Role Purpose
The Chief Executive Officer will provide strategic, operational and values-led leadership for Home-Start Norfolk, ensuring the charity delivers its mission, supports its families effectively and remains financially sustainable. The Wigan Crisis Space forms part of the Greater Manchester VCSE crisis pathway, we are non- clinical alternative to A&E. The Crisis Space is an out of hours service that creates a safe space for adults to access timely compassionate support from trained recovery workers.
The Service Manager will have responsibility to line manage two Team Leaders, and overall leadership for the staff team working within the service. We are looking for a values driven leader who can work closely with the Operational Manager to support and develop the service to increase our reach to adults who are experiencing a MH crisis.
Main Responsibilities:

North London Hospice has been caring for local people since 1984, providing specialist palliative and end-of-life care to people with life-limiting illnesses across Barnet, Enfield and Haringey, and increasingly within Camden and Islington. Our services are completely free of charge however it now costs more than £16m a year to run our charity. We rely on the generosity of our community through donations and our shops to make up the shortfall in funding.
Role Purpose
Reporting to the Community and Events Manager, you will play a key role in growing income through community fundraising initiatives and delivering an exciting and expanding portfolio of events. This varied role combines creative promotion of fundraising opportunities, excellent supporter relationship management, and the planning and coordination of successful events. We seek practical experience in fundraising operations, CRM or data roles, confidence with complex datasets and CRM systems, strong numeracy and analytical skills, clear communication, discretion with confidential information and a commitment to safeguarding
Desirable
CRM implementation, prospect research and Gift Aid familiarity. Experience with ToucanTech or iSAMS and familiarity with HMRC Gift Aid rules are advantageous.

The small, collegiate Development team reports to the Development Director. You will work closely with the Senior Fundraising Manager, Finance, Events and senior leaders to deliver a joined-up donor experience and measurable income growth.

About RASASC: RASASC Guildford Limited is a registered charity supporting people of all genders, from the age of 13, from across Surrey, who have experienced the trauma of sexual harm, whether recently or in the past.

Purpose of the Role: This is an exciting opportunity to join RASASC at a key stage in the development of our fundraising programme. Over the last two years, community fundraising, challenge events and individual giving have grown significantly and demonstrated strong potential for future development.
We are now looking for a passionate, organised and enthusiastic Community Fundraiser to help build on this success. You'll oversee our community fundraising and challenge events programme, building strong relationships with supporters, local partners and community groups to raise vital funds for RASASC.
Working closely with the Fundraising Manager, you will build relationships with supporters, local businesses, community groups and donors, helping to increase unrestricted income and raise awareness of RASASC's work. The role will also support the development of individual giving, including our client donation programme, helping to create sustainable unrestricted income for the charity.
This role would suit someone with fundraising, events, communications or community engagement experience who is looking to move into the next stage of their fundraising career within a supportive team environment. What We're Looking For
