About the role

We're looking for someone who wants to build their career in marketing and digital communications and has a knack for administrative tasks, great writing skills and an eye for detail. As part of The King’s Fund’s Marketing and Digital Communications team, you’ll be at the heart of giving colleagues and customers a consistent, joined-up experience and play a key role in our marketing and communications strategy.

You’ll deal with a spectrum of work spanning from writing and creating compelling copy to diving into our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and managing lists; to pulling together evaluation reports, analysing campaign performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights. With support from your manager and the rest of the team, it’s a great role to build your expertise and gain valuable marketing experience.

To join us, you’ll need a keen interest in communications, especially digital channels, such as email and social media, and a blend of creativity and precision to write clear and compelling copy. BeSpace is a small but growing Christian charity with a big vision to see a future where every child has the opportunity to access creative reflective spaces to develop personal tools to pray, reflect and grow spiritually throughout their lives, helping churches, schools and communities to flourish.

We have seen incredible impact through developing prayer spaces in schools across Oxfordshire. Since 2010, over 65,000 children have experienced prayer spaces led by local churches, trained and resourced by us. Currently 60 schools a year have prayer and reflection spaces. Now, we’re building on this momentum to reach over 115 schools in the next three years and are preparing to grow nationally with developing contemplative retreats for schools.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

• Inspire and equip churches to run prayer and reflection spaces in schools
• Pilot school retreats and embed contemplative practices into school engagement
• Recruit and coach volunteer area networkers to grow local networks of volunteers
• Gather stories and evidence of impact, ensuring quality and consistency
• Help position Oxfordshire as a model in developing contemplative retreats nationally. 

You will work closely with our CEO and Operations Coordinator, playing a vital part in both local transformation and BeSpace’s journey towards national growth.

We are seeking a Head of Supporter Engagement to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Fundraising & Communications to develop and enhance our Public Fundraising Programme, which covers Individual Giving, Lottery, Challenge Events and Legacy income. How we work with Employers and Higher Education Institutions
At Unifrog, we partner with universities and employers to help them connect with our global network of highly engaged students, teachers and careers leaders.

The role and responsibilities

As New Business Lead for Employer and HE Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in driving Unifrog’s growth in our employer and higher education markets. Your key responsibilities:

• Design tailored campaigns involving emails, phone calls, webinars and social media, to target employers and higher education institutions in a smart and engaging way.

• Communicate with interested employers and higher education institutions to explain the work we do at Unifrog and the partnerships we offer in a compelling manner to secure online demonstrations for our Employer and Higher Education Partnership Managers.

• Attend conferences (sometimes overseas) to promote the work we do at Unifrog and network with relevant stakeholders in the employer and higher education sectors.

• Be the first port of call for partnership/collaboration enquiries from employers and higher education institutions.

• Work with our team of Employer and Higher Education Partnership Managers to understand the challenges they face and how you can support them in growing their partner bases.

• Analyse data from the Unifrog platform to inform your research around suitable higher education institutions and employers that we don’t work with but who would benefit from a partnership with us. 

• Support with other projects such as organising conferences, analysing our competitors, and reviewing our marketing collateral.

• Communicate information about our line up of online and in-person events to non-partner HE institutions, to secure their attendance at these events.

• Gain an in-depth understanding of our competitors in the market.

Working together

You’ll be working with the HE and Employer teams, alongside the Partnerships Director for International Schools and HE (who will be your line manager), the Partnerships Director for UK Schools and Employers, the Head of Employer Partnerships, and the Head of HE Partnerships. Your projects will also see you collaborating closely with the Marketing team.

The Role

The organisation is a Christian think tank which seeks a world in which Christian ideas about human flourishing are drawn upon to answer some of the world’s biggest challenges. They stimulate debate about the place of religion in society, challenging and changing ideas through research, commentary and events.

As Researcher you will work on mixed–methods research projects (potentially on subjects including recent interest in faith amongst young people, motherhood, and Christian Nationalism). You will work with the team to conduct literature reviews, design interview guides and questionnaires, identify and contact interviewees, conduct and analyse interviews, work on data analysis, project report write-ups and presentations.

About You

We are looking for someone with an undergraduate degree in a relevant subject, proven ability to conduct in-depth interviews, some knowledge of quantitative research, excellent organisational and communication abilities, in particular to write research reports. You will also have an active interest and knowledge in the role of Christianity in contemporary Britain.

