CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.
We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.
Breast cancer does not need to be detected late, and as long as we are here and continue to be supported by people like you, we will do all we can to make sure this doesn’t continue to happen.
The Role
This Corporate Partnerships Manager role plays an essential role in helping the Fundraising Team achieve our ambitious income target, as the role will primarily support the planning, development and delivery of our hugely successful partnership with Asda Tickled Pink.
Raising over £92 million since 1996, Asda Tickled Pink has been the largest supporter of breast cancer charities in the UK over the last 29 years. It has been a major driving force in breast cancer research breakthroughs, funding life-changing services and championing vital breast awareness messaging to its customers, colleagues, and suppliers. Asda Tickled Pink works closely with two charity partners, CoppaFeel! and Breast Cancer Now, to raise funds for better treatments, vital education and life-changing support, for anyone who needs it. Together, we’re putting breast cancer awareness on everyone’s list.
As we head towards the exciting milestone of Asda Tickled Pink’s 30th Anniversary in 2026, we are looking for someone to join our team who will continue to amplify CoppaFeel!’s unique voice, creativity and perspective through the partnership to ensure we are reaching as many people as possible with our life-saving message.
As Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will support the Head of Partnerships in the delivery of all elements of the Asda Tickled Pink partnership, encouraging colleagues, customers and suppliers to fundraise and raise vital chest-checking awareness for us. You will deliver a variety of activities across the partnership, from working closely with the team at Breast Cancer Now to brainstorm and develop exciting new colleague engagement opportunities, to reviewing and signing off creative assets and communications that will be seen across Asda stores and channels nationwide.
As the day to day lead on the partnership, you will be responsible for achieving the ambitious annual target. The role will involve lots of hands-on account management to ensure that the partnership continues to be successful and works towards achieving both its ambitious awareness and fundraising objectives. There is opportunity to identify areas for growth within the partnership which would work towards achieving key objectives both for Asda Tickled Pink, and also for CoppaFeel!.
As part of the Partnerships team, you may also be required to support on the day to day delivery of other team activities, events and account management, including responding to enquiries, participating in meetings with internal stakeholders and supporting the delivery of the wider partnerships team strategy.
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. You will be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings and in person training, we will provide plenty of notice for when you are required to be in for these purposes.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivering the day to day management of the Asda Tickled Pink partnership , giving excellent customer service and stewardship to maximise income and strategic opportunities for CoppaFeel!
- Be a key point of contact for the team at Asda and Breast Cancer Now
- Deliver account management plans, communications plans and engagement plans for the partnership helping to achieve the partnership KPIs
- Work closely with the Asda PR and Social team, and the Marketing and Communications Manager at Breast Cancer Now to deliver engaging partnership communications
- Work with the wider CoppaFeel! team to identify, pitch and deliver new innovative projects to help us achieve our strategic aims through the partnership
- Present to Asda colleagues and suppliers about Asda Tickled Pink, CoppaFeel! and the impact that their support has
- Write and deliver a quarterly impact report to communicate the progress of CoppaFeel! projects and activities to the Asda Tickled Pink team
- Write and review copy, content and artwork for different partnership activities
- Motivate and inspire Asda customers and colleagues to fundraise for Tickled Pink
- Work with key Asda suppliers to support and enhance their Tickled Pink campaigns
- Manage incoming emails and queries from the Asda Community team as well as other colleagues and customers
- Represent CoppaFeel! in external meetings with key stakeholders alongside Asda and Breast Cancer Now
- Work closely with wider CoppaFeel! teams to provide high quality account management for Asda
- Attend and support on a variety events throughout the year including the annual Tickled Pink supplier Ball and the Yorkshire 3 Peaks challenge
- Contribute to forecasting and budgets to support the Head of Partnerships
- Support the Head of Partnerships on the delivery of different strategic elements of the partnership
- Stay alert to different trends within similar partnerships across the sector
- Support CoppaFeel!’s EDI strategy, to ensure all our partnerships are helping us reach as many young people as possible
- Collaborate with the other Corporate Partnerships Managers, the Corporate Partnerships Executive, Head of Partnerships, wider fundraising team and CoppaFeel! team on relevant projects
- Future Line Management: as the organisation evolves may take on line management responsibilities, overseeing team members and fostering their professional growth
- Keep database and other records up to date
- Willingness to work flexibly and sometimes remotely with occasional out of core hours work (time off in lieu given)
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
Essential
- At least two years’ experience working for a charity in partnerships
- Experience managing medium/large corporate partnerships, supporting or managing large scale charity of the year, or strategic giving partnerships
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Creative thinker with the ability to identify different opportunities within a project or partnership
- Experience of problem solving and implementing solutions
- Good writing skills and communication skills with an eye for detail
- Good organisational and planning skills, to manage tasks and prioritise effectively
- Strong team-player who is self-motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about working for CoppaFeel!
Desirable
- Experience of working with income and expenditure budgets
- Experience of public speaking and presenting to different groups of people, both in person and online
- Experience of working with and managing volunteers
- Experience of working on high-value fundraising events
- Experience of partnership agreements and contracts and charity law

