The Counselling and Outreach Coordinator role is key to SEL Mind's exciting new counselling service for Black residents of Southwark, delivered as part of the wider Southwark Wellbeing Hub. This full-time role will shape the Wellbeing Hub's provision to the Black community, expanding equitable access to culturally-appropriate support. 

As Coordinator, you will provide initial clinical assessments to prospective service users and coordinate a small pool of Trainee Counsellors, expanding future access to Black-led counselling. You'll line manage an Administrator who is responsible for scheduling and other practical elements of the service. You'll also work closely in partnership with community organisations to ensure relevant, de-colonial approaches, including maintaining a delivery partnership with Black Psychotherapy.

The main working site is a community centre in SE5, and the community outreach work involves regular travel across the borough. You will play a vital role in building community trust, ensuring that we are creating routes into the service and continually seeking and implementing feedback.

We are seeking a qualified therapist who is passionate about improving Black people's access to early mental health support. Relationships and partnership working is vital, so you should be able to work independently but collaboratively, to be proactive and show initiative. 

The role will involve:

• Undertaking skilled assessments of client needs and risks, taking into account the nature and complexity of presenting needs and suitability for short-term therapeutic work
• Recruiting and training volunteer Counsellors, ensuring trauma-informed work integrating spirituality and cultural values, using creative therapeutic modalities, and maintaining therapeutic relationships that honour diverse healing approaches
• Maintaining a live engagement strategy and actively reaching out with physical presence to grassroots organisations, faith groups, community centres, cultural associations, and spaces for people experiencing difficult situations including e.g. food banks and advice/advocacy organisations
• Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of the service, bringing recommendations to support the SWH's inclusivity and best practice

This role involves providing culturally specific support to Black clients. Applicants must be able to demonstrate lived experience of, and deep cultural understanding within, Black communities, and the ability to build trust with Black service users.

This is a vital role for the Bikeability Trust in leading the management of over £78 million of Active Travel England grant funding to 2029 for the provisiion of Bikeability training and management of the grants programme. We are also launching a new fundraising and income generation strategy for the next three years. You will have significant experience of charity finance and reporting. Role purpose

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Management & Reporting

APB exists to support Religious Order Bursars (and others) involved in the management of their charities. A vacancy in the post of General Secretary will arise later this year due to the retirement of the current post holder.

The Role

You’ll lead our DDaT Solutions function, working across the organisation to design and deliver high-impact, cost-effective technology and data solutions. You’ll oversee multidisciplinary teams spanning business analysis, digital and business solutions, and data & insight—while managing key suppliers, budgets, and delivery priorities.

As a senior adviser to the Executive Team, you’ll play a critical role in setting direction, balancing innovation with stability, and ensuring technology investments deliver real value.

The Finance & Operations Officer plays a central role in ensuring the smooth financial and operational running of Tender, supporting the organisation’s ability to deliver its mission effectively. The role spans core finance functions—including payroll, payments, reconciliations, budgeting support and financial reporting—ensuring that Tender maintains robust financial controls and compliance across all statutory and regulatory requirements. It also involves close collaboration with suppliers, funders, auditors and internal teams to support the Finance Director in producing financial plans, forecasts, annual accounts and audit preparation.

Alongside finance, the post holder is responsible for managing key operational areas including HR administration, ICT coordination, office management, and internal communication processes. This includes overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining HR policies and procedures, ensuring effective cross-team collaboration, managing external service providers, and maintaining an efficient administrative and operational environment. The role requires someone who can work autonomously, use sound judgement, implement effective processes, and ensure alignment of systems across the organisation.

A successful Finance & Operations Officer will also contribute to organisational development by ensuring that policies, procedures and workflows are up to date, compliant and reflect best practice. With responsibilities that touch every part of the charity, the post holder acts as a vital hub for coordination, problem‑solving and continuous improvement, helping Tender maintain a high‑functioning, values‑driven working environment.

To be successful in this role, in the first 6 months you will have:

• Established reliable financial processes by ensuring accurate and timely payroll, payment cycles, reconciliations and financial reporting, maintaining full compliance with Tender’s financial controls and statutory requirements.
• Strengthened core operational systems by updating and consolidating HR, ICT, office management and policy frameworks, ensuring staff understand and follow consistent organisational processes.
• Improved cross‑team coordination by streamlining internal communications and embedding efficient administrative workflows, enabling smoother collaboration across finance, HR and operational functions.

A prestigious, world-renowned professional membership body and educational charity is seeking a Financial Accountant to join them. This is a pivotal role that balances technical reporting, tax compliance, and systems development within a complex group structure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce subsidiary accounts and support the Group Financial Reporting Manager with consolidated year-end statements.
• Prepare and submit quarterly group VAT returns and manage relationships with external tax advisors and HMRC.
• Act as the functional administrator for the finance system, driving improvements and providing staff training.
• Administer investment portfolios, scholarship programmes, and fund accounting.
• Lead and develop a Finance Administrator, specifically providing mentorship through their apprenticeship programme.
• Manage the fixed asset register, intercompany reconciliations, and lead on cash flow monitoring.

Essential Requirements:

• ACCA, ACA or CIMA Qualified Accountant
• Experience in a similar role within a charity or membership organisation.
• Experience overseeing VAT, including partial exemptions.
• Experience managing payroll, pensions and balance sheet reconciliations.

Salary is £55,000 + Benefits. Central London based with hybrid working.
