Location of work: The post holder will be home-based, with office visits required approximately once a month, and department/organisational away days which will be discussed with Line Manager. Job Purpose
Magic Breakfast has already begun developing its approach to embedding children and young people's voiceas outlined in ourorganisational Nourishing Futures strategy and business plan, launched in 2025. Alongside this, a Lived Experience strategy and roadmap set out the plan to ensure child and youth voice is heard at all points in our decision making.This role will operationalise that roadmap, strengthening the systems, standards, capability and accountability needed to embed participation across the organisation.
The Voice Manager will lead the development and delivery of Magic Breakfast’s approach to lived experience voice, with a particular focus on children and young people. They will ensure that the processes, policies, practicalguidanceand organisational capability is in place to enable the views, experiences and priorities of children and young peopletoshapethe organisation.

About the role
The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the recruitment, onboarding, engagement and retention of volunteers across Woman's Trust.

About the role:
Reporting to the Head of Programme Finance, you will provide effective financial business partnering to MAG’s Regional and Country Programmes, Strategic Partnerships team and other key internal and external stakeholders. You will ensure the delivery of high quality financial information and support across multi-regional and multi-country activities, enabling informed decision making, strengthening ways of working and supporting the effective financial management of MAG’s multi-country contracts. About you:
You will be a finance professional with significant experience in either commercial or NGO environments, including preparation of business planning in complex scenarios and multiple currencies. You should be curious and risk aware, with strong analytical and evaluation skills, the ability to gather information from diverse sources tactfully and convert findings into detailed, actionable solutions. You will be a strong communicator over a range of mediums, able to engage stakeholders from varied backgrounds in a clear and constructive way. You will have experience of working with support groups and/or volunteer networks as well as recruiting, training, managing and supervising a diverse range of staff or volunteers. The post holder will need to show clear evidence of relationship building and working with underrepresented groups. A key part of the role is understanding the needs of cancer patients and their families and of health inequalities.

You will need the ability to set priorities, work under pressure with great attention to detail and understand and meet the training and development needs of volunteers.
