We’re seeking an Events Manager (Third-Party Events) to join our join our dynamic and high-achieving Events team to cover maternity leave!  We are looking for someone who can join us in mid-August 2026 for a 13-month Fixed-Term contract.

In this role, you’ll manage a team of four to deliver our third-party portfolio challenge events, including leading the London Marathon Double and Great North Run, London Landmarks Half Marathon and Hackney Half. 

You’ll lead the team to deliver and optimise omni-channel stewardship journeys, shape effective marketing strategies and maximise opportunities to boost engagement, recruitment and retention.

What the role involves:

• To manage the team to meet income targets through the delivery of areas of our events portfolio

• To develop and implement plans, marketing materials, multi-channel campaigns and supporter journeys for event participants

• To oversee budgets for your area, tracking and reporting on performance

About You 

You’ll be passionate about Events fundraising and excited about joining a team who achieve excellent results. You’ll also have:

• Previous line management experience 

• Experience of managing a portfolio of events, including marketing, recruitment and stewardship

• Proven ability in managing and reporting on budgets

Sounds great, what will I be doing?

You will support a caseload of 20 – 25 clients to find competitive and sustained employment. Around 20% of referrals will be to assist clients to remain in work if struggling, or return to work, if off sick. Employment Specialists will follow the 8 principles of IPS, adhere to the IPS Fidelity Scale and achieve monthly targets and KPIs
with the required administration and compliance.

Strong leadership and organisational skills are essential, including experience managing services within budget and promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of practice.

You will have excellent knowledge of mental health, housing, community care, health and safety, and welfare benefits legislation, with the ability to recognise deteriorating mental health and respond appropriately. Confident representing the organisation externally, you will be able to deliver presentations, develop promotional materials, and build positive relationships with partners and stakeholders. Strong IT skills are also essential, with the ability to produce accurate reports and support staff to maintain high standards of client record-keeping and data quality.

The Membership Engagement Manager will ensure TCC effectively supports its membership to become more than the sum of its parts, playing a pivotal role in strengthening and expanding our coalition by building and facilitating meaningful relationships with member organisations, both new and existing. This position is responsible for enhancing member engagement, ensuring the delivery of value to our members, and supporting the organisation's strategic objectives through effective membership management and communications.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Member Engagement & Support

• Serve as the primary point of contact for member organisations, addressing inquiries and providing support to enhance member satisfaction.

• Develop and implement strategies to increase member engagement, including organising events, webinars, and networking opportunities, including regular All Coalition Meetings and Annual Movement Gatherings.

• Facilitate onboarding processes for new members, ensuring a smooth integration into the coalition.

• Ongoing relationship management of members, including effective outreach and communications

• Invoicing membership fees and ensuring payment is made

• Lead on communications to members through a regular newsletter and ad-hoc communications around campaigns

• Supporting members to engage with TCC activity

Membership Growth & Retention

• Design and execute membership recruitment campaigns to attract new member organisations.

Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership records using the organisation's CRM system.

• Analyse data to identify opportunities for enhancing member value and engagement.

Infrastructure to support Collective Impact

• Responsible for the maintenance and development of the central Member Resource Hub

• Responsibility for managing the day to day delivery of the Local Intelligence Hub project (online data hub providing climate-relevant data at a constituency level), including being the key contact with our external partner organisation who maintain and develop the hub, and keeping TCC members and staff involved and informed about the project as needed.

Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive
6-Month Fixed-Term Contract (with potential opportunity to apply for a permanent role)

The role in a nutshell

The Finance Director is part of the HOST Leadership Team and would have line management responsibility for three Finance Managers within the Finance team. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Oversee HOST’s financial management, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and relevant regulatory requirements. 

• Develop and monitor budgets for both HOST operations and hosted projects. 

• Provide regular financial reporting to the Leadership Team and Board. 

• Lead efforts to improve financial systems, controls and workflows. 

