Work experience at Unifrog

In 2022, we launched the Unifrog Placements tool with just a few schools and colleges, and it’s now being used by over 45% of UK schools and has facilitated over 350,000 placements since its launch. The Placements tool makes it quick and easy for schools and colleges to administer work experience, virtual work experience (VWEX), work shadowing, and internships, all in one central place on the Unifrog platform. The more schools that sign up to and get started with Placements, the closer we can get to levelling the playing field for all students.

What you’ll do

As the Work Experience Lead, you will provide outstanding customer support for school and college partners using our Placements tool. You’ll be the first point of contact for any queries about the tool, resolving any issues partners, parents or employers have with the process. You’ll also be responsible for training individuals, tracking the engagement and impact of the Placements tool across our partner schools. You’ll be keeping Account Managers up to speed on this throughout the academic year.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage incoming queries about our Placements tool via phone call and email.

• Keep Salesforce records up to date after any interactions with partner schools and colleges.

• Continually suggest and streamline our Work Experience processes using feedback from our partners.

• Analyse engagement data, trends and notable issues on Placements usage and share this data with Account Managers and the wider UK management team.

Additional responsibilities:

• Proactively look for opportunities to continue improving our platform and support of Work Experience within schools and colleges. For example, reviewing survey responses to identify potential tweaks or process improvements. 

• Support the UK Partner Success Team during busy periods, e.g., uploading school data onto the platform and troubleshooting any issues partner schools and colleges are experiencing.

• Proactively work to foster a sense of community amongst our Unifrog partners and consider how we can promote the sharing and embedding of Unifrog best practice. 

Working together
 

You’ll work alongside the Partner Success Leads and the wider UK schools and colleges team. You’ll also have contact with our Data, Marketing, and Finance teams.

You’ll report to the Head of Partner Success.

Key details

• £34,890 per annum (Grade A).

• Full-time.

• Split your time between working remotely and at our office in Hoxton, London (a minimum of 2 days per week). Applicants must be commutable to London and can expense up to £12.50 per day for travel, up to 2 days per week.

Purpose
This is an exciting new role supporting the delivery of the events and partnerships programme within a leading mental health charity.
We are looking for someone with a love for events and a passion for supporting people, who is excited by the prospect of raising funds that make a difference for young people’s mental health. You will be an excellent communicator, highly organised, and able to work on multiple projects concurrently. You will be committed to delivering an exceptional supporter experience for our event participants and corporate and community partners. Experience within the third sector is desirable but not a necessity.
As an Events and Partnerships Officer, your role is to support the planning, delivery and promotion of an exciting calendar of fundraising events, and support our corporate and community partners in their fundraising efforts.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Supporting our events programme

• Supporting the overall delivery of our events programme, working closely with the Senior Events and Partnerships Manager, Head of Fundraising and voluntary fundraising committees.
• Take a lead role on the planning, delivery and evaluation of a number of events within the calendar - which may include budgeting, liaising with third-party event organisers, logistics, risk assessment, promotion, participant engagement and post-event analysis.
• Monitor online fundraising and maintain event income and supporter records in the database, working closely with the Fundraising Assistant and finance team on processing income and invoices.
• Act as a point of contact for our various voluntary fundraising committees, supporting them with their activities, and providing event guidance and administrative support to enable them to deliver successful events and reach income targets.
• Working closely with our communications team, co-ordinate the marketing and promotion of our events programme. This will include: writing copy, building emails, supporting social activity, multi-channel promotion planning and supporter engagement campaigns.
• Collaborate on the design and production of event materials, including the development of event-specific fundraising packs and downloadable resources.
• Represent the Charlie Waller Trust at events as required which will include ad-hoc evenings and weekends for which time off in lieu will be given.

Supporting our partnerships

• Co-ordinate partnerships with community and corporate supporters, building long-term relationships and ensuring that partners feel valued and partnership objectives are met.
• Steward relationships with key people within our community and corporate partners, engaging them with the cause.
• Send fundraising materials (including t-shirts, information packs, etc.) to individual supporters, corporate partners and community groups raising money for us.

