As Supporter Care Officer, you'll play a key role in helping Life Cycle build lasting relationships with the people who make our work possible. You'll ensure every supporter, donor and funder has a positive, professional, and inspiring experience, while helping us grow the fundraising income that enables more people to experience the life-changing benefits of cycling.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll manage supporter communications, maintain our fundraising CRM, organise and improve supporter data, and help deliver fundraising campaigns and stewardship activities. You'll also gather stories, photographs and case studies from across our projects, turning them into engaging content that demonstrates our impact and inspires people to continue supporting our work.

About the role

The core function of your role will be to develop and manage a new programme of mid-value (£10k-£99k) trusts, foundations, and National Lottery agencies to increase income for both project and core activities. As Outreach Officer, you will work with a diverse and supportive team to strengthen access to Selce’s energy advice services across Greenwich, Lewisham, Bromley and Bexley. You will plan, deliver and adapt outreach activity that engages voluntary sector organisations, frontline workers and residents who are in, or at risk of, fuel poverty. About South East London Community Energy
South East London Community Energy (Selce) was founded in 2014 by people in Greenwich and Lewisham who wanted to help create a clean, fair and affordable energy future.
Over the past decade, we have developed projects that tackle inequality, reduce carbon emissions and support communities at different points in the energy system.
To date, we have built 12 solar arrays on community buildings in South East London and helped 11 buildings improve the efficiency of their lighting systems. We are also developing new share offers to support further lighting upgrades and solar installations on community buildings.

South East London Community Energy (SELCE) is looking for a Community Renewable Energy Project Developer to help deliver one of London's most exciting community-owned renewable energy programmes.
Working alongside our experienced Renewable Energy Projects Manager and CEO, you will develop community-owned solar projects from initial feasibility through to installation. Job Type: Full-time (37.5 hours a week), fixed term for 12 months with the possibility of extension
The role:
Every year CSE's advice service helps thousands of people to cut their energy bills, improve their homes and stay warm. Thousands more struggle with cold homes and unaffordable bills without ever knowing that free, expert advice is available. This role exists to change that.
As Marketing Manager, you will grow awareness of, and referrals to, CSE's energy advice services across both B2B and B2C audiences. You will build relationships with the professionals and community organisations best placed to refer people to us and develop campaigns that reach householders directly.
You will own a sustained marketing plan, produce high-quality materials and measure your impact. Reporting to the Head of Communications, you will work closely with colleagues across Communications and our Household Energy Services team. It is a creative, fast-moving environment where good ideas get acted on.