• Ensure robust financial oversight of hosted projects and HOST’s internal systems. 

• Contribute as an integral member of the Leadership Team, bringing financial insight to strategic and operational decision-making. 

• Manage cashflow strategy, including multi-currency considerations. 

• Oversee delivery of monthly management accounts.

We are looking for an experienced Health Information Editor with strong writing and editing skills and a background in producing evidence-based health information. 

The role requires confidence working within Patient Information Forum (PIF) accredited processes, communicating complex information in Plain English and adapting content for different audiences and formats. It also involves working closely with clinicians and people with arthritis to review and improve information, ensuring it is accurate, accessible and inclusive.

The posts sit within the Health Information Team in the Services and Devolved Nations directorate. The team produces trusted print and digital information to support people at all stages of their arthritis journey, and this role plays an important part in maintaining its quality, relevance and accessibility.

This Grants and Programmes Associate will support the delivery of the Sri Lanka portfolio of work within the Grants and Programmes function at Battersea. About the role

We are looking for an exceptional individual fundraiser to join the Philanthropy team at King’s College London, leading on fundraising for The Dickson Poon School of Law.

This role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of major gift prospects, securing and stewarding significant philanthropic gifts at the £50k to £5 million gift level, supporting senior stakeholders with their fundraising efforts, and championing the work and priorities of King’s and the Dickson Poon School of Law.

The team will play a crucial role in the delivery of the University’s ambition to significantly scale philanthropic income for faculties, as we prepare to launch our next major fundraising campaign in 2027 and mark the university’s bicentenary in 2029.

We will build on our already successful fundraising to achieve ambitious new goals for philanthropy – creating strong partnerships across campus and with donors, to realise shared priorities and deliver strategic impact.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with academic and professional service colleagues across King’s to secure significant philanthropic income to support student outcomes and drive world-leading teaching and research.

The Dickson Poon School of Law, King’s College London is one of the oldest law schools in England. At Alzheimer’s Society, we believe no one should face dementia alone. Every conversation, every visit and every small moment of reassurance can make a real difference. We are looking for a warm, thoughtful and organised Dementia Adviser to join our supportive team in Bridgend and the wider Cwm Taff Morgannwg area working 21 hours per week on a fixed term contract until 31 March 2027.

You will work closely with people living with dementia and those who care about them, providing ongoing support. You will listen carefully, understand what matters most to each person and offer guidance that helps them feel steadier and more confident as their situation changes.

Your days will be varied and meaningful. You might be visiting someone at home, offering calm reassurance over the phone, or working closely with other professionals to make sure the right support is in place. We operate a triage system for new referrals and you will play your part in making sure people are responded to quickly and thoughtfully. You will manage your own caseload, keeping clear and accurate records, while always seeing the person behind the paperwork.

You will be part of a caring and dynamic local team who share ideas, reflect together and support one another. There will be time to meet as a team and opportunities to keep growing your knowledge of dementia, with your manager and colleagues alongside you.

About you

You will have:

- An understanding of dementia, or a willingness to learn about the experiences of people living with dementia and those who care for them.
- Experience providing information, guidance, advice or emotional support - this could be from health, social care, community, voluntary, customer service or other people focused roles.
- You will be able to listen and communicate, with the ability to build trust and rapport with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
- The ability to manage your workload effectively, with appropriate support and tools, and to balance competing priorities.
- Confidence using IT systems to maintain accurate and confidential records.
- A compassionate, non-judgemental and person-centred approach, with respect for diversity and individual lived experiences.
- A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle. It is an essential requirement of this role that you are able and willing to drive service users to groups and/or appointments.
- The confidence and ability to communicate with a wide range of people, adapting your approach to ensure understanding. You will be required to speak publicly at events about dementia, delivering information and signposting people to further resources and networks.

- Drive service users to local peer support groups and/or appointments safely and dependably as an essential part of daily duties.
