This role focuses on maximising long-term value through innovative and impactful multichannel campaigns including reactivating lapsed supporters, optimising supporter conversion and delivering engaging onboarding experiences. The Individual Giving Manager will work on growing regular giving, cash and gaming pipelines and manage exciting projects which could include digital, DRTV, face-to- face, telemarketing, direct mail and radio. The role will provide assistance to the Head of Individual Giving with all retention activity, including cash appeals and newsletters.
Shaftesbury is happy to consider fundraiser or officer level candidates looking to step up into their first manager level role. At present this role doesn’t line manage, so management experience is not necessary. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate project or product management skills, an enthusiasm for fundraising, familiarity with supporter journeys, creative thinking and will have experience within a UK based charity in either IG and legacies, community fundraising, corporate or philanthropy.

The Head of Public Fundraising is a new role at Coeliac UK leading the charity’s public fundraising function. The role focusses on driving sustainable growth across individual giving, community fundraising, events, lottery, raffle, digital fundraising and merchandise. Key to the success of this role is a strong understanding of individual giving fundraising. This role blends the strategic oversight and leadership of a Head of role across multiple income streams, with the hands-on expertise of an IG fundraiser. Experience across other income streams and areas of fundraising delivery would be a huge benefit as the role leads community fundraising and events, will take on digital fundraising - currently led by the Chief Engagement Officer, as well as manage the data and supporter care functions, but experience in individual giving is essential as Coeliac UK has defined that as an area of priority income. The role has a hybrid expectation of a minimum of a day a week in the High Wycombe office (HP11 2QW) to build relationships and provide support to the fundraising team, and there will be flexibility required for other in person meetings and events. We are seeking an experienced Statutory Fundraising Manager to secure and grow income from public sector bodies, lottery funders and local government. This is a key role within the Fundraising team, responsible for developing a strong pipeline of opportunities, writing compelling funding proposals and building trusted relationships that support BookTrust’s work with children and families.
A significant focus of the role is coordinating BookTrust’s relationship with Arts Council England, one of the organisation’s most important strategic funders. The postholder will undertake performance monitoring, compliance and reporting requirements, ensuring BookTrust continues to meet its funding commitments while maintaining strong alignment with Arts Council priorities and objectives. Working closely with senior colleagues across the organisation, they will help maximise the value of this partnership and identify opportunities to strengthen and develop the relationship over time.
The successful candidate will bring proven experience of securing statutory income, with the ability to navigate complex funding environments and develop high-quality bids for significant opportunities. You will be a confident relationship builder, skilled at working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver sustainable income and long-term partnerships.
