CHOICE IN HACKNEY is seeking an experienced Advocacy Trainer and Mentor to join our Choices Into Work Project and play a key role in developing skilled and effective advocacy practitioners.
In this specialist role, you will be responsible for eight trainees/mentees each year and will develop and deliver an accredited training programme in either Disability Hate Crime or Disability & Domestic Violence, according to organisational need and learner demand.
You will design accessible training materials and deliver engaging sessions using presentations, group discussions, and practical exercises. Training will cover areas such as legislation, criminal justice processes, safeguarding, evidence gathering, advocacy, partnership working and the rights of disabled people. Domestic violence training may include safety planning, risk assessment, child protection, MARAC, housing, court processes and trauma-informed practice.
Alongside training, you will provide one-to-one and group mentoring throughout trainee placements. You will help trainees apply classroom learning to real advocacy situations, develop professional confidence and resilience, identify learning needs and build safe, person-centred advocacy skills.

About The Role
The Communications & Digital Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in shaping Animal Equality UK’s public voice. They will ensure all outgoing content, both digital and print, aligns with our brand, values, and mission.

Working arrangements
This role is being recruited on a 12 month fixed-term basis because it has been created to support a temporary, time-limited increase in workload associated with preparations for the London Marathon 2027. The role is an additional position within the team and is not intended to form part of the team's ongoing establishment beyond the period of increased demand. The contract is therefore expected to end once the temporary resourcing requirement created by the London Marathon 2027 project has concluded.

We're looking for a highly organised and relationship-focusedLicensing Leadto manage the operational delivery of one of Fairtrade Foundation’s key global partnerships. Acting as the key contact for Ben & Jerry's, you'll oversee licensing, certification, compliance, reporting and partner support, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence.
You'll work across Fairtrade Foundation’s global network to manage product approvals, support compliance, coordinate reporting and identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen partner relationships.
About you
You'll have experience in licensing, compliance, customer operations or account management, with excellent attention to detail and strong stakeholder management skills. You'll enjoy solving problems, managing complex information and delivering outstanding service.