General responsibilities and duties

• Ensure that systems and processes are used as expected, and that our database is being updated and utilised as the central source of information.
• Provide regular updates on progress against agreed objectives and contribute to wider departmental fundraising reports as required.Ensure compliance to data protection, safeguarding, confidentiality and relevant organisational policies and procedures.
• Other duties as may be reasonably prescribed by the trust, appropriate to the grade and responsibilities of the post.
• Liaise with a wide variety of people and organisations including supporters of the charity, trainers and funders.
• Routine call handling as part of the wider office administrative team.

Guildford Cathedral is seeking a dynamic Head of Commercial Enterprise to oversee our Visitor Experience and Events Team. In this pivotal role, you will drive excellence across our Café Restaurant franchise and Cathedral Shop, ensuring outstanding service for all events clients and visitors.​

​Guildford Cathedral is a sacred space and a community of people who engage with God and the wider world for the common good.  We do this by being a warm-hearted community open to God, to all, to growth and to transformation.  Over 100,000 visitors come to the Cathedral each year and our Cathedral ‘community’ comprises thousands who feel close the Cathedral because of historical connection, the purchase of a brick in the 1950s, their membership of the worshipping congregations or staff and volunteers.​

Accountable to:The Chapter of Guildford Cathedral and the Guildford Cathedral Enterprises Management Board.

Hours and salary:Full time – 35 hours per week (flexibility is essential for this role and the hours worked are governed by the pattern of the events programme). The salary for the post is £45400.

What You'll Do:​​

Lead the Enterprise team to provide an outstanding level of service to events clients, visitors, including the families programme, and deliver excellence in the Café Restaurant franchise and the Shop. You will work enthusiastically as part of the Cathedral’s team of staff and volunteers to help deliver our vision. ​

Some of the Key Responsibilities of the role:​​

• Events

  • To direct the events team in organising the extensive events programme, maximise the spare capacity of the Cathedral building and the adjacent grounds, thereby generating income as required by the Cathedral budget.

  • To be the line manager for the Enterprise team members, including Events Officer, Events Assistant, Shop Manager & Shop Assistant, Visitor Engagement Officer, and the Families Engagement Officer.
  • To be the Cathedral point of contact for management issues related to the employees of the Café Restaurant franchisee.

Job Profile

CAFOD has an ambition to be digital first in our marketing and communications, to stay ahead of emerging trends and make the most of what digital technology can offer to strengthen our relationships with our supporters and in our ways of working across the organisation. Digital technology has already transformed our communications and will continue to do so. This senior communications and marketing role will be responsible for steering the ongoing digital transformation of CAFODs work, primarily in the supporter programme and also across the wider organisation.

This role encompasses overall responsibility for the brand, digital marketing, messaging, proactive and reactive media relations, with a core focus on digital transformation across all platforms. This post will play a key role in guiding our digital shop fronts and marketing efforts, evolving supporter journeys, steering our email programme and leading on the digital infrastructure to enable delivery of our supporter programme. It will ensure that digital engagement and conversion is embedded and an integral part of our communications planning. 

This role will drive innovation and data-informed insight across the full spectrum of communications and wider organisation functions. It will embed a digital-first approach across teams and guide and accompany the wider organisation on harnessing opportunities of new technologies, making digital engagement integral to communications planning. 

This role will drive brand awareness, brand advocacy and action across our programmes to ensure CAFOD is top of mind amongst the Catholic Community of England and Wales, helping to grow support from our constituency. You will bring proven senior-level experience in digital communications and marketing, ideally within the charity sector. With a strong understanding of communications at a senior level with expert knowledge of digital channels, audience engagement, and online conversion, you also have a strategic grasp of how digital integrates into broader communications and supporter strategies. Your leadership style is collaborative and visionary, and you have the gravitas and expertise to set the digital marketing direction for a large organisation, while bringing all teams along with your vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development, direction setting and delivery of an ambitious, insight-led digital-first communications strategy that enhances supporter journeys, increases engagement and drives measurable growth in support of our supporter programme, especially our parishioner-first fundraising strategy. 

