About the team

This role will be part of a small Project Management Unit (PMU) located within the Programme Operations Team. This team enables the effective management of the International Programmes Department (IPD) through ensuring IPD Teams have access to robust high quality management policies, systems, process, tools and capabilities that work to support the delivery of programmes, enable the effective management of risk, and ensure strong financial planning and management.  The role will report in to the Project Delivery Lead, within the Programme Design & Management Team which is a sub-team that facilitates clear programme direction with standardised results frameworks, monitoring, reporting and financial reporting systems, responsible for donor contract management and reporting.

About the role

The Monitoring & Learning Coordinator will lead the design, coordination, and implementation of monitoring, reporting, and learning processes for WaterAid’s Multi-country Urban Water Project. This is a bold initiative aiming to raise $40 million and reach two million people with clean water in urban areas across six anchor countries: Colombia, Nigeria, Rwanda, Mozambique, Bangladesh, and Cambodia. The campaign also seeks to build a global movement of youth advocates to demand action from world leaders to achieve SDG 6 relating to universal access to water and sanitation.

This role ensures accurate, timely data collection and learning, promotes adaptive management, and supports evidence-based decision-making.  Working closely with country teams and partners, the Monitoring & Learning Coordinator will strengthen monitoring and learning capacity, support the articulation and measurement of project impact, and help consolidate insights to inform both internal learning and sector-wide knowledge on urban water programming. This includes tracking progress towards the ambitious goal of reaching two million people.

The role will also support donor reporting, liaise with Member offices, and deputise for the Project Delivery Lead when required.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the development and implementation of the project monitoring and learning framework
• Support countries with timely and accurate data collections, analysis, learning and reporting
• Provide assurance on data quality and integrity
• Produce consolidated monitoring and learning reports, highlighting progress, challenges, lessons learned, and recommendations for adaptive management.
• Support with donor reporting and communications.
• Facilitate and support cross-country learning and knowledge sharing and work with technical teams to translate learning and into practical delivery changes.
• Champion WaterAid’s commitment to equity, inclusion and safeguarding.

Requirements

To be successful, you will need:

• Degree level qualifications or experience or commensurate experience in relevant fields
• Strong demonstrable experience in monitoring, evaluation and learning in international development, preferably in WASH, urban development, or public health.
• Proven experience developing and managing MEL systems and processes for complex, multi-country or large-scale projects.
• Significant familiarity with both qualitative and quantitative MEL methods, participatory approaches, and adaptive management.
• Strong analytical and data management skills, including use of software for data analysis and visualisation
• Excellent facilitation, capacity building, and coaching skills to support country teams and partners.

Although not essential, we’d prefer you to have:

• Experience working with urban WASH programmes, particularly in low- and middle-income countries.
• Experience in participatory MEL approaches and adaptive programme management.
• Experience designing surveys using mWater software, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, gender equality, disability inclusion, and social accountability in MEL processes.
• Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese or other relevant languages is an advantage.

Main Responsibilities

Job Purpose

Gaddum has secured external funding to deliver an Employer care project, which will provide unpaid carers living in Manchester with support and coaching in order for them to re-enter paid or voluntary employment.

Delivery of this support to carers will be by Employment Coaches, who will manage a small caseload of carers and provide them with 1:1 support, helping them overcome barriers to employment and training. You will be responsible for supporting them through every stage of their journey, enabling participants to address their barriers and realise their aspirations. Successful employment coaches believe in the potential of every individual they work with.

Core responsibilities

• To support carers to address their barriers to employment by providing individual tailored packages of support so they can develop the necessary skills and confidence to secure and sustain employment.
• To act as coach and a mentor to build strong positive relationships, guide, motivate, challenge, encourage and help carers obtain sustainable employment.
• To ensure delivery targets are achieved by working with carers to identify employment opportunities and support them into and during employment.

About this key role

Our successful candidate will provide line management support, guidance and coaching to two administrators, ensuring their responsibilities are clear and that they are supported to carry out their roles, plus provide positive and proactive peer support to Admin and Coaches to ensure that data is collected reliably and consistently.  You will also manage the allocation and appropriateness of all referrals coming into the Eastern region CRS service and ensure all referrals are accurately recorded, plus coordinate the data collection across the Eastern Region Criminal Justice contracts.

We will also rely on you to monitor the service and support with the development, implementation, and the maintenance of effective data collection systems, as well as offering training where necessary to ensure the team can perform data collection effectively.  Interpreting and explaining complex data to the admin and delivery team for purposes of clarity/verification is also an important duty, as is supporting with the development and maintenance of processes around referrals, data collation and the production of reports.

This year, we’ve embarked on a bold, strategic initiative to enhance our data capabilities.

We’re aiming to improve our data use, integration and analytics to increase engagement, maximise impact and drive forward our strategic goals. Our Senior Business Intelligence Analyst – Digital and Engagement sits within the Business Intelligence – Engagement team.

This role is focused on providing advanced data analysis and strategic support to enhance the MS Society’s marketing, engagement, and fundraising efforts, with a focus on digital and content optimisation.

