We’re looking for a Legacy Campaign Manager, who will be responsible for delivering multiple legacy products, with a particular focus on delivering a first-class stewardship programme to our loyal supporters. 

What does this role involve?
As Legacy Campaign Manager, you will:

• work closely with external agencies to deliver key legacy products, including gifts in wills, In Memoriam gifts and our Canine Care Card,
• collaborate with other teams in the Individual Giving directorate to deliver an excellent supporter journey to all those who donate, from handling individual responses to delivering stewardship events,
• creatively bring our brand message to life, helping supporters understand the impact of their loyalty,
• monitor and analyse outcomes from projects, being on the ball and proactively identifying ways to improve and accelerate supporter experiences.

Interviews for this role are provisionally scheduled for 5th and 6th March 2026 and will take place on Teams.

Could this be you?
To be successful in this role, you’ll need some fundraising experience, ideally with experience in legacy or in memory donations. You’ll be an excellent written and verbal communicator, combined with strong emotional intelligence to discuss legacy sensitively. You’ll have strong IT skills, as well as some experience of working with a CRM. A commitment to the aims and objectives of Dogs Trust is essential.

ROLE OVERVIEW

You will have a dynamic approach with the ability to combine business development, relationship management, stakeholder engagement and operational oversight to ensure that RLSS UK’s membership thrives and aligns with our purpose, mission and vision.

RLSS UK members include Lifesavers, Lifeguards, Licence to Operate Members, Lifesaving Academy members, Honorary Members and Staff.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Regular communications and support to branches and lifesaving clubs
• Engage with our members to understand their needs and future opportunities to support their roles in their communities and beyond
• Conduct research and horizon scan for new opportunities for our members
• Conduct research to identify and understand potential new members and opportunities to support growth and meet need
• Conduct research to identify and connect with relevant external stakeholders
• Drive new membership onboarding, ensuring a seamless and effective experience
• Ensure clubs achieve and maintain the appropriate accreditation in line with RLSS UK requirements, policies and processes
• Develop an annual plan of community engagement and roadshows with members and non-members to raise awareness of the work of RLSS UK and our members, to recruit new members and share water safety and drowning prevention education and campaigns
• Ensure clear and concise processes are in place to support membership experience, retention and growth
• Work collaboratively with all RLSS UK teams to raise awareness of our awards and qualifications offer. Collaborate to adapt offerings based on member feedback and emerging industry trends
• Develop tailored marketing materials to support our membership offer and recruit new members.
• Represent RLSS UK in meetings with key stakeholders and to share outcomes and impact to further the society’s purpose, mission and vision.
• Respond to membership queries and provide an excellent service together with timely responses
• Support the implementation, update and oversight of the CRM system to improve member engagement tracking and data management.
• Manage data collection processes, including compliance requirements of membership criteria
• Support the development of thought leadership pieces, contributing to annual reports and ensure high-quality written outputs
• Support the planning, organising and execution of events, including membership forums and conferences ensuring seamless delivery and high attendee satisfaction

• Attend the RLSS UK Sports Committee
• Assist with the implementation of the Lifesaving Sport Strategy, and support the growth in participation in Lifesaving Sport events
• Work closely with the Volunteering Team, particularly in relation to volunteers within RLSS UK branches and clubs
• Actively develop initiatives that broaden the demographic diversity of the RLSS UK membership

OTHER DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead on and support ad hoc projects as required
• Contribute to the successful operation of the charity by undertaking such other tasks as may from time to time be required including all other duties reasonably associated with your role, as directed by the Line Manager.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Essential Relevant Experience, Skills and/or Aptitudes

• At least 10+ years’ experience in a Membership role
• Significant experience of working at a leadership role level ideally in a membership organisation
• Demonstrable experience of positively interacting, engaging and influencing at all levels including with senior management and external stakeholders
• Demonstrable experience of membership retention and acquisition
• Demonstrable experience of successfully pitching new approaches to prospective members, ideally in a membership organisation
• Demonstrable experience of delivering member-focused solutions within a membership organisation

Policy Campaigns Officer

A permanent position has arisen as part of the continued growth of our campaigns work within our friendly Policy, Public Affairs and Campaigns department. The Policy Campaigns Officer will play a key role in helping the charity deliver high-impact campaigns that mobilise supporters, influence policy, and raise awareness of issues relating to dementia research.

In this role you will support the Campaigns Manager to deliver integrated advocacy campaigns aligned to Alzheimer's Research UK’s strategic objectives. You will contribute to the coordination, development and implementation of activity that connects public mobilisation with policy and government influencing priorities.

You will bring proven experience of working on advocacy or policy-focused campaigns, or in a closely related field where influencing decision makers and engaging the public has been central to your work. You will understand how campaigning activity contributes to political or institutional change and will be confident supporting the delivery of campaign tactics across digital and offline channels.

This role is ideal if you are looking to build on existing advocacy or influencing experience in a collaborative team, contributing to campaigns that aim to deliver measurable policy impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign development and delivery

· Support the development and delivery of integrated advocacy and policy campaigns aligned to organisational priorities.