• Act as CAFODs senior expert on communications, advising the Executive team, across departments and influencing strategic decision-making, including on digital direction and development, at the highest level. 

• Lead complex cross-organisational projects that improve our digital supporter experience, from acquisition to long-term engagement and conversion, ensuring timeliness and consistency with supporter programme priorities, especially the parishioner-first fundraising strategy and approach. 

• Provide leadership and overall oversight of external communications and messaging, including brand consistency and press/media engagement, ensuring consistency between our fundraising efforts, our campaigning work and profiling our international work to supporters and key stakeholders.

• Lead and oversee the digital teams - email marketing programme, social media engagement, digital developments, campaigns and the website, to ensure user experience is optimised and platforms support our supporter programme and broader organisational strategic objectives and ambitions.

• Extensive experience in a senior digital communications and marketing leadership role, with demonstrable success in developing and delivering integrated and audience-led multi-channel communications and marketing strategies. 
• Strong experience of overseeing development of supporter journeys and objectives, website development, CRM integration and email engagement and conversion. 
• Passionate about digital innovation and technologies, with deep knowledge of platforms, formats, and trends. 
• Committed to insight-led and data-driven approaches with skills to use digital tools, platforms and analytics to shape decisions and measure impact.

The Jobs, Education and Training (JET) team works with young people facing homelessness to support them into meaningful and appropriate employment, training opportunities, apprenticeships, volunteering, and education. As part of our delivery, we have developed a weekly ESOL group for young people looking to improve their spoken English, many of whom are young refugees and asylum seekers. Your role would involve the planning, preparation and delivery of these non-formal education sessions as well as delivering wider 1:1 JET casework. While you will work with all young people in the service, this role will focus on developing our JET delivery for young refugees, asylum seekers and those with English as a second language. You will also spend approximately 1 day per week helping us to deliver our core day-centre service.

Villiers Park's vision is a future where every young person has the opportunity to realise their full potential. Yet for too many, this is limited by economic, social and personal barriers not of their making. As a national social mobility charity, we exist to change that. 

We deliver targeted programmes in areas of socio-economic deprivation and inequality across the country. We have five hubs, in Hastings and Bexhill, Swindon, Tyneside, Norwich and Cambridgeshire, and reach over 2,500 young people every year.

We recently developed our 2025-30 strategy, which aims to deepen our impact and double our reach over the next five years. A new fundraising strategy and campaign, Beyond Barriers, will be launched to secure the funds to help us realise our goals and make a positive and lasting impact on the lives of more young people nationwide.

The Fundraising Operations and Data Manager is a newly created role in our Fundraising team. They will be responsible for managing the charity’s CRM (Salesforce) and working with colleagues across the team, and wider organisation, to ensure the smooth operational delivery of fundraising processes and activities.

The Fundraising Operations and Data Manager will provide data and donor insights to help identify trends and opportunities that contribute to shaping fundraising campaigns and enhance our stewardship. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Be responsible for the overall management of the Salesforce CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data entry. This includes processing donations, pipeline updates and managing data imports, exports and migrations to support fundraising activities.
• Create reports and dashboards to enable accurate and timely reporting.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and automation, collaborating with colleagues across the organisation to ensure the smooth operation and optimal use of the CRM.
• Work closely with the Head of Fundraising and Finance Manager to ensure that all donations are thanked in a timely manner and recorded correctly.
• Manage pledge payment tracking and reminders and follow-up processes for multi-year donations. Ensure that data management is carried out in accordance with GDPR and PECR, Villiers Park’s data protection and privacy notices, and the Fundraising Code of Practice. 
• Act as the point person for all prospect research activities, liaising with third party providers and ensuring adherence to data protection requirements and best practice at all times.
• Oversee the recognition framework and stewardship of current supporters, managing a sustainable and creative stewardship programme that engages supporters with our work.
• Create templates and systems that enhance cultivation and stewardship. 
• Generate mailing lists for fundraising and communications, which respond to a range of motivations to give and engagement with the charity. 
• Oversee and deliver operational efficiencies in our fundraising processes, for example, with payment providers and events.
• Any other duties as reasonably requested.