Job Purpose
As Director of Partnerships, you will:
- Lead on partnerships fundraising, including major donors, trusts & foundations, and corporates with a focus on securing six-figure multi-year agreements to significantly grow funds raised in this area from £1.6 million to £4.5 million by FY30, in line with Operation Smile UK’s multi-year strategy.
- Foster and facilitate collaboration across different departments within OSUK.
- Ensure business as usual is achieved in line with operational plans, while also exploring and implementing innovative initiatives and campaigns to ensure the future success of partnerships' fundraising.
- Represent OSUK at a leadership level, building relationships with industry peers and peers within the Operation Smile global team to ensure best practice across all areas.
Key Responsibilities
Philanthropy Leadership
- Leads strategy, planning and operation of the major gift, trusts & foundations and corporate giving channels.
- Develops annual business plans and budgets in collaboration with the Executive Director (ED) and Executive Team.
- Strategically identifies and qualifies potential new donors to grow the prospect pipeline.
- Prepares development communications: solicitation and acknowledgement letters; case statements and proposals; stewardship reports; briefing notes; gift agreements.
- Identifies, cultivates, and solicits major gift commitments from high-net-worth individuals
- Monitors activity of the team, ensuring that benchmarks are achieved, including submission of solicitations, donor contacts and meetings, confirmations of donations, and other performance indicators as related to the team checking their portfolio.
- Provides the organisation with the interpretation of market trends and emerging issues that could impact the organisation’s partnerships fundraising stream.
- Ensures the effective collection of donor information and tracking of points of contact in accordance with best practices; provides and presents statistical analysis to senior leaders.
- Leads on data mining, prospect research, and ensuring the quality of data as it relates to the donors they work with.
- Develops and manages relationships within their own portfolio, personally conducting cultivation visits, solicitation calls and stewardship activities as required.
- Effectively manages fundraising resources and practices ethical fundraising.
HR Management
- Leads, mentors, and manages a team; regular meetings to provide direction, coaching and delegation to the partnerships team.
Financial Management
- Manages and implements approved business plans, ensuring that the annual revenue objectives and budget are met or exceeded, and oversight of the partnership’s departmental budgets.
- Provides leadership in the delivery of statistical analysis, projections, and detailed reports on partnerships fundraising goals and performance that may be used to contribute to the development of internal budgets.
Partnership Sustainability
- Develops donor relationships by researching, sourcing, cultivating, and stewarding existing and potential partners.
- Works to broaden sources of revenue, including working with corporate partners in various industries.
- Develops and implements a stewardship program aimed at cultivating deeper ties with donors and corporate partners.
- Contributes innovative ideas to the development of new strategic partnerships and alternative revenue streams.
Other
- Other duties as assigned by the ED.
- Meetings with OSI and partner countries.
- Board reports/board meetings as required.

At Sharewear Clothing Scheme, our mission is to provide free clothing and bedding to people in need. As a registered charity, Sharewear Clothing Scheme has been working to alleviate clothing poverty by providing emergency clothing and bedding to those that need it across the East Midlands, South Yorkshire and surrounding areas since we opened our doors in March 2014. In that time, we have reached well over 20,000 people in need of our support. We operate in two ways, both on a referral basis, and an outreach basis. As a result of this model, we believe at Sharewear that we are the space where clothing poverty meets clothing waste. About the Role
Position: Fundraising & Development Manager
Location: Hybrid working between remote and from our base in Edwalton, Nottingham. This role may require some require flexible working, such as attending events that may be in evenings or weekends.

Strategic Income Generation:

Liaise with the Board to develop a multi-year income generation strategy aligned to Sharewear’s goals, ensuring a sustainable income from individual, corporate, legacy and trust donations, and development of new income streams to enable growth.
Fundraising:

Oversee and deliver fundraising activities across individual giving, trusts and foundations, corporate partnerships, major donors, events and community fundraising.

Write compelling and creative funding applications and partnership proposals to secure financial support. Work closely with the operations team in supporting funding applications and pitches where appropriate to bring funders closer to our work.

To inspire a culture of fundraising across the charity. Support staff and volunteers in promoting digital and social media engagement of fundraising.
Develop Sustainable Relationships:

Represent the charity externally with stakeholders, networks, and partners, ensuring impactful storytelling and donor engagement, including in-person meetings, providing representation at events and in the media.
Business Development:

Identify new income opportunities

Confidence using social media to promote the organisation and it’s fundraising events, look for new opportunities and identify, research and contact potential supporters.

Essential Skills and Experience

- Monitor partner-funded programme KPIs and budgets and ensure high quality reporting.

Requirements
To be successful, you will need:
- Education to degree level or equivalent work experience in relevant areas.
- A track record of Partnership Management including proven experience of growing and developing partnerships with companies.
- Experience of writing high quality and engaging proposals and reports for a corporate audience as well as experience of making presentations to senior level contacts and / or large groups of employees.
- Able to forge effective working relationships with people at all levels inside and outside the organisation and across a range of industries and differing business cultures.
Although not essential, we’d prefer you to have:
- Knowledge of international development and understanding of overseas development issues.
- Experience of developing corporate accounts over £100,000.
- Experience of Payroll Giving scheme.

- Experience using CRM systems and fundraising databases, with an understanding of how to apply data mining and segmentation strategies to support donor engagement and income generation
- Experience of developing high-quality funding proposals and narrative and financial reports
- Very strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence with the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships across geographies and cultures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex issues into compelling content that engages and inspires through storytelling
- Ability to work independently and accurately with attention to detail and meet deadlines as well as collaboratively as a part of cross-cutting teams across organisations
- Financial competence in budgeting, income and expenditure management
Desirable skills and experience
- Experience working within the conservation, wildlife, or environmental sector
- Experience managing partnerships, whether with corporates or other stakeholders, to deliver shared value and long-term impact
- Knowledge of international philanthropy trends and cross-border giving mechanisms
- Experience working with Donor-Advised Funds
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms commonly used in the nonprofit sector
- Understanding of corporate fundraising, CSR trends, or experience applying to corporate trusts and foundations
