About the Role: The Finance Officer (Income) is a vital member of the Finance team, responsible for the accurate accounting, reconciliation, and reporting of the Charity's diverse income streams. You will manage the monthly income reconciliation process, prepare income journals, support Gift Aid accounting, and work closely with colleagues across Finance, Data and Fundraising teams to ensure income is recorded correctly and allocated to the appropriate funds and appeals.
The role offers the opportunity to gain broad experience across charity finance, including income accounting, fund accounting, Gift Aid, audit support, and financial controls. You will contribute to maintaining robust financial processes and help ensure the Charity can maximise the impact of every donation received.

We are seeking a talented Director of Programme Delivery and Operations (maternity cover), fully committed to our widening participation cause, to join the Senior Leadership Team in a pivotal role for a growing and ambitious charity.
You will have responsibility for ensuring we are providing high quality programme delivery to young people across our centre network, that are centres are functioning effectively, and that targets are monitored and met. Crimestoppers is looking for a motivated and engaging Fearless Youth Coordinator to deliver its Fearless and Bystander Approach programmes across Cardiff, helping young people make informed decisions about crime, safety and reporting concerns. In this varied and rewarding role, you will design and deliver interactive workshops in secondary schools, PRUs and youth settings, build strong partnerships with education providers, youth organisations, local authorities and police, and identify opportunities to extend the reach of the Fearless programme across the city.

- Do you want to make a difference in one of the most innovative and exciting medical research fundraising charities in the UK?
- Do you have a Bachelor’s degree in public relations, media communications or a related field, or similar professional level of experience of at least two years?
- Are you experienced in working in a science communications and/or policy communications role?

You will work directly with young people to address key issues such as violence and serious organised crime, while also evaluating programme impact, supporting awareness campaigns, developing resources and identifying opportunities to expand the reach of the service. With a strong focus on safeguarding, collaboration and community engagement, this role offers the opportunity to make a lasting difference to the lives of young people across South Wales.
