About the role
We’re excited to be recruiting a Legacy and In Memory Marketing Manager to help grow and deliver WWF-UK’s legacy and in memory fundraising programme. This role will lead the planning and delivery of engaging multi-channel marketing activity that inspires supporters to consider leaving a gift in their will or giving in memory, helping to build long-term support for our mission.

You will be building great relationships with our Corporate members and involving them with the work of the trust and inspiring them to support our range of inspiring projects. You will use your networking skills at events to proactively find new corporate supporters, and retain our existing supporters by running corporate events on our nature reserves across the county. You will further develop our corporate volunteering offering, working closely with our land management team, creating great days out for our supporters’ employees that they’ll recommend to their colleagues.
You will be an active member of the Fundraising team, sharing skills and ideas at regular meetings. The role will require extensive travel throughout the county, visiting networking events and arranging relationships between corporates and our wildlife projects, such as the Rye Harbour Discovery Centre. You will have a creative and innovative approach to the role, working on new ways to secure support from businesses from across the county. You will enjoy getting involved in fundraising events that include that whole fundraising department to create new income streams for the trust.

Harris Hill is working with an education based organisation, supporting their search for an interim Events Manager, working remotely, 4 days per week, for 6 months.
The pro rota salary would be £36-40k, on the basis that you work 4dpw, but could spread the 4 across 5. You would however be responsible for attending the various events, with one in June and another in October.
We are looking for a seasoned Events Manager, who is adept at the whole life cycle of events, with a emphasis on planning, and the marketing of the events themselves, so someone with both events and marketing experience is essential.
The team does have some events, admin, and communications support, but you would need to steer the a little, be very hands on, and flexible to the needs of the role.
Specifically, the role of the Events Manager involves:
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, and working closely with the staff team, to develop and deliver ALT’s programme of events.
Organising the logistics for in-person and online events and conferences, managing associated budgets and revenue generation, and negotiating with exhibitors and sponsors.
Leading on events-related stakeholder management, including working in partnership with volunteers to create conference programmes and managing event-related collaborations with partner organisations, nationally, and internationally. This also includes leading on logistics for the Annual Awards.
Leading on events marketing and communications and social media, including promoting opportunities for members and partners across sectors.
Overseeing delegate and exhibitor liaison and carrying out event evaluations, including acting as the person responsible for feedback and complaints.
Evaluating and reporting on events to committees including the Board of Trustees.
Business and project management
Devise and manage project plans, risk registers and budgets for events and associated areas of operations.
Negotiate with potential and selected suppliers of products and services to secure best value, and manage and develop long term relationships with its suppliers.
Recruit, train, and line manage casual staff employed by the organisation in the run-up to and during conferences.
General
Represent the organisation at events, promote the organisation and establish new and develop existing relationships with partners and stakeholders. This will involve occasional weekend, and evening work, and travel within the UK, and will include attendance at the two in-person conferences in the UK.
Contribute to the development and implementation of the Strategy.
Undertake training to ensure appropriate skills are acquired or developed.
Provide occasional holiday and sickness cover for posts at the same or lower grade.
Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as may be determined by the organisation that are commensurate with the level and grade of this post.

We are recruiting for a temporary data & insight officer for an amazing health support charity. You will ensure the organisation manages their supporter data responsibly, facilitate effective use and development of data across the organisation and provide insight and analysis to increase fundraising potential.

The Role
Donorfy Maintenance and Development
Enter supporter data into the database accurately and in a timely manner using Donorfy integrations or import tools
Liaise with internal and external contacts to agree schedules and formats for all regular financial and fundraising imports. Maintain relationships with solution providers and other related parties.
Day to day responsibility for data imports, data validation and data cleaning, to ensure accuracy of supporter information
Data Analysis & Reporting
In collaboration with colleagues across fundraising and marketing, identify areas for regular reporting to add value to existing processes and procedures and ensure these reports are delivered to schedule.
Explore and deliver analytics opportunities that enable the charity to make data-led strategic and tactical decisions
The Candidate
Experience of administering and maintaining a supporter database and developing the database to improve functionality across all areas of fundraising.
Experience extracting data from a CRM based on complex inclusion and exclusion criteria, A good understanding of segmentation and the effective use of supporter data for campaign purposes.
Good knowledge and experience of using a fundraising database for reporting and analysis.
Knowledge of GDPR and Fundraising Code of Practice as they relate to direct marketing and able to appropriately raise areas of non-compliance.
Proven ability to manage relationships with third party suppliers including fundraising platforms and mailing and fulfilment houses.
A good understanding of fundraising and how the effective use of data can drive supporter engagement and income growth.
Excellent lT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and CRM like Donorfy
