About us
Foxglove is a non-profit that exists to make the use of technology fair for all. When Big Tech companies abuse their power, their workers or the planet – and when governments use technology to oppress, exclude or discriminate – we litigate and campaign to fix it.
Big Tech companies have become so large – gobbling up a huge slice of the global marketplace and an unprecedented treasure hoard of user data – that they’re now more powerful than many states. The harmful effects of this concentration of power are everywhere – threats to our democracy, to our privacy, decimated workers’ rights and platforms rife with disinformation and hate. Big Tech and AI data centres are rapidly expanding, resulting in huge strain on energy and water supplies. Worldwide governments are ploughing ahead with the use of algorithms and mass data systems to cut costs and increase efficiency often resulting in digital tools that entrench unfairness and leave the most vulnerable in society in crisis. All these problems are only getting worse with generative AI.
Foxglove works to bring the rule of law to the tech and AI giants who have upended our public square, workplaces, and social lives. We have a strong track record. We’ve launched landmark cases seeking structural changes to big tech’s harmful business models, supported 180+ Facebook content moderators fired for trying to form a union to sue Facebook. We’ve supported tech workers and their unions to file cases challenging union busting at Google, Amazon and TikTok. We urged state regulators worldwide to stop Google’s theft of independent news. We won the UK’s first legal challenge to a data centre permission decision and filed the first such case in South Africa. We forced disclosure of secret contracts between tech giants and the NHS, stopped a racist Home Office visa streaming algorithm, helped make grading fair for UK A-level students and challenged the Department of Work and Pension’s use of an algorithm unfairly flagging disabled people for benefit fraud investigations. We have much more in the works and we hope you want to join us.
We are a small but growing team of lawyers, communications experts, and campaigners. Our work is global, and we work in partnership with lawyers, civil society, unions, and people impacted by Big Tech.
About you
You are an experienced social change leader who thrives at the intersection of politics, law and communications. You know that court wins alone don't create lasting change – it takes a compelling public narrative and a movement to back it up. You're energised by the prospect of what a well-run Foxglove can bring to the fight for tech justice and thrive in fast-moving environments and complex coalitions – holding a room, building a movement, and keeping a small team motivated and focused. You are a self-starter with the judgement to prioritise and the generosity to support others. You understand that Foxglove's power comes from the communities we work with as much as the cases we bring. If that's you, and the Foxglove mission excites you, we would love to hear from you.
The role
This is a fixed-term maternity cover post for 1 year. The post holder will step into the co-Executive Director role with co-responsibility for Foxglove's strategy, impact, advocacy, operations, fundraising and public facing work. The post holder will work very closely with Foxglove’s other co-Executive Director and will make all sizable decisions about Foxglove together. UK and international travel (approx. 20%) is required.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

5.Champion a culture of impact, monitoring and evaluation across the organisation, ensuring Foxglove can clearly demonstrate the change it is achieving internally and externally.
6.Use monitoring and evaluation insight to sharpen strategic decision-making – learning from what's working (and what isn't) to keep Foxglove's campaigns and casework focused on change for the people and communities we support.
Advocacy and Campaigns
1.Oversee the work of Foxglove's advocacy team (led by our Director of Advocacy) and shape our overall approach to campaigning across digital, media and grassroots channels.
2.Build and maintain relationships with a wide range of allies – civil society organisations, unions, policymakers, regulators, journalists, academics, and international partners – to strengthen Foxglove's reach and influence.
3.Spot and pursue new opportunities for campaigns, litigation, coalition-building and advocacy, keeping Foxglove responsive to a fast-changing tech and policy landscape.
4.Act as a public voice for Foxglove's work – engaging with the press, media and public platforms as required to advance our work.
Operations and Organisational Management
1.Oversee Foxglove's day-to-day operations, ensuring the organisation runs smoothly and effectively.
2.Manage and support staff across the organisation, providing clear leadership and creating a positive team culture.
3.Oversee financial management in partnership with relevant staff, ensuring responsible stewardship of Foxglove's resources.
4.Ensure compliance with Foxglove's policies and obligations to donors, partners and statutory bodies.

4.Identify and cultivate new funding prospects aligned with Foxglove's mission, including researching and pursuing grant opportunities.
5.Oversee the preparation of compelling funding proposals, reports, and impact updates, ensuring funders have a clear and accurate picture of Foxglove's work and results.
6.Set and track annual fundraising targets in collaboration with the co-Executive Director and finance team, ensuring income projections align with organisational budgets and plans.
7.Represent Foxglove at donor meetings, briefings, and sector events to build the organisation's profile and credibility within the funding community.
8.Ensure fundraising practices reflect Foxglove's values and independence.