Role Summary    

This is a crucial role in our digital and marketing team, ensuring that we engage significant new and existing audiences through campaigns, marketing activity and digital content year-round. You will coordinate delivery of Alcohol Change UK’s flagship Dry January® challenge and ensure that other campaigns (Sober Spring, Alcohol Awareness Week and wider marketing initiatives) connect with audiences across the UK and internationally. Working closely with external agencies and the Executive Director of Communications and Marketing, you will increase the profile of our work and help drive growth in our audiences, and those taking part in our behaviour change programme.

The purpose of this role is to bring together two of FareShare South West’s (FSSW) most critical functions — community membership and food supply — to help transform our current impact, rescuing and sharing food for million more meals. The post holder will lead the development and implementation of both the membership and food strategies, ensuring our membership offer is responsive to community need, operational capacity and the changing landscape of surplus food.

This role is responsible for building and sustaining strong regional and national food partnerships, aligning supply with member demand, and ensuring food reaches the highest priority organisations. The post holder will lead and develop expert teams, strengthen cross-departmental collaboration, and drive service improvements, innovation and growth.

As a key member of the Wider Senior Leadership Team (SLT), the role ensures robust governance, accountability and performance across membership and food, contributing to
organisational strategy, financial sustainability and long-term impact for communities across the South West.

1) Strategic Leadership & Governance

• Provide visible, values-led leadership with clear accountability to the CEO and Board; ensuring teams are aligned behind a consistent culture and change agenda.
• Lead the creation and implementation of the membership and food strategies; delivering to budget, achieving ambitious targets, and embedding innovation for long-term growth.
• Contribute to the wider organisational strategy. Work with the CEO/SLT to set annual budgets and reforecasts, providing regular financial, key performance indicators (KPIs) and narrative reports to the CEO and Board.
• Lead the development and introduction of emerging surplus food types e.g., frozen food, re-labelling, catering packs into our operation, ensuring this is fully aligned across membership, food and operations teams.

• Support the Deputy CEO to prepare timely inputs for the audited accounts and impact report and attend finance subcommittee meetings as required.

2) Food Partners and Supply

• With support from the CEO, lead on the key relationship with the national partner FareShare and The Felix Project, ensuring food supply is maximised and aligned with organisational needs.
• Be accountable for all incoming food supply, including national (70-75% of our total supply via FareShare and The Felix Project) and locally sourced (25-30%).
• Raise awareness of FSSW’s capability to redistribute surplus food and, with support from our communications team, position the organisation as the surplus food partner of choice in the region, leading on food campaigns, external activity, networks and events.
• Working with the Food Manager, maintain and grow local food partnerships across the South West to secure supply aligned with infrastructure, growth plans and community need—taking the lead on stewarding key suppliers and maintaining accurate records.
• Be accountable for food safety and compliance across the organisation, including product recalls, legislation changes, liaison with national partners and the Health and Safety consultant.
• Work closely with both the food and fundraising teams to develop and deliver a gleaning programme across the organisation.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure all incoming food is compliant, within capacity limits, and aligned to local operational realities.
• Be accountable for key food related projects and reporting for relevant funders, working with the Finance Manager to ensure accurate procurement data.
• Be accountable for the food pipeline and for managing internal and external communications related to food availability, allocation, planning and future growth.

3) Community Membership Development

• Establish a refreshed, high value membership service and value proposition, aligned to surplus food supply, logistics capacity and community need.
• Ensure the membership team implements a data-driven strategy for recruitment and retention, incorporating member feedback, root cause analysis and performance insights.
• Develop and lead long-term, strategic partnerships aligned with the current and future needs of the membership programme, representing the organisation in South West networks relevant to FSSW’s mission.
• Work with the CEO and SLT to develop and scale membership programmes across regions (e.g., Crisis Resilience Fund).
• Lead efforts to reduce food waste across the organisation through improved membership offerings, bolt-on memberships and direct delivery models.

We are looking for an experienced parks, heritage or cultural attraction professional to provide project management expertise on the prioritisation, planning, development, and delivery of a range of capital projects as part of the regeneration of Crystal Palace Park.

You will have a strong understanding of heritage sites, buildings and landscape, particularly in relation to design, construction and conservation, visitor experience, and accessibility.

New projects will likely include the refurbishment of historic venues such as the Concert Platform, Museum and future phases of the Subway restoration alongside exciting new capital developments aimed at enhancing the visitor experience.

Head of Community Sponsorship Role 

This is a rare opportunity to lead Citizens UK’s community sponsorship campaign and help build the movement that will be at the heart of a community-led welcome.

This new role comes at an exciting and crucial time, as we seek to build and embed this new form of named community sponsorship in the UK. Head of Individual Giving

We’re looking for an experienced and creative Head of Individual Giving to lead and grow our individual giving programme.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you’ll shape and deliver our individual giving strategy, overseeing the recruitment, retention and development of individual supporters. You’ll lead on our major appeals, including an annual national campaign to Catholic parishes across the UK.

You’ll also play a key role in developing new fundraising products, optimising donor journeys, and ensuring our CRM and data systems support excellent stewardship and insight-driven decision making. This is a senior position with significant scope to shape the programme and make your mark.
