We are excited to share an opportunity to join our central Transformation team as our Head of Marketing. In this role you will lead strategic marketing and brand development across the Trust, raising the profile and appeal of our schools to drive pupil numbers and attract brilliant candidates to work at Ormiston. Join our team as a Curriculum Specialist, helping us to support teachers, champion great teaching and raise the status of the profession by leading on the final stages of our flagship Rethinking Curriculum project and developing curriculum-related content and resources for members of the Chartered College of Teaching.

Purpose of the role and Reporting Lines
The Communications Officer will report to the Communications and Digital Manager. The role works closely with our Project Managers, and technical project leads. The Communications Officer will facilitate effective and engaging communications across the organisation (internal and external) with particular emphasis on enabling effective communication of our project’s work/outputs, demonstrating impact, and enhancing dissemination to a wider and more diverse audience.
We are looking for someone with a passion for translating technical nutrition/public health content and communicating it to a broad array of stakeholders, ensuring it is widely accessible, to drive effective and positive change in nutrition policy, practice and research at global, regional and national levels.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Communications, Publication and Dissemination
· Plan and execute a communication and dissemination plan for each project/output, working alongside the technical project lead, project manager and communication and digital manager, within budget/resourcing.
· Produce an array of professional dissemination resources (e.g. social media content, brochures, posters, visual abstracts etc) to effectively communicate our work to different audiences (both technical and non-technical)
· Create engaging visual multimedia content for use on ENN websites, social media channels and online events, under the support and direction of the Communications and Digital Manager.
· Manage an image bank, ensuring that it is refreshed, and that all imagery has been appropriately licensed/credited. Identifying suitable imagery for use in various contexts.

· Knowledge or strong interest in communication in nutrition, global public health, and / or the humanitarian/development sector.

Community Fundraising Manager

In this role, the Digital Communications Officer will help AMOSSHE communicate clearly, consistently and creatively with its members, partners and sector stakeholders. The new role of HR Manager will support the church’s senior leadership in ensuring that St James’s staffing is aligned to meet strategic and operational requirements throughout the Wren project (see our website for details).

Responsible to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Oxygen
Hours: 37.5 hours per week. This role requires flexible working, including some evenings, occasional Saturdays/Sundays, and weekends when running residentials for young people, plus regular shifts at the Oxygen shop.
Salary: £36,000 – £39,000 per annum, plus pension and life cover and cycle to work scheme.

Oxygen is a dynamic youth organisation based in Kingston upon Thames, South West London. Oxygen began as the vision of a group of young people who wanted to reach out to others to demonstrate their faith and meet their needs.
