Reporting to the CEO and working as part of the senior management team, you will have overall responsibility for fundraising income performance, the development and delivery of LLST’s fundraising strategy, and the successful delivery and growth of our events portfolio. This includes the London Legal Walk, our flagship mass-participation fundraising event.
The role will lead and develop a team of three to four (direct reports), build strong relationships with supporters, corporate partners, sponsors and other stakeholders, and use performance data, KPIs and return on investment to inform decision-making and future development.
We are looking for someone with significant experience of fundraising and income-generating events, a strong track record of meeting targets, and experience of developing fundraising strategies, and plans. You will also have experience of leading and developing staff, delivering complex events, and building effective external relationships.
The successful candidate will be confident operating at both a strategic and practical level, able to work collaboratively across a small organisation, and comfortable representing LLST externally and reporting to senior colleagues and Trustees.
Experience of the legal, access to justice or related charity sector, and experience of Salesforce, would be desirable but are not essential.

About the Role:
As a Floating Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in supporting services where extra capacity is needed, working across different locations including B&NES, Bristol, Wiltshire, Somerset and North Somerset. This is a varied and dynamic role, offering the opportunity to work across supported housing and outreach services, with no two weeks looking the same.
You’ll work directly with people who have a range of support needs, building positive, professional relationships and providing person‑centred, trauma‑informed support. Give clients advice and information, providing an enabling service so that they can be signposted to, and access appropriate services.

Purpose

At Baca, we support young people who have fled war, persecution, and trafficking, providing safe housing, education, and therapeutic care to help them rebuild their lives.
As a Support Worker, you will be a key worker for several young people in Baca's care, providing high-quality holistic and therapeutic support for their transition to adulthood. Oakview is a supported living project for 10 customers with mild to moderate learning disabilities. It provides a 24/7 support service, with an emphasis on choice and control for customers, enabling them to achieve greater independence, improved quality of life and integration into the wider community.
What you'll do:
The service offers specialist support to homeless men across a range of areas including re-offending behaviour, mental health issues, physical health needs and substance misuse. Edward Alsop Court implements and promotes the Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE) model.
We also have external support from Turning Point and CGL to support our customers with their substance misuse.
