We are seeking a Monitoring & Evaluation Manager to shape how we monitor performance, evaluate our two-year Impact Programme and use evidence to improve support for children and young people.

The Monitoring & Evaluation Manager will play a key role in strengthening AllChild’s approach to monitoring and evaluation, ensuring we generate robust evidence about programme implementation and outcomes and use it to improve our work. Reporting to the Head of Monitoring & Evaluation, they will oversee core M&E activity and support programme performance management, organisational decision-making and external reporting. They will work closely with Programme Design, Delivery, Systems and colleagues across AllChild.

We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, excellent project management and communication, and a clear understanding of what robust, high-quality monitoring and evaluation requires. They will be confident working with complex data and solving problems, translating M&E requirements into effective systems and reporting tools, and communicating findings clearly and accurately, including what the evidence can and cannot tell us. They will line manage the M&E Officer and help build a strong M&E function that enables AllChild to understand, improve and demonstrate its impact.

We’re looking for a Corporate Partnerships Fundraiser to join Enham Trust and help grow our corporate fundraising. You will manage and develop our existing partnerships while also building new relationships and identifying opportunities to bring new supporters on board.

This is a role where you will have the opportunity to take ownership, bring your own ideas and help shape how our corporate fundraising develops.

What you will be doing

You’ll build and maintain relationships with our corporate partners, while also identifying new organisations and opportunities to grow our income. You’ll work closely with businesses to develop fundraising, sponsorship, volunteering and other ways they can support Enham Trust.

You’ll also:

• Manage and develop existing corporate partnerships, while building relationships with new supporters.
• Identify and secure new fundraising and partnership opportunities.
• Develop corporate fundraising programmes and activities that encourage businesses to support Enham Trust.
• Develop effective processes and workflows to support corporate fundraising and supporter engagement.

There is plenty of scope for the role to develop, so we’re looking for someone who is confident working independently, takes ownership and happy to bring new ideas to the table.

About you

You’ll already have fundraising experience and understand how to build strong relationships with supporters and develop those relationships into fundraising opportunities. Corporate or partnership fundraising experience is important, as you’ll be managing existing relationships while also looking for new opportunities.

You will be responsible for growing income to support Enham Trust’s fundraising targets.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Confident, organised and able to manage their own workload.
• Comfortable building relationships with businesses and other stakeholders.
• A strong communicator, both face to face and in writing.
• Confident presenting, networking and representing a charity externally.
• Able to spot opportunities and take them forward independently.

Experience of working within the disability sector would be useful but isn’t essential. Fundraising training and support will be available, so we’re looking for someone who has the right fundraising experience and wants to develop their career with us.

You will need to be based within or near Hampshire, as we’re looking for someone who can work from our Enham Trust office around 2 to 3 days a week. You’ll also need to be comfortable travelling to meet corporate partners and attend external meetings, so you’ll need a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.

We are looking for a part time PWS Specialist Adviser for Northern Ireland to support the PWS community in Northern Ireland. PWS is a rare and isolating condition and our ambition it to reach families in Northern Ireland to provide impactful advice, support, information and training. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth working knowledge of health and social care systems and education in Northern Ireland as well as a belief in the potential and value of people with Prader-Willi syndrome.

Citizens Advice Stevenage is an ambitious and innovative member of the Citizens Advice network. We have expanded our services and offering to meet the increased demand in the area, doubling in size over the last few years. 

As a positive subsequence, we are looking for a Head of Finance & Business Support, who will become a core member of the Senior Leadership Team, responsible for overseeing the financial stewardship of Citizens Advice Stevenage. To lead on financial governance, business support operations, and compliance, ensuring the organization operates sustainably and meets all legal and regulatory obligations. The role is pivotal in safeguarding the charity's financial integrity, supporting strategic decision-making, and enabling effective service delivery. 

Financial Leadership 

• Prepare, review, and present draft and final budgets for approval by the board, ensuring timely submission of financial information to the CEO and Trustee Board. 

• Oversee financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with regulatory standards, including variance analysis and annual balance sheets, ensuring timely submission of financial information to the CEO and Trustee Board. 

• Manage the reserves policy, ensuring regular review and alignment with operational needs and financial risks. 

• Identify and manage financial risks, ensuring integration into the organization’s risk register and adherence to appropriate mitigations.

Broxtowe Youth Homelessness (BYH) is a small, well-established charity supporting young people aged 16–25 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. We are looking for an energetic, compassionate, highly organised and values-led Charity Area Teams Manager to lead and inspire our staff, volunteers, and service delivery teams, as they deliver practical help, community connection and Christian care across our food banks, hubs and community activities.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the effective management of team operations, ensuring that service standards are consistently met and that our charitable initiatives reach those in need. You will ensure activities are safe, welcoming, well-planned and aligned with Hope Nottingham's vision, mission, values and Theory of Change.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support staff through objectives, reviews, training and wellbeing conversations
• Recruit, induct, develop and engage volunteers and volunteer leaders
• Oversee service delivery across multiple locations, maintaining safe, inclusive and welcoming standards, focused on making a real difference in our communities
• Act as Safeguarding Coordinator and escalate concerns appropriately
• Use feedback and impact information to improve support, training and delivery
• Uphold and promote Hope Nottingham's Christian ethos while welcoming people of all faiths and none
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies, safety standards, and legal requirements across all service activities.
• Foster strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and local organisations to enhance outreach efforts.
• Monitor operational metrics and prepare reports to evaluate team performance, identify areas for improvement, and celebrate successes.

Skills

• Proven team management, volunteering and service delivery experience in a charity, community, church or social action setting.

The Association of Chairs (AoC) is looking to offer a 4-day a week role on a permanent basis, ideally suited to someone with 1+ year's work experience in a similar role who is ready to make a difference in the charity sector. 1. Training & events

· Support the administration of our core training programme, from scheduling the full training calendar to creating event listings on our website, processing bookings, communicating with delegates and trainers before and after the event, and preparing and sending out post-training materials.

· Be the main contact for customer enquiries and manage event mailbox.

· Attend both online and in-person events, supporting with Zoom functions, training room set-up and logistics as required.

· Set up evaluation surveys for event feedback using Survey Monkey, collate and analyse responses and liaise with trainers on improvements.

2. Membership & Community

· Process customer enquiries via info mailbox.

· Handle all member administration changes and requests.

· Support members with CRM and technical issues.

3. Technology, Data & Reporting

· Work with our digital systems (CRM, WordPress website, Zoom and SurveyMonkey).

4. General

· Work with finance team to ensure invoices are processed and accounts are updated.

• knowledge of finance and HR administration;
• experience of facilities or premises management;
• an understanding of GDPR, health and safety and organisational compliance;
• excellent planning and organisational skills;
• the ability to manage competing priorities and remain calm under pressure;
• confidence in using Microsoft 365 and organisational databases; and
• a practical approach to improving systems and ways of working.

A relevant Level 5 qualification or degree would be welcomed, but we also value equivalent knowledge and experience.

Experience within a Parent Carer Forum, SEND organisation, charity or community organisation would be an advantage, although it is not essential.
