About the role:

As a Floating Support Worker, you’ll support people living across Westminster to sustain their tenancies, navigate challenges and build the confidence and skills needed to live independently. You’ll work alongside people facing homelessness, isolation, poor mental or physical health, domestic abuse, substance use and other forms of multiple disadvantage, providing practical and emotionally intelligent support that meets people where they are.
This is a role built on relationships. You’ll work closely with clients in their homes and communities, creating support plans that feel realistic, empowering and genuinely person-centred. Whether you’re helping someone manage rent arrears, reconnect with services, settle into a new home or take steps towards work, training or improved wellbeing, your support will help people move forward in meaningful and lasting ways.
You’ll be part of Westminster Floating Support, a fast-paced and supportive service funded by Westminster City Council, delivering housing-related support to people in all types of accommodation across the borough. Working as part of a collaborative and psychologically informed team, you’ll build strong partnerships with local services and agencies to make sure clients receive joined-up, holistic support.

As Performance Lead, you will be the integrator and operational anchor for the Financial Wellbeing service ensuring we have the right governance, planning cycles, KPIs and performance reporting in place to run an effective, accountable and high impact service.
This includes assessing service delivery against our strategic goals, and building up a good picture of future demand for the Board's in retirement services, especially retirement housing.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
Performance, Monitoring & Evaluation
- Lead the monitoring and evaluation framework for the service, ensuring KPIs and impact measures are meaningful, accurate and aligned to strategic objectives. Developing the framework as required.
- Produce regular performance reports for the PB Executive and Trustees, ensuring clarity, insight and ownership across the financial wellbeing team. Ensure performance reporting is timely, consistent and aligned with organisational standards.
- Collaborate with Financial Wellbeing colleagues to ensure data is interpreted effectively and used to drive improvements.
- Develop and recommend new KPIs or impact assessment measures where needed to strengthen understanding of service effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the Head of Customer Service, service leads and Regional Advisers to ensure performance monitoring is embedded across the team.
- Ensure the Financial Wellbeing service has a clear, accurate and up to date view of projected clergy retirement housing needs,. Owning the collaboration between financial wellbeing and Housing colleagues to develop and maintain shared datasets and planning models.
- Ensure the customer voice is central to and ingrained in any planning, service evaluation and decision making for the financial wellbeing services.
- Liaise with wider Pension Board and NCI colleagues to ensure Financial Wellbeing service delivery is imbedded in organisation wide feedback mechanisms
Governance & Planning
- Set up, manage and refine governance structures for the team, including the rhythm of team meetings, project boards (where needed) and stakeholder forums.
- Support Director in the annual business planning and objective setting processes within the financial wellbeing team, working with Strategy and Finance colleagues to ensure alignment with the broader organisational cycle.
- Coordinate the development of investment cases for future funding, working closely with Finance, Strategy, and Housing colleagues.
- Maintain forward plans, calendars and governance documentation to support effective and proactive oversight and decision making.
- Ensure the service meets audit, risk and compliance requirements.
- Provide briefings and updates to senior leaders and for governance forums (such housing committee and project boards) including drafting papers and reports.
- Promote a culture of good governance and continuous improvement.
Risk Management & Assurance
- Lead risk identification and management for the service, working to NCI guidance.
- Maintain the service risk register and ensure risks are escalated appropriately.
- Coordinate internal audits with Audit & Risk teams and support Finance on external audits.
- Ensure audit recommendations are tracked, owned and implemented.
- Work with Head of Customer services to ensure appropriate business continuity plans in place for the service
Problem solving and continuous improvement
- Support the Director as a de facto Chief of Staff, helping troubleshoot operational issues and ensuring smooth running of the service.
- Identify opportunities to improve governance, planning and performance processes.
- Ensure lessons learned from audits, performance reviews and feedback loops are embedded.
- Promote a strong performance culture across the team.

About You

Welcare is recruiting a qualified and experienced Family Support Worker to provide focused 1-1 and group family support for families with children and young people aged 0-19 years old (up to 25 years for young adults with additional needs). This will be delivered either at the Family Centre, out in the community or in service users’ own homes.
The post holder will be required to work with families as a lone worker. All services provided will support the delivery of the Family Support Specification, which aims is to enable children and families to achieve and improve outcomes.

South East London Mind’s IPS Employment Service helps people with mental health needs back into work. We aim to increase the number of people moving into paid employment from Community Mental Health Teams.
We are currently seeking five permanent IPS Employment Specialists in Greenwich, and one based in Bromley, to work as part of the Community Mental Health Teams and Mental Health Hub. You will deliver the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) approach (for which training will be given).

Context and Background
The NSPCC’s mission is to end cruelty to children. Every childhood is worth fighting for. This is our belief. We share it. It drives our Engagement and Fundraising team to get out there and bring in the funds we need to protect children and prevent abuse.
Within the Engagement and Fundraising Directorate, our aim is to maximise resources for the NSPCC’s mission by raising funds, providing the best possible supporter experience, and building long-term relationships between donors and our cause.
To continue to deliver our mission we rely on the fundraising support of people across the UK for 90% of our annual income.
The Prospect Development Team sits within the Supporter Management Team within Philanthropy & Partnerships department but works across the whole of Engagement & Fundraising. Primarily, the team supports the Philanthropy and Corporate Partnerships fundraising teams in their prospecting and fundraising strategies. The team’s role is to help colleagues understand their supporters at an individual level, but also to bring to the forefront the key trends and milestones in their journeys within the NSPCC. We aim to match opportunities for giving and engagement with our supporters’ charitable interests.
To deliver this, the Prospect Development Team offers prospect research, management and identification services. The team works with departments within the directorate on projects and initiatives which have the potential to further leverage major giving and corporate income.

