The Talent Set is delighted to be partnering with Guy’s & St Thomas’ Foundation to recruit a new Director of Fundraising. This is a rare opportunity to join one of the UK's largest and most ambitious health foundations at a pivotal stage of its development, as it embarks on a significant programme of fundraising growth, organisational transformation and long-term investment in philanthropic capability.

The Director of Fundraising will play a central role in shaping fundraising strategy, building organisational capability and helping to embed a culture of fundraising across both the Foundation and wider Trust. This is a highly visible leadership role requiring someone who can operate confidently across organisational boundaries, influence stakeholders at the most senior levels and navigate a complex and evolving environment.
The successful candidate will balance strategic leadership with hands-on fundraising credibility, building strong relationships with major donors, corporate partners, senior volunteers, board members and Trust leaders alike.