SHINE is a membership organisation offering free services and support to over 14,700 members living with spina bifida and/or hydrocephalus, normal pressure hydrocephalus (NPH), and associated conditions.

We currently have 750 members living with NPH and this is growing significantly each month. This role will provide a specific focus on the area of NPH, whilst also supporting wider Shine activities. 

Main purpose of role 

Deliver a high-quality service to and facilitate opportunities for, individuals living with NPH/dementia and their families/carers through Shine membership across England, Wales and Northern Ireland. 

Empower and enable members living with the conditions to lead healthy and happy lives through greater independence, better condition management and by creating links to the Shine community and their local networks. 

Raise awareness of NPH across Health & Social Care professionals and the public. 

Support the planning and delivery of the annual NPH Awareness Week. 

As part of a high performing team, support Shine to be recognised as the number one provider of support for NPH outside of the NHS. 

Promote and support all Shine’s services and activities.

We are looking for an ambitious new Legacy Giving Lead – someone who brings a passion for hospice care and wants to play a part in growing Legacy Giving at the Hospice. On average, we receive £1 million a year in legacy income but we are keen to grow and sustain this in the future.

This is a critical role that will work with colleagues across the Hospice to raise awareness of legacies and you will contribute your expertise to provide top-tier stewardship to our wonderful legators.

The opportunity...

This is a critical role that will develop and grow a high-performing Legacy Giving programme at The Hospice of St Francis.

You will personally identify, cultivate and steward legacy pledgers through an inspiring engagement programme that both raises awareness of legacies, encourages new pledgers and shows the impact they have on the Hospice’s services.

With a solid understanding of the administration of wills, you will liaise with executors and professional advisors and advise colleagues and the Board on best practice legacy administration.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Legacy Giving specialist to curate a new legacy programme, building on previous work, to grow income for the future.

The must haves:

• Fundraising Success: At least five years’ experience of delivering a Legacy Giving programme with success in driving acquisition and relationship management
• Technical expertise: Practical understanding of the practical implications of legal and financial aspects of wills
• Driving awareness and engagement: Experience of developing and executing legacy awareness initiatives internally and externally
• Systems and processes: using client relationship management systems, tracking KPIs and managing projects
• Proven expertise in relationship building internally and externally

The it would be great to haves:

• Experience working with professional advisors such as lawyers, accountants and wealth managers
• Knowledge of regular/mid-value or in-mem giving
• Experience of DonorFy
• Experience of fundraising in a Hospice setting

Leukaemia UK and You 

We have recently invested in growing our fundraising team so that we can fund more life-changing research to increase our understanding of leukaemia as a disease, and accelerate the development of kinder, more effective treatments. This includes investment to grow the fundraising team, develop new fundraising products, recruit new supporters, and increase legacy giving through targeted campaigns.

This is a key role for an organised and accurate administrator with strong attention to detail to support the Fundraising Team across a broad portfolio - from community and challenge to philanthropy – with a focus on stewarding our dedicated in-memory supporters.

With a range of administrative tasks and supporter care to ensure our fundraisers have a positive supporter journey with Leukaemia UK, vital to retaining those relationships. These will include, but aren’t limited to, banking cheques and thanking donors, sending out fundraising materials, database administration, managing inbound enquiries and processing new regular givers.

The successful candidate will be a friendly, supporter-focused individual who approaches their work with pride and enthusiasm, working quickly, accurately and diligently in a fast-paced environment. They will need to be able to work from our central London office at least two days a week.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Good working knowledge of customer/supporter databases (ideally Salesforce CRM but not essential).
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Professional, confident and friendly telephone manner to work with a wide range of people and suppliers.

Job specifics

• As Programme Coordinator – Event and Project Lead, you’ll oversee the planning and delivery of around 65 events each year, from mock trials and school workshops to teacher training and sector-facing events, ensuring every detail contributes to a high-quality experience for young people, educators, and volunteers. In addition to event delivery, the role also involves leading key projects that support programme development and growth.
• As Programme Coordinator – Schools Engagement Lead, you’ll be the main point of contact for over 480 secondary schools, managing registrations, communications, and support to ensure smooth, engaging participation across our programmes.