You will join our existing Development Team, providing valuable support to make sure we maximise returns in already successful income streams, such as major gifts and individual giving. You will also be responsible for supporting the expansion of additional income streams, such as legacies, community and corporate. You’ll help us grow our supporter base and raise essential income to support our work with animals.
This is an exciting time to join a growing team and you’ll have the opportunity to develop and test new fundraising activities and shape our income now, and for the future.
The Humane League UK (THL UK) is a charity ending the abuse of animals raised for food by influencing the policies of the world's biggest companies, demanding legislation, and empowering others to take action.

THL UK is an equal-opportunity employer. We are committed to furthering equity and inclusion, and we value diversity. We seek people from a wide range of backgrounds who will bring a fresh perspective to the team, not just because it is the right thing to do, but because it makes us stronger.
We make employment decisions by matching our organisational needs with the skills and experience of candidates, irrespective of race, colour, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, neurodiversity, age, or veteran status.
We are proud to be a Disability Confident Committed Employer, demonstrating our commitment to recruiting, retaining, and supporting disabled people and people with health conditions, based on their skills and talent.
You can read more about how The Humane League UK is working on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion on our website.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding accessibility, please contact us via our website and we will be happy to discuss, via email or telephone, reasonable adjustments that you may require throughout the process.
Who you are:
As a fundraising generalist, you will be well organised, provide strong administrative support, give excellent supporter care, write strong copy and be able to coordinate content creation.
Ideally you will have fundraising experience across a variety of relevant income streams, although we are interested to hear from candidates who have relevant transferable skills.
You will be able to ensure good collaboration between the Development Department and other teams, such as Communications and Operations, to make sure we maximise our fundraising activity.
The role:
You’ll be working alongside a Digital Fundraising Lead, Philanthropy Lead, Head of Development and wider team of friendly communicators, campaigners and change-makers. Home-based, you will enjoy collaborating, as well as being able to work independently. As a self-starter, you enjoy seeing projects through from start to end and get a buzz from the fast-paced and varied charity fundraising environment.
You’ll join us in maximising the value of Engaging Networks, a digital communications and campaigning platform, alongside our new fundraising CRM, Beacon. Experience with these specific platforms, or experience of utilising other CRMs for fundraising success, is desirable.
Primary duties:
You will be responsible for continuing to grow our legacy programme, implementing the strategy developed by the Head of Development. This will include drafting copy and working with a designer to create evergreen legacy content, creating and maintaining content for our website, coordinating and drafting legacy communications and campaigns, managing legacy enquiries, thanking and stewarding legacy pledgers, and managing the legacy pipeline in Beacon.
You will support our community fundraising strategy. This will mean making sure we have the tools and information for supporters to fundraise for us, whether that be in memory of a loved one, delivering their own fundraising initiatives in aid of The Humane League UK, or through peer-to-peer fundraising. This will include responding to enquiries, thanking and stewarding community fundraisers, coordinating a small amount of external-facing content, creating evergreen content, such as a toolkit that fundraisers can use, creating and updating content for the website, and responding to opportunities that arise, which could include community speaking opportunities, or stalls at events.

This will include responding to enquiries, thanking and responding to corporate donors and fundraisers, taking advantage of opportunities, promoting initiatives such as payroll giving, coordinating the creation of evergreen corporate fundraising content, such as a fundraising toolkit for businesses, and creating and updating content for the website.
You will support our Operations Team, who respond to fundraising email enquiries, and the Development Team, as well as the wider organisation, by coordinating and maintaining FAQs of the most common fundraising queries we receive. This will help consolidate this information in one place, making sure we are consistent, streamlined and efficient in our responses. You will also work with our digital team to find a way to make sure information is accessible to supporters to minimise incoming queries wherever possible.
You will be responsible for reviewing, investigating, reporting and responding to any fundraising complaints we receive, including escalating these where necessary.
You will complete due diligence on donors and donations where required. This will include desktop research, completing relevant forms and information in Beacon, and making sure relevant approvals are obtained before accepting donations or approaching new donors or funders.
You will coordinate essential thanking activities for key donors and supporters. This will include coordinating the design and printing of thanking cards, and other relevant stewardship materials or merchandise, to be utilised by those across the organisation, including to support our volunteers. This could include collating guest lists, staff registration, coordinating invitations and RSVP’s, managing room bookings, hotels and catering, coordinating staff and trustees, and completing risk assessments.
You will produce clear, accurate and engaging written communications, and coordinate the creation of content. This could mean drafting content for the website, drafting emails, building emails in Engaging Networks, or supporting our Digital Fundraising Lead with developing evergreen content to support our digital fundraising initiatives.
You will support our Digital Fundraising Lead to make sure our growing pool of monthly donors are thanked and stewarded appropriately, including utilising Beacon, automations and supporter journeys to make the most efficient use of our time.
You will support our Digital Fundraising Lead to deliver our digital fundraising strategy, by executing relevant aspects, which could include supporting specific campaigns, or building and maintaining fundraising related automations.
You will help us deliver effective fundraising training and induction materials, such as for new staff and trustee orientations. This could also include coordinating additional training materials, how-to-guides and supporting materials, that are essential in maintaining relevant fundraising knowledge at THL UK.