The role of Retail Co-ordinator is crucial to the smooth and efficient operation of The Children’s Trust retail head office function. The postholder will be responsible for co-ordinating and running the administration and compliance needs required for a disperse network of charity shops, including being the gatekeeper for the Chariot EPOS system, Retail Gift Aid and New bought in goods, supporting the supply and distribution of stock; shop supplies, and associated stakeholder relationships.

Role Requirements

• Manage the Retail EPOS till and Head-office systems to maximise functionality to drive sales and promotions, create reports to support analysis of shops performance. 
• Support the Retail Sales Manager to manage generation and distribution of stock, including preparing documentation for van deliveries and collections to meet both shops, customer and donor requirements.
• Support sales promotions by printing and issuing guidelines and promotional materials i.e. fundraising events and seasonal changes across the chain of shops. 
• Maintain key internal and external stakeholder relationships including Retail Gift Aid donors, corporate supporters and internal support teams, ensuring that an efficient and compliant service is maintained.
• Manage the shared retail email inboxes acting on requests, leading on responses or signposting/escalating as required to ensure that the retail supporter journey is optimised and relationships are managed holistically.
• Support communications to shops including posting updates onto Retail Teams-Sharepoint.

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Children & Young People area at IRMO and be part of the Family Project. The Family Project supports Spanish and Portuguese-speaking children and young people who have recently arrived in the UK and need to enter compulsory education as soon as possible.

The Family Support Worker will offer targeted advice and support in Spanish/Portuguese to families and young people facing barriers in accessing education and other statutory services such as SEND support and Early Help.

The role involves setting up advice and casework schedules, liaising with local authorities, school admissions departments, EAL/SEN teams, and specialised organisations to ensure children are not out of education and receive the right support.

The Family Support Worker will also deliver targeted workshops for families, liaise with external speakers, and create accessible resources (digital and paper-based).

They will work closely with the Youth Project Coordinator, ESOL Teacher and Community Support Team to share information, identify needs, and connect children and families with opportunities.

This multifaceted role requires empathy, flexibility, and a sound understanding of the UK education system and legislation affecting migrants and asylum seekers.

Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is essential and a knowledge of both is desirable, as the Family Support Worker will regularly need to communicate with members of the community who have either as a first language. 

Key duties & responsibilities

Project Delivery

• Plan and deliver advice sessions and casework on school admissions and other services (SEND, free school meals, NRPF, etc.).

• Conduct needs assessments and connect children and young people to relevant internal and external services.

• Plan and deliver quarterly workshops for families on education and SEND topics (e.g. transitions, EHCPs, autism).

This role is essential in our drive for evidencing the impact of the work we do. You will lead and manage a large-scale, multi-organisation piece of research aiming to highlight the impact of our programmes. You will play a key role in ensuring the main research project and any supplementary research projects are delivered efficiently and ethically. modern slavery and exploitation. It is an important time at SHF. Our new strategy ‘Sustainable

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:  

The Grant Portfolio Manager plays a central role in ensuring the Maitri Trust’s grantmaking delivers maximum impact. You will manage and support a diverse portfolio of strategically aligned partners, building close and flexible relationships to strengthen capacity, track progress, and respond to challenges as they arise. Alongside this, you will co-lead on the design, delivery, and onboarding of new partners through open calls helping to identify impactful and scalable initiatives. Working closely with colleagues across the team, you will help ensure that evidence from the portfolio drives learning, decision-making, and strategic alignment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  

Management of Existing Grants & Partnerships 

• Manage a portfolio of strategically aligned partnerships – supporting them through the Maitri Trust’s grant cycle, managing risk, and monitoring impact. 
• Provide high-level advisory support and capacity building to grantees, focusing on technical assistance and strengthening partner impact.

• 7+ years of proven experience in grant management within an international development or philanthropic context.
