About the role:
As a Hub Team Leader you will ensure the delivery of excellent services to victims, both adults and children and young people, in accordance with the service specification and performance targets. You will support and manage operational staff, to ensure that the overall objectives of supporting clients is achieved.
You will work collaboratively with the Operations Manager/ Management Team, to achieve the implementation of the business plan and the development of the service to maximise positive outcomes for clients.
Youwill focus on performance management of direct line reports including the allocation/auditing of cases; collation of service performance reports; measuring KPIs; setting performance targets and undertaking quality compliance. This role will also lead on the development and delivery of training and information packages to a wide range of audiences and will be responsible for managing some of these key relationships.
You will help to support the Operations Manager in delivery of training and information presentations across a range of stakeholders both in person and online. This may require substantial travel and overnight stays

About the Service
Solace is embarking on a new five-year fundraising strategy, with ambitious plans to double fundraised income to £3m by 2031. This voluntary income plays a pivotal role in the financial wellbeing of the charity, enabling us to do more to support the thousands of women and children who come to us each year as a result of violence against women and girls.
Fundraising at Solace works closely with colleagues responsible for winning and managing statutory funding contracts, and is situated within the Business Development Directorate, alongside our award-winning Communications, Partnerships & Public Affairs teams. You will collaborate with colleagues within Fundraising – including Corporate, Individual Giving and Community – as well as across the organisation including senior leadership and Solace’s wider support and volunteer networks such as trustees and its lived-experience-led Shadow Board.
About the Role
This role will lead on our organisational approach to individual giving, legacies, campaigns and appeals, and community fundraising. The role plays an important part in raising vital unrestricted income and connecting us with our loyal supporters.
About You
You will be a collaborative, creative and solution-focused with the ability to drive forward an unrestricted fundraising strategy that both connects us with our local roots and deliver campaigns and projects that have national reach and drive income.
With a knowledge and an understanding of individual giving and campaigns and ideally some experience of legacy and community fundraising to drive individual giving. Working closely with our Communications Team, you will bring a creativity and storytelling to our fundraising.

Beginning Again is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation set up to promote the resettlement and rehabilitation of offenders and ex-offenders in order to reduce rates of re-offending and to contribute to the creation of safer communities.
It seeks to achieve its objectives primarily by providing mentoring, advice, and opportunities for gaining work experience in an outdoor setting as part of a team.
Role Purpose
This is a new, permanent role in Cumbria to implement the charity’s rehabilitation and resettlement plans to help reduce re-offending. The work we are undertaking, primarily horticultural, is currently focussed in the North West of the county but we wish to expand to other areas. The post holder will be expected to find new projects, suitable offenders and volunteers and to manage the Operations Officer. Assessing and managing risk is a crucial part of this role. As is collaboration with Probation services and local agencies as well as volunteer organisations.

About the role
We are seeking an experienced and thoughtful leader to join RABI as our new Head of Central Operations. This is a senior role at the centre of the organisation, reporting to the Director of People & Resources and working as part of the senior leadership team.
You will provide strategic leadership across finance, HR, estates and operational systems, while shaping and embedding a developing Data and Insights function.
Strong governance and financial stewardship remain essential. Beyond oversight, this role is about strengthening how RABI uses insight to inform decisions. You will help connect systems, people and data so that strategic choices are confident, transparent and evidence-led.
