Responsibilities of our Corporate Partnerships Account Manager:
- This is a key role within the Corporate Partnerships team. We work with a range of valued corporate partners and have ambitious plans to grow sustainable net income each year enabling Cats Protection to help the thousands of cats that need us. This role is key to the Partnerships Team achieving its income targets by providing high quality account management for current partners, partner engagement and excellent stewardship.
- The role is responsible for account managing and developing existing corporate partnerships, supporting the implementation of the corporate partnerships fundraising plan and increasing sustainable net income for Cats Protection.
- Please note, this role will likely have one line report in the future
About the Corporate Partnerships team:
- We sit within the Marketing & Income Generation directorate.
- The corporate partnerships team is split between new business and account management, made up of driven, passionate and dynamic corporate fundraisers.
- We currently have a team of one full time Corporate Partnerships Manager, a Corporate Partnerships Account Manager and a Corporate Partnerships Officer, in addition to a Lead Corporate Partnerships Manager who oversees the entire corporate partnerships team.
- You will be managed by the Corporate Partnerships Manager.
What we are looking for in our Corporate Partnerships Account Manager:
- Significant experience in charity fundraising
- Significant corporate partnership account management experience
- Extensive experience of developing strong relationships with supporters/ clients/colleagues
- Experience of developing bespoke propositions/presentations/proposals
- Experience of using a CRM database
- Strong understanding of corporate fundraising principles, practices and processes, including ethical screening, VAT and logo use
- Flexible to travel with occasional evening and weekend working for events

Job Summary
The Senior Partnership Officer will play a pivotal role in building, strengthening and diversifying Bipolar UK’s high‑value relationships, with a particular emphasis on corporate fundraising and identifying strategic, mutually beneficial collaborations that support the charity’s long‑term needs.
Working closely with the Strategic Partnership Manager, you will manage and grow our portfolio of major donors, corporate supporters, and strategic partners. You will provide exceptional stewardship, ensuring partners feel valued, engaged, and inspired to deepen their relationship with us.
A key part of the role will involve proactively identifying and cultivating new corporate prospects, developing compelling propositions, crafting funding proposals, and pitching confidently to decision‑makers at all levels. You will help implement robust cultivation plans and ensure effective monitoring and evaluation across all partnership activity.
You will also work collaboratively across the wider Fundraising Team - including with the Fundraising Officer - supporting campaigns, events, and individual giving where needed.
This is a home‑based position with travel required for meetings and events across the UK. Some evening or weekend work may be required.
Key Responsibilities
1. Growing Corporate and Strategic Partnerships
- Drive the growth of corporate fundraising through proactive identification, research and cultivation of new corporate prospects.
- Develop innovative, mutually beneficial partnership opportunities, including Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Charity of the Year, sponsorships, staff fundraising, corporate challenge events, payroll giving and cause‑related marketing.
- Create compelling propositions tailored to corporate audiences.
- Lead and support pitches to secure long‑term, strategic and income‑generating partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Services, Communications) to co‑design new partnership concepts, projects or services that align with charity priorities.
- Support the development of partnership agreements and ensure expectations, deliverables and benefits are clearly defined.
- Work to a mutually agreed financial target and use the CRM to track and record relevant data to grow our donor pipeline.
2. Strengthening High‑Value Donor & Partner Stewardship
- Deliver excellent relationship management to major donors, corporate partners and strategic allies.
- Provide regular updates on impact and organisational achievements to deepen engagement.
- Organise meetings, briefings, events and engagement opportunities to showcase our work.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all interactions on Salesforce.
- Create tailored materials, proposals and events to support ongoing partnership activity.
- Represent Bipolar UK through presentations at corporate and partner events.
- Track performance and impact of partnerships, supporting continuous improvement.
3. Supporting Wider Fundraising
- Work collaboratively with the Fundraising Officer, SPM and wider team to maximise fundraising opportunities across all income streams.
- Provide hands‑on support for individual giving campaigns, events and community fundraising when needed.
- Contribute to team planning, cross‑team projects, and organisational initiatives.

Skills and Experience
Essential:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in major donor fundraising, corporate fundraising or partnership development.
- Proven track record of generating new business at 5 and 6 figure levels - from prospecting through to securing partnerships.
- Experience working to, and achieving, income targets.
- Strong understanding of the corporate sector, CSR and corporate fundraising mechanisms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience delivering pitches and proposals.
- Excellent project and time‑management skills.
- Understanding of ethical fundraising and GDPR compliance.
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office and quick to adopt new technologies.
Desirable:
- Experience within a mental health or health‑related charity.
- Understanding of bipolar gained through lived experience or supporting a friend or family member.

SUDC is the sudden and unexpected death of a child aged 1-18 years where the cause of death remains unexplained despite a thorough investigation. 40 children are affected every year in the UK, more than young child deaths due to traffic accidents, fires or drowning and comparable to 1-2 seemingly healthy children dying every fortnight, often going to sleep and never waking up.

Campaigns and Public Affairs Officer
We’re looking for a Campaigns and Public Affairs Officer to help turn insight, lived experience and evidence into powerful public campaigns that drive change for people affected by bowel cancer. We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Senior Social Media Officer to take the lead on managing and evolving our social media presence across multiple channels. You’ll work closely with colleagues across our global teams to bring our brand to life online — raising awareness, driving engagement, and helping us tell powerful stories of change.
This role sits within our Brand & Communications team. You’ll be responsible for managing digital communities, creating compelling content, spotting trends, and using data insights to optimise our performance. Accountabilities

The General Manager will provide leadership and day-to-day operational management for the Natural Voice Network, ensuring smooth running of its activities and services. Working under the strategic direction of the Trustee Board, the General Manager will implement decisions, oversee the Administrator, and manage finances and communications at an operational level.
They will have delegated authority to make operational and financial decisions (within agreed limits) on behalf of the NVN and its Trustee Board, enabling trustees to focus on governance, strategy, and long-term development.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management
- Manage the day-to-day running of the NVN, ensuring all activities are delivered efficiently and in line with the organisation’s values and policies.
- Maintain and store confidential documents and archives.
- Work closely with the Administrator to ensure smooth coordination of membership services, communications, and events.
- Support the development and implementation of the NVN’s strategic and annual plans.
- Represent the NVN in meetings and collaborations, acting as a central point of contact for members, partners, and external organisations.

Financial Management

Governance and Reporting

- Keep policies and procedures up to date and support trustees in implementing policies and procedures, ensuring that staff and volunteers are informed and aligned.

- Manage trustee induction when new trustees are elected onto the Trustee Board.
Staff Supervision

About You
As the Philanthropy Manager, you will be a confident and persuasive communicator, comfortable engaging with supporters and stakeholders at all levels. You will have a solid knowledge of philanthropic giving and a deep appreciation of the value of high-quality donor stewardship. Highly organised and detail-focused, you will enjoy working with data and be skilled at producing compelling content both on and offline. You will bring initiative, creativity and the ability to work independently, while also being a collaborative team player.
The Philanthropy Manager is a new donor-facing role, which will focus on expanding and strengthening a major donor portfolio to increase five and six figure income from individual donors and family trusts for Art UK. You will lead on managing and growing Art UK’s philanthropic giving programme, which includes the Patrons and supporter events programme and our major donor activity. Working within an ambitious team, you will have the support of a freelance Prospect Researcher to identify new prospects, and the Development Manager and CRM Officer to develop donor journeys and relationship management systems. You will report to the Head of Development, work closely with the CEO and Chair of the Philanthropy Board, and collaborate with colleagues across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a robust prospect pipeline through identification, research, cultivation and relationship-building to secure five-figure gifts and long-term support
- Manage a portfolio of mid-level individual donors, converting one-off supporters into deeper donor relationships
- Manage and grow Art UK’s mid-level regular giving programme, strengthening donor relationships through face-to face meetings, events and personalised communication
- Develop donor development strategies, using CRM to analysis and identify higher gift prospects from existing donor pool and maximise giving potential
- Lead on major gifts for annual Big Give campaigns, identifying and securing keystone pledge donors, and leveraging networks to reach giving targets
- Create and implement, effectively and in a timely manner, development plans for each donor to retain and upgrade donors and document all activities in CRM Beacon
- Prepare and personalise correspondence and fundraising materials, including donor stewardship and reports, funding proposals and acknowledgement letters as appropriate
- Work closely with the Marketing team and other colleagues to showcase Art UK’s work and enhance donor engagement
- Organise and deliver events for major donors and prospects (with support from the Development team), including attending events where appropriate
- Support management of the American Friends of Art UK (launching 2026), including donor stewarding and events programming
- Support senior leadership and board members in the preparation and delivery of high-quality donor pitches to secure new philanthropic gifts
- Monitor progress against targets and maintain accurate reporting, including updates to Art UK’s Board of Trustees and the Philanthropy Board
- Ensure pledges and donations are processed efficiently and that donors are thanked promptly and personally
- Work closely with all members of the Development team to ensure prospecting and cultivation activity is aligned and complementary
- Ensure all philanthropic fundraising activity is conducted in line with legal, regulatory and ethical best practice e.g. GDPR and the Chartered Institute of Fundraising Code of Practice