Utilise our CRM: adding and updating supporter data, generating relevant reports, and analysing and evaluating data to inform campaigns and activities as required.
Working with Communications and the Digital Fundraising Lead to deliver activities for our donor recruitment and retention.
Work with the wider Development Team to input into our Development Strategy, as directed by the Head of Development, offering ideas and suggestions to help deliver the strategy and grow income across various income streams.

We are a fast-growing agency with a strong reputation for delivering outstanding results. Our team of experienced fundraisers know exactly what it’s like to be on the front line and put their heart and soul into every event.
About the Role
As a Fundraising Group Moderator, you’ll manage Facebook groups of up to 10,000 challenge participants, providing exceptional supporter care and helping participants raise five‑ and six‑figure sums for some of the biggest names in the charity sector.
This role is ideal for experienced fundraisers looking for flexible freelance work or an additional income stream. You’ll work remotely, using your own laptop and WiFi, and bring your personality, empathy and initiative to every interaction.
You must be able to begin moderation at 9am (or earlier), wrap up by 9pm, and maintain our sub‑three‑hour response time.
Key Responsibilities
Represent the charity’s voice, uphold brand guidelines and act as the charity representative
Maintain a safe, positive and inclusive group environment
Identify, report, escalate and signpost all safeguarding concerns
Provide warm, friendly and informal supporter care, bringing your own personality to create an exceptional participant experience
Motivate, encourage and support participants throughout their challenge
Maximise registration conversions and fundraiser activation
Work independently, manage your own time effectively, use strong initiative and correct any errors promptly
Follow clear processes and maintain high standards of accuracy

Respond to posts, comments, questions and inbox messages in a timely manner (within three hours)
Use your personal Facebook profile to moderate groups and build genuine relationships
Post engaging daily content provided by Social AF
Manage registrations using GivePanel or similar platforms
Workload & Peak Periods
Our challenge calendar has natural peaks, and moderators must be prepared for increased activity during September-November and January-March. These months see higher participant numbers and more concurrent events, meaning more posts, questions and supporter interactions. In addition to these seasonal surges, the first and last day of every month are consistently the busiest, as participants start and complete their challenge.
We maintain a flexible, supportive team culture, and to keep this fairness and flexibility in place, moderators must be willing to work occasional bank holidays and be available on the first or last day of each month, when group activity is at its highest.
Working Pattern
Moderation takes place between 9am and 9pm, Monday to Sunday.
Rather than working in one continuous block, you’ll complete your hours in short check-ins across the day to maintain coverage and meet response time targets.
Each account is allocated a set number of ‘active moderation hours’ per day (e.g. 2-3 hours), which are spread across multiple sessions. For example, 3 hours may be split into 5-6 check-ins throughout the day.
You must be able to:
Start moderation from 9am (or earlier)
Monitor activity throughout the day
Complete a final check before 9pm and be present to sign off at 9pm
Adhere to our sub-3-hour response time

Job Description
Freedom for Animals is one of the UK's longest-running animal rights organisations. Since 1957, we have been working to end the exploitation of animals through undercover investigations, research, campaigns, political lobbying, education and grassroots activism. Our vision is simple: Freedom for all animals.
We are now seeking an experienced, enthusiastic campaigner and passionate animal rights advocate to join our team as our Campaigns Officer.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in campaigns that expose cruelty, influence decision-makers, mobilise supporters and create lasting change for animals exploited in captivity. Working closely with the Co-Director (Campaigns), you will help shape and deliver ambitious campaigns across our key areas of work, including zoos, aquariums, mobile zoos, circuses and other areas of animal exploitation for entertainment.
The successful candidate will join a small, dedicated and ambitious team where every member has the opportunity to make a real impact. You'll lead campaign activity across digital and offline channels, coordinate supporter actions, engage with politicians and partner organisations, respond to media opportunities, contribute to consultations and represent Freedom for Animals at meetings, events and demonstrations.
We're looking for someone who thrives on turning strategy into action. You'll be equally comfortable developing compelling campaign materials, using digital and social media to engage and mobilise supporters, building relationships with politicians, coalition partners and other stakeholders, and identifying opportunities to advance our mission.
You will have a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, confidence using digital campaigning tools and social media to inspire action, and an unwavering commitment to animal rights. Knowledge of issues affecting captive animals and experience of political advocacy or grassroots campaigning would be an advantage.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced campaigner looking to take the next step in their career with a respected and growing animal rights organisation. You'll have the opportunity to shape national campaigns, influence policy, work alongside investigators and campaign partners, and help create meaningful change for thousands of animals.
To apply, please submit your CV together with a covering letter explaining how your skills, knowledge and experience meet the requirements of the role and person specification.

