About the Role

BeyondAutism is looking for passionate and dedicated Therapists, Occupational Therapists (OTs), and Speech & Language Therapists (SaLTs) to join our specialist multidisciplinary team supporting autistic children and young people.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a collaborative transdisciplinary model where therapy expertise is embedded into everyday classroom practice. You will play a key role in helping learners develop communication, sensory, motor, and independence skills in a supportive and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group therapy interventions
• Complete specialist assessments and develop therapy programmes
• Support autistic learners to achieve communication, sensory, motor, and independence outcomes
• Work collaboratively with teachers, Behaviour Analysts, and wider multidisciplinary teams
• Coach and support classroom staff in implementing therapy strategies
• Produce high-quality clinical records, reports, and recommendations

• Band 6/7 clinicians may supervise junior therapists or therapy assistants

About You

Essential

• Recognised Occupational Therapy or Speech & Language Therapy qualification
• HCPC registration (plus RCSLT membership for SaLT applicants)
• Experience working with autistic children and young people
• Strong assessment, communication, and clinical reasoning skills
• Experience working within multidisciplinary or interdisciplinary teams
• Understanding of safeguarding, clinical governance, and evidence-based practice
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet learner needs

What You'll Bring

Essential

• Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children's residential setting

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)

• Strong, current knowledge of Ofsted regulations and Children's Homes legislation

• Proven leadership and team management experience

Overall job purpose

To lead and develop the Finance team and provide financial management and business support. To lead CCT’s audit process, month-end process and the Trust’s investments and banking services. To support the Director of Finance and Commercial on projects as required.

The Head of Finance will have responsibility for managing the Trust’s accounting system.  The postholder will also lead the annual audit, month end reporting and investment and banking services.  Working closely with the Director of Finance and Commercial and Finance Analyst, they will provide internal and external stakeholders with the necessary financial reports to manage Trust business.

This role is also responsible for deputising for the Director of Finance & Commercial in their absence.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key identified partners to ensure Boccia England maximizes the opportunities to grow the sport of boccia
• Plan, promote, and deliver engagement events such as the Big Boccia Conversation, creating opportunities for partners and stakeholders to network, share ideas, and explore ways to increase participation in Boccia and disability sport.
• Collaborate with colleagues to establish new clubs, strengthen school engagement, and ensure the sustainability of participation growth.

Programme Development

• Promote and support the delivery of Try Boccia, providing partners with the tools, resources, and guidance required to deliver inclusive Boccia sessions across a range of community settings
• Support the development of local and regional Boccia communities, building their capacity to deliver sustainable participation opportunities across clubs and Try Boccia sites.
• Deliver a roadmap of initiatives across key locations to drive participation through a range of Boccia programmes.

​Finance and Budget Management - Ensure effective processes are in place to manage and report on budgets.

• Coordinate annual budget planning and monitoring of performance against budgets.
• Effectively manage and monitor the specific budgets for participation and development programmes, with clear means of measuring progress.

Our Service

Employment is a key part of mental health recovery. Our employment services are delivered in line with the IPS model, supporting people with mental health challenges to retain paid employment in line with their aspirations. IPS is delivered in close partnership with NHS mental health services, employers, commissioners and the wider system.

The Role

The IPS Team Leader has operational responsibility for the delivery, quality, performance and sustainability of Leeds Mind’s IPS (Individual Placement and Support) teams. The role ensures high-quality IPS delivery, excellent outcomes for people accessing support, and strong partnerships with NHS mental health teams, commissioners and system partners.

The post holder will provide day‑to‑day leadership to a team of IPS Employment Specialists, ensuring high‑quality delivery through effective supervision, coaching, performance management and quality assurance. The Team Leader is accountable for embedding IPS fidelity, supporting staff development and ensuring consistent, person‑centred and recovery‑focused practice across the service.

Essential Skills and Experience:

· Experience providing operational leadership and supervising staff within employment, supported employment or mental health services

· A strong understanding of IPS, SEQF and recovery‑focused employment approaches, with the ability to embed quality and fidelity in day‑to‑day practice

· Experience supporting people with mental health needs, neurodiversity and/or learning disabilities

· Confidence using quality frameworks, performance data and evaluation to drive improvement and accountability

· Proven ability to contribute to service planning, resource management and performance‑led delivery

Our holiday and weekend activities give parents and carers a break while providing participants with a safe, welcoming space to have fun and receive the care they need. Our coordinators plan, arrange and deliver a programme of activities shaped around the needs of the young people, making the most of local opportunities, from heritage sites and outdoor adventures, to sports, arts and crafts, cooking, and team challenges. These sessions help children build friendships, grow in confidence, and express themselves in a fun, supportive space.

Family day activities bring families together to create special memories and enjoy time with others who share similar experiences. Coordinators develop and facilitate activity days which involve the whole family and provide opportunities to build friendships and connections with others. Activities take place at outdoor centres, local heritage sites and museums, as well as organised beach days and community centre-based workshops and activities.

Applicants should have relevant experience of working or volunteering with children and young people in education, health or social care, and have exceptional organisational and communication skills. 

Full and part-time positions available, and coordinators are required to work most Saturdays.  In school holiday periods, more activities take place on weekdays (instead of Saturdays), so flexibility is needed. Activities are delivered across Kent, so some travel is required.
