· An undergraduate degree, project management qualification, or equivalent relevant experience.
· A commitment to inclusion, equity and belonging, fostering positive and respectful working relationships.
· Willingness to travel across the UK to engage with colleagues, partners, commissioners and sector stakeholders.
