We are looking to recruit a Family Engagement Officer to join our dedicated team. As a Family Engagement Officer, you will be at the very heart of our frontline service. You will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming referrals, conducting home visits, working closely with local schools, and supporting other local volunteers just like yourselves.
As our ideal candidate you will need to be within commuting distance of our warehouse in Leeds and cover the wider Yorkshire region. Because of this, you must have a full driving license and access to your own vehicle, and be fully willing to travel across the Yorkshire area as our services develop.
You will be someone who has good experience of the broad range of day-to-day case management, working with external partners, volunteer support, and administrative activities that working in a dynamic charity brings, and someone who enjoys the busyness and variety of this.

Location: Devon/Hybrid (This is a hybrid working position, combining home and occasional onsite working under the guiding principles for such roles. The working pattern and requirement for site attendance (for essential meetings) will be agreed between the line manager and post-holder)

Salary: £63,813 annum

As Head of Infrastructure and Security, you will lead the strategic direction, design, and delivery of the technology infrastructure and security capabilities, ensuring that IT infrastructure services are secure, resilient, and scalable and aligned with business needs.
