We’re looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Public Fundraising Executive (Community & Challenge Events) to join our ambitious Fundraising team and help support, develop and grow our Challenge Events programme, alongside delivering Community Fundraising activity.

With an initial focus on our expanded London Marathon programme, you’ll help recruit, onboard and support runners and challenge event participants, ensuring they feel motivated, informed and part of Team Sunshine throughout their fundraising journey.
You’ll also support the development and delivery of our wider Challenge Events portfolio, helping us strengthen existing events, explore new opportunities and grow participation and income across a varied programme of third-party and supporter-led events. Alongside this, you’ll support our wider Community Fundraising programme, building relationships with individuals, wish families, schools, groups and local organisations, and helping them make the most of their fundraising.

As Supporter Care Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for people engaging with our three charities: Guy’s & St Thomas’ Charity, Evelina London Children’s Charity, and Guy’s Cancer Charity. Role Purpose:
The Helpline Advisor will be the first point of contact for individuals reporting incidents of anti-Muslim hate. The role requires delivering empathetic, confidential, and high-quality support to callers, as well as accurately recording reports and ensuring all relevant procedures are followed.

The Head of Public Fundraising is a new role at Coeliac UK leading the charity’s public fundraising function. The role focusses on driving sustainable growth across individual giving, community fundraising, events, lottery, raffle, digital fundraising and merchandise. This role is responsible for delivering Coeliac UK’s 5-year fundraising strategy to maximise return-on-investment, grow long term supporter value, and contribute to the charity’s mission.
The Head of Public Fundraising will embed and deliver comprehensive fundraising strategies, growing Coeliac UK’s supporter base and income, building up new and under-developed income streams and communicating effectively with their audiences to expand their reach, and encourage financial and non-financial support to deliver the organisations mission.
Who are we looking for?
Key to the success of this role is a strong understanding of individual giving fundraising. This role blends the strategic oversight and leadership of a Head of role across multiple income streams, with the hands-on expertise of an IG fundraiser. Experience across other income streams and areas of fundraising delivery would be a huge benefit as the role leads community fundraising and events, will take on digital fundraising - currently led by the Chief Engagement Officer, as well as manage the data and supporter care functions, but experience in individual giving is essential as Coeliac UK has defined that as an area of priority income. Office management and administration

Main Role and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for delivering training across Ygam’s portfolio of programmes, including education, youth work, health, social care, community and sporting sectors.
You will lead workshops and training both online and face to face. The role will support professionals, parents, carers and young people to understand and help prevent gaming and gambling harms. Person Specification
Essential:
· Experience delivering training online and face to face training to both adults, children and young people
· Proficiency with online delivery and experience using MS Teams and Zoom to facilitate online learning
· Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and maintain high standards of organisation
· Understanding of safeguarding principles and their application within education, youth, health or community settings
· Ability to explain complex topics such as gaming risks, online behaviours and digital harms in a clear and accessible way.
· Public speaking experience
· Prior experience of working in education, public health or youth services, with a detailed understanding of children and young people’s services
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong IT skills (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint especially)

The Front of House Receptionist is the vital first point of contact for callers, visitors, members, staff, and tenants, as well as undertaking administrative duties in support of the team operation of the premises and the efficient use of its rooms.

Sound Minds is recruiting a Head of Operations to join our team in Wandsworth.
The Head of Operations is a member of the senior leadership team at Sound Minds and leads the management and day-to-day operations of a vibrant community premises.
Sound Minds is in a period of review and consolidation, following growth of its programmes and having secured Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisation status. The Head of Operations will further develop and implement robust systems to support this growth and the charity’s future aims.
The role leads on all operational, health and safety, premises, IT, systems, human resources, evaluation, and reporting activity. The Head of Operations manages the delivery of Sound Minds’ Peer Support service and will act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead. They deputise for the CEO as required.
They will assist the CEO on maintaining key relationships with external stakeholders and external communications.
Sound Minds is a creative place, and the Head of Operations will need a passion for organisation and administration.