This role involves utilising advanced analytical techniques, managing complex data projects, and developing insightful reports and dashboards.

The role will work in close partnership with our Digital, Content, and Marketing teams, in leading data initiatives that improve data-driven decision-making and optimises engagement, marketing, and content across all channels.

You’ll also work closely with our Digital and Content team to evaluate and report on the performance of our website and donate funnel and develop and implement optimisation plans to drive engagement and increase conversions.

Additionally, this role provides mentorship and guidance to colleagues in the wider organisation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data excellence. 

This role is responsible for:

• Analysing audience behaviour, campaign, channel, and content performance, and engagement trends to support decision-making. Using advanced techniques like predictive analytics to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Work closely with our Digital and Content team to support all our monthly, quarterly and campaign reporting and develop data analysis that align with our goals.

SANE is a UK-wide mental health charity working to improve the quality of life of anyone affected by mental illness. It aims to raise awareness and understanding of all mental health conditions; fight to improve frontline mental health services for individuals and carers; provide support, information and guidance through SANEline, our Call Back service, email and text support. The Prison Phoenix Trust

The PPT are the leading experts in yoga and meditation in prisons in the UK and Ireland. Since 1988 we have supported the personal development and rehabilitation people living in prison through meditation and yoga. We do this through 121 mentoring, group yoga classes, peer support newsletters and resources such as books and DVDs that help people practise yoga and meditation in their cells. We deliver the British Wheel of Yoga’s accredited training Teaching Yoga in Prison.

A small staff and volunteer team based in Oxford works with a network of self-employed yoga and meditation teachers across the UK and Ireland.

This new role is part of an expansion of the staff team to build the capacity of the charity to meet the growing demands for its services and the income to support this.

The role

At an exciting time for the expansion of the charity’s fundraising activities, the Development Coordinator will play a pivotal role in driving and expanding the charity’s income from individual donors while leading the development and execution of community fundraising initiatives and events. This role is pivotal in building and nurturing long-term relationships with individual donors, cultivating new donor prospects, and developing innovative community engagement strategies, working with The PPT’s Development Lead.

The ideal candidate will be an energetic and passionate professional with expertise in donor relations, event management, and community fundraising. They will be skilled at creating impactful experiences that inspire both individual and collective action, making a lasting difference in the lives of those we serve.

Responsibilities

1. Individual Fundraising
Innovate and implement a donor acquisition strategy appropriate for the values of The PPT.

• Implement an audience segmentation approach to building individual, regular and legacy giving, drawing on accurate analysis of data, using The PPT’s Access database.
• Project manage delivery of quarterly postal appeals including segmentation and targeting of messaging, mail-merge and printing, dispatch by volunteers or mailing house.
• Email marketing, including use of Mailchimp to segment audiences and target messages.
• Optimise The PPT’s use of JustGiving and other fundraising platforms, regularly reviewing performance.
• Optimise fundraising functionality of The PPT’s website and support colleagues in the development and procurement of a new website.

2. Community fundraising

• Manage and plan the growth of The PPT’s community fund raising activities, with a particular focus on yoga groups and faith groups.
• Review and develop cost-effective levels of support for fundraisers.

3. Donor care:

• Manage relationships with current and prospective donors and fundraisers by ensuring timely acknowledgment of gifts.
• Refine use of automated systems, such as Mailchimp and JustGiving to automate acknowledgement of gifts where appropriate, while ensuring optimum levels of personalisation, such as hand-written cards and notes.  Fulfil established donor journeys, ensuring donor led and annual stewardship is met.

4. Data management, analysis and reporting

• Maintain and update The PPT’s supporter database, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.  Initially using Access and adapt with the move to a new database/CRM programme.
• Track, monitor and report quarterly on results of FR activities
• Support colleagues in the development and procurement of a new database and/or customer relationship management system.

5. Event Coordination

• Plan and project manage delivery of The PPT’s public facing, fundraising and donor stewardship events including planning, promotion, logistics, and follow-up.
• Integrate donor care into event planning, ensuring that donors feel personally valued and appreciated before, during, and after events.
• Work with Communications Coordinator in producing printed and display materials for events.
• Plan and project-manage delivery of The PPT’s presence at networking events for example in yoga, faith and criminal justice communities.

6. Communications and Marketing

• Contribute to development of social media audiences to meet charity’s profile-raising and fundraising objectives.
• Craft compelling messages and content for supporter communications that highlight The PPT’s mission and impact.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven fundraising experience, especially in individual giving (e.g., regular giving, legacies, donor stewardship, direct mail, online fundraising
• Knowledge of best practices and ethical standards in fundraising, with a strong focus on donor care

Job Purpose

To provide strategic and  operational leadership for the Bexley Mental Health  Hub, which is an integrated service between Mind in Bexley,  Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust and London Borough of Bexley Adult Social Care . The postholder will play a key role in supporting three partners to deliver an  integrated service, ensuring alignment, coordination, and high standards across both organisations. They will work closely with the Clinical Nurse Specialist and other senior leads to ensure service delivery is safe, effective, and responsive to community needs.