The Head of Product (Ecosystem) reports to the Director of Product and will work alongside and in partnership with the Head of Product (Schools and Teachers), a role we are also hiring for, as well as leading our Quality Assurance discipline.
This role leads our Product squads responsible for expanding the reach and impact of Oak's curriculum beyond our direct-to-teacher and school products, as well as our Quality Assurance discipline. You'll be responsible for a portfolio of Ecosystem products and technical capabilities that make it easier for others to build innovative, safe and pedagogically robust tools using Oak's curriculum, data and code.
You'll also ensure that the way we create and structure our curriculum content works well for both Oak and others, maximising the long-term reach and impact of our curriculum across products, platforms, and AI-powered learning environments.
You'll play a key role on Oak's leadership team, working closely with colleagues across Engineering, Education and School Support, and help shape how Oak uses AI and emerging technologies to maximise the reach and impact of our curriculum across the education and technology sectors.
We welcome applications from candidates with significant experience leading cross-functional teams to develop innovative products from concept to product-market fit. Lead, develop and manage a high-performing department across Product squads and Quality Assurance, supporting colleagues to grow and building relationships across Oak and beyond.
Shape and deliver the product strategy for the Ecosystem, ensuring cross-functional squads work effectively to achieve strategic priorities and continuously improve how they operate.
Develop Oak's Ecosystem product portfolio, exploring opportunities for wider integrations such as MCPs and APIs within the sector and build relationships to support this work
Represent Quality Assurance at a leadership level, line managing the discipline and supporting its evolution in a world of AI
Ensure every product delivers high-quality, accessible, safe, pedagogically rigorous experiences, including through our Ecosystem product portfolio, enabling us to scale for reach and impact

Deputise for the Director of Product, and take on other duties as needed
We’re looking for:
5+ years of experience in product development, including at least 2 years setting product strategy across multiple teams/squads in a product-centric organisation

Experience of managing a significant budget
Demonstrable experience of designing, implementing and continuously improving agile ways of working.
Demonstrable experience of supporting high-performing teams outside of your own areas of expertise.

The Hunger Project UK Fundraising and Campaigns Coordinator
Are you looking for a role that really makes a difference helping to empower women and men to end their own hunger and poverty?
About The Hunger Project UK
The Hunger Project UK is a small, mission-driven charity and UK fundraising partner of The Hunger Project — a global movement founded in 1977 with more than 40 years of evidence that ending hunger is possible. Working across 13 programme countries in rural Africa, South Asia and Latin America, The Hunger Project pioneers sustainable, grassroots, women-centred strategies, believing that people living in hunger are themselves the key to ending it.
We are a lean, consultant-based team with an ambitious three-year strategy. We work collaboratively, we work with purpose, and we care about the quality of everything that carries our name.
The role
We are looking for an experienced Fundraising and Campaigns Coordinator — with at least five years in a fundraising role within the charity sector — to join our small team in the second half of 2026. This is a hands-on delivery role: you will be the person who owns campaigns end to end, builds the newsletters, schedules the posts, writes the copy and gets things live.
You will work within a clear strategic direction set by the senior team, but you will own everything from there — developing the angle and narrative, writing the copy, submitting the application, building the promotional plan across all channels, and closing it out with donor reporting and thanks. We want someone who takes a steer and runs with it, and who brings genuine creative and fundraising intelligence to how the work gets done.
This is a part-time, flexible consultancy engagement. We work to a variable monthly arrangement — hours flex with the needs of the organisation, averaging 30–40 hours per month, with busier periods during campaigns.
What you will do
Fundraising campaigns
Communications and content

What we are looking for
You are an experienced fundraising and campaigns professional who is genuinely energised by getting things done.
