Our Events & Communications Senior Coordinator role sits across all three of our garden sites, supporting our income generating private venue hire as well as our community facing workshops and event programme. Working closely with all parts of the organisation, this person helps to tell the story of the charity through our social media, website, newsletter and other channels.
Key Details
Job Purpose: To promote the New Story Garden, Floating Garden and Paper Garden in King’s Cross and Canada Water as event spaces for private and commercial use. To be responsible for delivering the annual events plan and associated budget in order to generate a profit to be reinvested into our community and youth programmes and build of community gardens. To organise and run events in the spaces and manage a team of people where needed depending on the size of the events. To produce communications and marketing materials for the organisation according to agreed style guides and templates.

About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Income and Engagement, you will drive sustainable income growth through regular giving, appeals and lottery programmes generating £6–£7 million annually. You will lead multi‑channel campaigns, oversee supporter care, insight and marketing, and develop high‑performing teams to strengthen supporter relationships and enhance the LNAA brand. This permanent, full‑time role is based at our HQ and Airbase in Lincolnshire and plays a vital role in supporting our life‑saving service.
The successful candidate will have significant experience in a senior management role, in-depth knowledge of running regular giving, lottery and appeals fundraising programmes, significant experience in running multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive income growth, understanding of CRM Systems and experience of building supporter or customer journeys informed by data and insight.
This role is based at our Headquarters in Lincoln, with the option of hybrid working after a probationary period, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.

The Marketing Officer/Senior Marketing Officer (Acquisition) at CBM UK is an important role in making our life-changing work possible. For over 15 years, Scotty's Little Soldiers has been supporting children and young people who have been bereaved of a parent who served in the British Armed Forces. We are about to embark on an exciting journey which will see the charity evolve to support anyone affected by a military-connected bereavement and ultimately empower a community of more than 25,000 bereaved individuals and their families by 2035.

Role Mission.
To be an integral part of the delivery of Scotty’s new navigating entitlements casework (START) Programme, a single point of contact service designed to support anyone affected by military-connected bereavement.
This is a hands-on, and vital role within a brand new team. You’ll be the first step in ensuring that everyone in the bereaved military community receives compassionate, personalised, and well-coordinated support.
The key responsibilities of this role are:
Service Design & Delivery
Working closely with the Head of START, contribute to the planning and rollout of the START Programme
In many cases be the first port of call for Scotty’s families, and be a welcoming and inclusive contact for all those families
Implement the new service model, workflows, triage process and beneficiary journey
Ensure the service you deliver is trauma-informed, inclusive, and responsive to beneficiary feedback
Manage your own caseload with support from Head of START programme
Team Leadership & Development
Once your experience has grown, provide peer support to any further caseworkers joining the team in 2027 and beyond (depending on demand)

We work with organisations across the UK to transform the response to domestic abuse. We want what you would want for your best friend. Description
You will provide strong and steady leadership for SafeLives’ communications, marketing and public affairs work over the next year, communicating our Whole Picture Strategy, finding what works and helping it happen to end domestic abuse for everyone for good.
You will shape and deliver strategic communications and influencing work to reach decision-makers, strengthen public trust, and support our mission to drive real change in the UK’s domestic abuse response.
You will be able bring to together robust data, the voice of survivors, and the view of practice experts to position SafeLives at the centre of the conversation with professionals, key policy and decision makers and influencers as a credible and trusted voice.
You’ll lead a cross-functional team of comms, marketing and public affairs colleagues to:
You will connect reactive work with long-term strategic priorities, ensuring our external engagement supports our strategic priorities, policy goals, and income generation ambitions. And you will lead high-quality responses to breaking news and emerging issues, providing clear strategic advice to the Senior Leadership Team and acting as a trusted lead on reputational risk.
You will ensure SafeLives is visible, authoritative and survivor-centred in public and policy conversations, with timely responses, briefings and support, ensuring our communications and influencing are clear, consistent and drive impact.
You will work with our training, practice, and fundraising teams to drive our business development and income generation, as well as helping us to understand all our audiences and better meet their needs.
And as part of the Operational Management Team (OMT), you’ll work closely with colleagues to ensure an inclusive and supportive organisational culture, role modelling our values.

About the Role
This is a key role supporting the transformation of communications across the Foundation. You will help shape how we engage, inspire and connect with priority audiences, ensuring our messaging is clear, consistent and impactful.
As Strategic Communications Lead, you will play a central role in evolving how we communicate - strengthening our organisational narrative and supporting a shift towards more proactive engagement with new audiences, including colleagues across Lloyds Banking Group and wider stakeholders.
This is a hands-on role with strategic influence. You will support the development of communications campaigns, processes and ways of working, while leading the delivery of the Foundation’s new website as a core part of our digital transformation.

About the role
The Regional Communications Officer role is an exciting and varied opportunity to work with Emmaus communities across the South of the UK, helping to raise their profile and engage supporters.
You will work closely with up to four Emmaus communities to identify their communications needs and deliver a mix of activity to help them achieve their goals. As part of a wider team, you will also share ideas and build on each other’s experience to maximise PR, digital and communications opportunities.
This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work from home or from within an Emmaus community.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders will be key to this role. Regular travel to your allocated communities is essential, typically at least once a week, so we are looking for someone based in or around London. You will also attend quarterly team meetings, usually held in Birmingham, although these may occasionally take place elsewhere in the UK and may require an overnight stay.
This is a part-time role, Monday to Friday, with a minimum of 22.5 hours a week (three days) and the potential for the role to be four days a week (30 hours), to be confirmed at interview.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with a strong communications skillset and at least two years’ experience in a busy communications, public relations or marketing role. While not essential, knowledge of homelessness and the charity sector would be an advantage.
Creativity and passion are essential. You will have a broad range of communications skills, enjoy seeing your ideas come to life and be keen to continue developing your experience within a national homelessness charity.