This position requires the ability to deliver results at pace, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on leadership. The postholder will manage a team of clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring performance, professional development, and wellbeing are prioritised. They will promote continuous improvement, foster collaboration, and oversee scheduling, facilities management, compliance, and adherence to regulations. Strategic and Operational Leadership

• This role will require agile working across the London Borough of Bexley to attend meetings and be present at clinics and offices where the MH Hub work from.

About the role

The Communications Manager is essential in driving delivery of our ambitious programme of work, with the communications team centrally located to work in partnership with our colleagues across all directorates and nations. Working closely with the Head of Communications and Marketing, key activities include supporting the updating of our content management system across three websites; rolling out a new marketing function within our CRM; and working with colleagues to ensure all digital marketing activity is integrated, value for money, agile by design and delivers against our strategic priorities. The role line-manages four direct reports.

You will understand the opportunities created in testing new channels and approaches to reach audiences; be creative with communications plans and deliverables; and see the importance of tracking content performance against agreed KPIs.

Job Title: Operations Manager

Reports to: Executive Director

Salary: NJC Scale SP SP27-31 £41,580 - £44,480 (starting salary dependent on experience)

Hours: Full-Time – 35 hours per week

Main Objectives

· To oversee the smooth running of the Law Centre

· To ensure we have the right systems in place to support staff to work efficiently.  

· To identify opportunities to use tech to support our mission. 

· To lead on data, supporting us to tell our clients’ stories and to demonstrate the transformative nature of our work.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Coordination

• Oversee the Law Centre’s IT systems to ensure they are secure, efficient, and meet the organisation's needs.
• Manage and develop the Law Centre's case management system to ensure it supports the effective delivery of services and reporting requirements.
• Liaise with external IT providers to coordinate maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Identify and implement opportunities for digital transformation and improved operational efficiency.
• Complete the annual Cyber Essentials return, ensuring that the organisation maintains the highest level of data security.
• Ensure the Law Centre makes use of the most appropriate and cost effective equipment, systems and software.
• Providing basic training to staff on systems and tools
• Maintain the asset register.
• Maintain the organisation’s IT plan and update it annually

2. Systems

· Lead on our paperless working processes

· Ensure that our Sharepoint site is set up logically and with the correct permissions in place.

· Develop our Sharepoint site in order that it functions as an intranet for sharing information internally.

· Negotiate and manage our contracts with printing providers

· Maintain regular reviews of the systems we’re using, assessing whether they are fit for purpose or not and whether there are alternative products which represent better value for money.

· Manage the organisation’s telephony.

3.  Data and Reporting

• Maintain a clear overview of the data collected by the organisation.
• Prepare reports from the case management system and other data collection tools to feed into reports and funding bids.
• Develop new reports to feed into our billing and accountancy as well as various audits.
• Review and analyse the organisation’s data to understand trends and to assist with service development.
• Play an integral role in using data to communicate the impact of the organisation.

4. Data Protection

· Overall responsibility for the data protection obligations of the organisation.

· Keeping abreast of changes and updates to Data Protection legislation.

· Delivering regular training to staff on Data Protection.

5. Finance and Billing

· Support the finance manager and practice manager by ensuring all systems are optimised for efficiency.

· Liaising with our payroll provider, responsible for running monthly payroll accurately, including keeping track of new starters and leavers.

· Support casework staff with training and technical solutions to allow them to bill files efficiently.

· When needed, to work with the finance manager and practice manager to coordinate regular payment runs. 

· Attendance at regular meetings of the Finance Sub-Committee.

6. Support to Executive Director

• Member of the senior management team, contributing to strategic planning and organisational development.
• Provide operational insights and recommendations to enhance the Law Centre’s performance and service delivery.
• Coordinate and chair regular meetings of the IT Working Group
• Report regularly to the Trustees on operational issues

7. Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including health and safety and data protection (GDPR).
• Participate in and ensure the smooth running of the annual Lexcel audit as well as other regular audits.

8. Professional Development

• To attend regular support and supervision and appraisal meetings.
• To keep up-to-date and to meet identified learning and development needs as appropriate.

9. Teamwork and Service Development

• To attend and contribute to staff meetings

• To attend and actively participate in other meetings as required, and to take an active role in the planning and development of the Law Centre.
• To network and liaise with external agencies as agreed.

10. General

• To uphold and promote the Aims and Principles of the Law Centre
• To be available to work outside normal office hours on occasion as required and notified in advance.
• To undertake any other duties that are compatible with the functions of the post.

Person Specification

Essential

• Excellent IT skills with extensive experience working with Excel and other Microsoft Office products as well as database products.
• A minimum of two years experience in a similar role, or relevant transferrable skills.
• Ability to develop, maintain and report on data and compliance records, including the ability to impart information in an understandable way.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organised with the ability to set priorities, meet goals and evaluate processes and results.
• Confident, self reliant, capable of taking the initiative and working autonomously.
• Good attention to detail.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills. 

Desirable

• Experience managing and developing case management systems or similar software.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and supplier relationships effectively.
