The Director of Operations at SOGB is a wide-ranging, key role, reporting to the Chief Executive as a member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). Working across the organisation, the Director of Operations manages the operational and support services activities including governance, compliance, HR, business processes, IT, safeguarding, finance and health & safety to ensure that the organisation runs smoothly, efficiently and effectively.

About The Role
The Food Bank Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and delivery of Southwark Foodbank, ensuring people experiencing financial hardship can access emergency food with dignity, compassion and respect.
The postholder will coordinate Foodbank sessions, support volunteers, maintain effective operational systems and build positive relationships with clients, referral agencies and community partners. Working closely with the Manager: Financial Resilience & Food Security, they will ensure the Foodbank operates safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard.
Main Responsibilities:
- Foodbank Operations: Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of Southwark Foodbank sessions, ensuring they are well organised, welcoming and responsive to local needs. Prepare Foodbank sessions by ensuring food, equipment, resources and information are available where required.

Volunteer Coordination: Coordinate and support volunteers during Foodbank sessions, ensuring they feel confident, informed and valued. Act as a first point of contact for volunteer enquiries and support volunteer induction and ongoing engagement.

Overall purpose
To have overall responsibility for the successful planning and delivery of the ASL Summer Program. The selected candidate will be accountable for designing, budgeting, recruiting, promoting and supervising the day-to-day operations of the program, providing a safe, enjoyable, and age-appropriate experience for campers that is culturally aligned and similar to the day program at ASL. This leadership position is charged with the long-term objective of evolving and changing the program to improve offerings, and experiences and ensure sustainable financial performance.
Responsibilities
Program oversight

Work with school administration to set strategy and goals for the summer program, in alignment with the overall goals of the school

Develop and monitor budgets and KPIs

Design and create the program of offerings (before the portal opens in March)

Tower Hamlets Supported Living Services are intended for service users with a mental health need some of whom have multiple and/ or enduring needs such as dual diagnosis. With an emphasis on supporting the transition for service users who may have had a significant admission to institutional care, the service has a strong focus on supporting service users with their journey towards recovery and independence. Tower Hamlets Supported Living Services support service users most disabled by their mental ill-health. Service users presently residing in Tower Hamlets Supported Living Services are provided with intensive support for their complex needs.
Cannon Street Road is a 24-7 service catering for individuals with complex needs (mental health and/or dual diagnosis and/or neurodivergence needs and/or physical health issues etc). The project has 20 units. The service delivery is strength based, recovery oriented and co-productive and person centered.
The Dual-Diagnosis Lead will provide excellent quality dual diagnosis support; through assessment, support planning, coaching and motivational interviewing to service users who have drug/ alcohol and mental health concerns to ensure they move forward in their recovery journey. They will support the Service Manager to lead the running of this service and delivery outcomes configured by the local authority, Tower Hamlets.
The role involves providing expert support on complex cases, mentoring and supervising Recovery Workers and students, and contributing to a high-performing, person-centred team. Responsibilities include line management duties, quality assurance through auditing, and leading the implementation of co-production strategies. The post-holder will work collaboratively with stakeholders, promote inclusion, and ensure services comply with all relevant legislation and policies. Additional duties include supporting recruitment, assessments, tenancy processes, and fostering continuous professional development and team wellbeing.

About Essex and Herts Air Ambulance Trust (EHAAT)
Essex & Herts Air Ambulance, unlike NHS emergency services, is a charity. The free life-saving service is provided 24/7 by helicopters and by rapid response vehicles.
Each critical care team consists of a pilot and co-pilot, a pre-hospital care doctor and a critical care paramedic.
They can be rushed to the scene with life-saving support equipment to deliver advanced clinical care, usually only available in the hospital emergency department.
Job Purpose
Sitting within the Philanthropy team, you will lead and grow our Legacy and In Memory income streams. As an experienced and compassionate manager, you will develop and deliver strategies that inspire supporters to leave a gift in their Will or give in memory of loved ones, helping to secure vital long-term income for our life-saving service.
You will combine strategic thinking, creativity and sensitivity to drive measurable income growth, while delivering high-quality, personalised supporter stewardship. You will also play an important role in building a strong legacy pipeline and shaping meaningful In Memory opportunities that reflect and respond to supporter motivations.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Strategy, Growth & Pipeline
- Develop and deliver a clear legacy and in memory strategy aligned to income targets and organisational priorities
- Build and manage a strong pipeline from awareness through to pledge and realisation

As EHAAT is a patient focused emergency medical charity, we feel it is essential that all our staff are competent and confident in the delivery of CPR and use of an AED (defibrillator) in an emergency. Context
Childhood First enables children and young people to recover from early life abuse and relational trauma, enjoy life and achieve their potential. We do this through the provision of specialist therapeutic residential care and treatment, together with family and network support.

Purpose
Reporting to the Head of HR, the HR Assistant will provide dependable administrative and operational support across the employee lifecycle, helping the HR team deliver an efficient, responsive and compliant service to colleagues across Childhood First.

- Coordinate and track pre-employment compliance checks, including DBS checks, right to work verification, references and other required vetting, ensuring evidence is complete, records are accurate and any issues are escalated appropriately in line with safer recruitment requirements.
- Update, maintain and audit the HR database and confidential people records, ensuring information is accurate, up to date and handled in accordance with GDPR requirements.
- Support the day-to-day administration of the HR function, including managing HR inbox enquiries, maintaining key HR dates and deadlines, and producing regular people reports.
- Liaise with external HR service providers, including payroll and pension providers, HR software suppliers and recruitment agencies, as required.
- Take minutes and actions from meetings where required and contribute to improvements in HR processes and wider HR projects.
