Job description

Job Title: Planning and Performance Lead

Location: Hybrid with 1 day per week in the London Office

Hours:  35 hours per week                  

Contract type: Permanent

Salary:  £50,430 per annum

What we’re looking for:

  • Someone with experience of developing and implementing organisation-wide business planning and performance management processes.
  • Someone with the ability to understand and align strategy, business priorities and financial budgets.
  • Someone who has experience of designing, monitoring and reporting on KPI’s.
  • Someone with the confidence of engaging and influence senior leaders and key stakeholders at every level.

Key dates:
