About the Role: The Finance Officer (Income) is a vital member of the Finance team, responsible for the accurate accounting, reconciliation, and reporting of the Charity's diverse income streams. You will manage the monthly income reconciliation process, prepare income journals, support Gift Aid accounting, and work closely with colleagues across Finance, Data and Fundraising teams to ensure income is recorded correctly and allocated to the appropriate funds and appeals.
The role offers the opportunity to gain broad experience across charity finance, including income accounting, fund accounting, Gift Aid, audit support, and financial controls. You will contribute to maintaining robust financial processes and help ensure the Charity can maximise the impact of every donation received.

About the role
This role will reimagine what commercial corporate partnerships look like at Crisis, and play a leading role in growing our income, brand profile and audience reach through new commercial relationships across all sectors.

About you
You’ll be an experienced, tenacious, results-orientated senior fundraiser who will bring creativity to building a new commercial partnerships strategy that turbo-charges our income, grow our brand profile and audience reach.
You’ll own your pipeline and, with the New Commercial Partnerships Manager, identify, build and convert new sponsorship, cause related marketing and brand partnerships that deliver real value for Crisis, and our new partners.
You’ll be motivated by the challenge of reimagining what new commercial partnerships can deliver at Crisis, and be a self-starter who confidently speaks the language of corporate marketing, brand and buying teams and external agencies.
You’ll collaborate closely with our Brand, Marketing & Audience team, our Retail, Media and Client Services teams to package up new high-value commercial propositions at pace.
You’ll be commercially savvy who can spot new opportunities for commercial partnerships that others may miss. We’re looking for someone who can adapt industry priorities, motivations and funding trends into corporate new commercial partnership opportunities for Crisis.

We are seeking a music therapist who is HCPC-registered to provide music therapy within our Camden Schools project. The Talent Set are delighted to be working with Plan International UK to recruit a Head of Supporter Marketing & Public Fundraising, 14 month Maternity Cover Contract. This role is responsible for how Plan International holistically considers its supporters and how different interactions with the organisation can influence support.
As Head of Supporter Marketing & Public Fundraising you will be responsible for leading the teams that focus on how Plan International attracts, retains and stewards its supporters, delivering successful integrated marketing campaigns that grow public fundraising income and impact.
Plan International UK currently benefits from c.66,000 sponsors, c.42,000 campaigners and a wealth of regular supporters. You’ll lead a team of 22 (3 direct reports) to identify and think about the potential crossover of these audiences, developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that maximise the potential for their support, ultimately growing income and supporter lifetime value.
By adopting a whole funnel approach you will lead with a growth marketing mindset, considering the bigger picture and marketing campaigns needed to increase brand awareness and draw in new audiences, alongside the multi product approach required to convert them into new supporters.

Working hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £25,233 per annum
Based: Herts Countywide travel required, depending on client need and waiting lists, with a focus on Waltham Cross and East Herts.

Our Peer Support Service started 14 years ago, Since then, we have seen our service grow and we now offer Peer Support across the whole of Hertfordshire. Peer Support is the key service most requested by people and we now offer this in all of our 7 Wellbeing Centres across Hertfordshire. HMN’s values of Hope, Courage, Togetherness and Responsive form the basis of all the work we do.
Hertfordshire Mind Network provide a range of training opportunities, including our Peer Support Academy. Working in co-production with clients, staff, volunteers and stakeholders, we were able to create our own Peer Support Charter Values and these values form the ethos we work within our peer support team and the 2 academy courses we run which are: The Foundations of Peer Support and Supporting Others in a Peer Way.
About the Role
The Peer Support service provide tailored, personalised support for someone’s individual needs. This includes using different tools and techniques to help an individual improve areas of their life they may be struggling with. This approach includes; Hope, Courage, Togetherness and Responsive. Peer Support is based on the recognition that there is no better person to support the path towards recovery, than someone who has walked a similar path as that person.
As a Peer Support Worker you will:
The successful candidate will have need a personal understanding (lived experience) of mental health needs, or cared for someone who did, a great understanding and proven skills of delivering mental health services, proven skills around working with adults with mental health needs and significant proven knowledge of models and services to meet the needs of adults with mental health needs.

We’re currently recruiting for one full-timeTrainee Children Wellbeing Practitioners (CWP)to work directly with young people within our mental health services. For this post you need to have a Undergraduate degree, second class or above, in a mental health of child development related subject OR any subject with further training or experience in a relevant field. We are also looking for someone with an open and flexible attitude; excellent engagement skills and a passion for working with children and young people around mental health.
Responsibilities include offering a CBT based self-guided mental health interventions to young people and their families including individual, parent-led and group-based support; workshops; crisis support; mental health themed activities.
This post is based on-site and may require flexibility to work across different service areas and interventions. Some evening and/or weekend work may be necessary to meet the needs of young people.
This is a training position where the post holder will undertake training at Kings College London alongside working in service for Off The Record. Applicants will need to be ready to start work in early January 2027 and posts cannot be offered to candidates unless they can guarantee this start date.