Job purpose
· Contribute to the Income Generation directorate’s purpose of maximising income from supporters by carrying out prospect research and prospect identification activities that contribute to fundraising activity.

Main duties and responsibilities

Hillside Clubhouse is recruiting an IPS Employment Specialist to join our dynamic Islington team, supporting people with mental health conditions to gain and retain employment. The IPS Employment Specialists within the Islington IPS Service work within the nationally recognised IPS (Individual Placement and Support) model within NHS secondary and primary care mental health teams, based in the heart of Islington.
Who We Are:
Hillside Clubhouse is a co-produced mental health employment support charity working across Islington. We support people with mental health conditions into training, volunteering, and employment opportunities. People can access our services via our Clubhouse, where they can share their skills and expertise with others and support the running of the charity. Alternatively, they can receive support out in the community from one of our Employment Specialists based within NHS mental health teams.
The Role:
We are recruiting for one IPS Employment Specialist role within our Islington IPS Service. This position will be based within the North London NHS Foundation Trust mental health services in the borough of Islington.
As an IPS Employment Specialist, you’ll play an important role in supporting people with lived mental health experience on their recovery journey by supporting them back into paid employment. This is an opportunity to offer ongoing support, to motivate and provide people with hope, while developing the tools and skills required to recover – ultimately transforming their lives.
A variety of skills are needed in this post including but not limited to: a strong ability to develop empathy and rapport with clients; a determined approach to seeking out job opportunities; a person centric-approach to working with people; strong communications skills to motivate clients; strong administrative capabilities and an attention to detail engage with prospective employers via business development and face-to-face meetings, as well as to be able to challenge some perceptions around mental health.
The postholder will be directly employed by Hillside Clubhouse but work under an Honorary Contract from the North London NHS Foundation Trust. They will be managed directly by the IPS Operations Manager but work as team member within the clinical team. The role is dynamic and involves being integrated in a clinical team, working within the community, and we operate a flexible working policy where working from home is also permitted up to two days per week.
Overall Aim:
To enable people with mental health issues to gain and sustain competitive employment by working within the evidence-based Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model.

CONTEXT
An estimated 12,000 men are raped every year and 76,000 sexually abused or assaulted. Yet just 4% of men will tell someone. Of those who do, it takes on average 26 years to do so.
Survivors UK provides specialist support to (cis and trans*) men and boys, and to non-binary people, who have been raped, sexually assaulted or abused. Our aim is to help any man, boy, or non-binary person, to have the confidence to tell someone what’s happened to them, and to know that it’s OK to seek help. When they do, we want to ensure they have access to the right support so they can deal with the impact of their experiences.
We provide emotional support, information and signposting to survivors and anyone worried about someone they know, through a national website and webchat service (open till 8pm most evenings). Last year, 2,600 people contacted us via our webchat services and social media.
In London, we are the only organisation providing specialist services for men and boys, including individual counselling and therapeutic groupwork, available till 9pm six days a week. Across London, we provide the capital’s only Independent Sexual Advisor (ISVA) Service that helps men and boys through the criminal justice system.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an exciting role at Survivors UK which combines counselling and practical support, specifically to the (circa) 150 people who refer themselves for individual counselling with us each year. You will work specifically with young people aged 13+ and people from Black, Asian and Multi-Heritage communities who have experienced sexual violence.
The people served include those with clinical mental health diagnoses, drug and alcohol dependencies, at risk of suicide, homelessness or involved in the sex industry. You will need to be a highly skilled counsellor with experience of dealing with very vulnerable clients, willing to work flexibly and on your own initiative. Importantly, you will be a compassionate person, able to blend therapeutic work with practical support and care.
Main responsibilities include:
- Provide counselling and practical support interventions to boys, men, trans people and non-binary people from the BAM community who have been raped, sexually abused or assaulted with high levels of need and who are most vulnerable.
- Deliver counselling interventions by phone, video calling and face-to-face with clients 13+ years old.
- With clients, develop action plans to help them address emotional and practical needs and ensure clients can engage with a flexible service.

Casework is at the heart of everything Medical Justice does. We assist vulnerable people in immigration detention to access medical evidence. The evidence we produce forms the basis of our advocacy work to secure lasting change, including our research into the systemic failures in safeguarding and healthcare provision, the harm caused by these shortcomings, and the harmful effect of immigration detention itself on the health of those who are subjected to it.
As a Caseworker you will have your own caseload and be working directly with people in immigration detention, many of whom may be very unwell, traumatised and experiencing deterioration in their health. You will coordinate with our clinicians and, if clients have legal representation, their lawyers, to organise medical assessments. You will maintain communication with your clients throughout this process, acting as a key point of contact.
We are looking for an experienced caseworker, who can use their compassion and organisational skills to support clients in extremely vulnerable situations. We are looking for someone who has experience dealing with clients in crisis situations, who is resilient and able to manage complex, often traumatic, caseloads in a professional and empathetic way. You will play a key role in striving to ensure clients receive access to adequate healthcare and that they obtain high-quality independent medical evidence to progress their legal cases. ABOUT THE ROLE
The Head of Communications has responsibility for Ubele’s internal and external communications and digital activities in support of our strategic aims as well as oversight of communications across special projects. Central to the Head of Communications’ role is responsibility for:

Role Purpose
To provide administrative support for the People and Culture team ensuring efficient and effective HR and volunteer processes from onboarding right through to exit. This role requires excellent internal customer service skills and a willingness to help, support and find answers to staff and volunteer queries and questions.
Main Responsibilities
· To provide administrative support to the People and Culture Team in the recruitment of staff and volunteers.
· To assist with the onboarding of staff and volunteers.
· To carry out routine and ad hoc administrative duties to support HR and volunteer processes.

Hybrid working is in place, with 1-2 days per week in the London office.
