PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
• To offer front line education advisory support service to kinship, adoptive and foster families and professionals seeking support and advice about education services for care experienced children.
• To lead the development and delivery of education training to professionals across Scotland and actively support AUK lobbying and campaigning efforts on education matters.
• To develop, coordinate and support delivery and administration of an education support group (online or in person) to the care experience community youth and family.
• To work alongside our youth service provision ensuring the voices of young people are centred in resource development and delivery, supporting development of education and employability support.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work closely with education advisor lead in delivering education support service to families and professionals.
• Manage own caseloads, monitor and review progress at regular education meetings using established tools. Ensure tracking and recording on AUK system database and Sharepoint.
• Develop, promote and deliver Education training for professionals across Scotland. Including supporting the development and delivery of Education elements of training in other AUK teams and development of commissioned projects e.g. care experience week lessons, resources and training for Education Scotland
• Responsible for administrative tasks relating to service delivery
• Respond appropriately to enquiries via email, telephone or in person, referring on to other services and ensure accurate and appropriate recording and tracking of all enquires are maintained using appropriate database systems.
• Contribute and assist in development of education specific projects to improve service delivery (i.e. education peer support group or young person support group)

Reporting to the Chair of the Trustee Board, the Chief Officer
● Is responsible to the Trustee Board for the management and leadership of Citizens Advice Surrey Heath.
● Represents Citizens Advice Surrey Heath to funders, partners and stakeholders.

What you’ll do
You will input and maintain donor and grant records in Salesforce, while ensuring data accuracy, monitoring incoming donations, and issuing timely acknowledgements. You will oversee due‑diligence checks, support reporting deadlines and reconcile records with Finance. You will also coordinate meetings with funders, maintain prospect lists, support research, and help identify new funding opportunities, while providing general administrative support across the Fundraising team.
What you’ll bring
You will be highly organised, detail‑focused and proactive. You will demonstrate previous experience of efficiently and accurately managing data, and providing reliable coordination support to busy teams.
Essential requirements:
- Experience working effectively in deadline‑driven environments.
- Experience using CRM databases (e.g. Salesforce).
- Ability to draft, review and quality‑check written documentation to a high standard.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Accuracy with both written and numerical information, and the ability to prioritise and process large volumes of varied information under changing deadlines.
Key details
Hours: full-time or part-time (from 28 to 35 hours per week): usual working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00. Flexible working is possible and we would consider a four-day week.
Salary: £34,536 per annum FTE, plus 6% contributory pension scheme.
Location: hybrid working (a mixture of onsite and home/remote working). Staff are working onsite for at least 20% of their working hours at our London office (4-8 Rodney Street, London N1 9JH).

Job Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to support the planning, delivery and optimisation of Alder Hey Children’s Charity’s digital marketing activity across key channels, reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager.
This is a hands-on digital role focused on day-to-day delivery, advertising and optimisation across the charity’s digital platforms. The Digital Marketing Officer will play a key role in ensuring digital advertising channels are engaging and effective in supporting fundraising, brand awareness and supporter engagement.
The role works closely with colleagues across Marketing, Fundraising and Communications, and supports the delivery of digital activity set by the Marketing & Communications Manager.
Main Duties/Tasks
Digital Duties:
Content Creation, Management, and Campaign Support
- Creating, editing, and publishing content across the charity’s digital channels (website, email, and ad channels) in conjunction with the Content Creation Officer and Marketing Officers.
- Managing day-to-day updates to the charity websites using the CMS, ensuring content is accurate, engaging and aligned to brand guidelines. Maintain high standards of brand identity across all digital touch points.
- Building and sending email communications using the charity’s email platform, supporting segmentation, stewardship and supporter journeys.
- Supporting the delivery of integrated marketing and fundraising campaigns through digital channels.
- Adapting digital copy for different audiences and platforms, including web pages, email campaigns and digital appeals.
Digital Marketing Optimization, Reporting, and Budget Support
- Optimising and supporting budget monitoring for AI Search, Paid Search, SEO, and Google Grant campaigns.
- Monitoring and reporting on digital performance using analytics and platform insights, identifying opportunities to improve engagement and effectiveness.

Role Purpose
The Fundraising & Marketing team's purpose is to advocate for and raise flexible and unrestricted funding to enable Womankind to deliver it's 2030 organisational strategy.
This post will support the growth of trusts and foundations income by carrying out prospect research, preparing proposals and reports for small and medium-sized donors, and cultivating and stewarding new and existing donor relationships to secure long-term income for Womankind.
Areas of responsibilities:

Prospect research – Co-ordinate the prospect research requirements for trusts and foundations, working closely with the Philanthropy Manager – Foundations, produce clear and relevant donor profiles and where relevant, make recommendations for donor cultivation and development

Proposal and report development - Produce and send high quality, engaging and relevant applications and reports to trusts and foundations and develop and maintain efficient ways of keeping existing and prospective donors up to date and engaged on the work of Womankind.

Donor relationship management - Establish and manage long term, effective and values-aligned relationships with existing and prospective trust and foundation donors by providing excellent donor and supporter care. Maintain prompt and personalised thanking to donors.

Event management support - Work with the Philanthropy Manager – Foundations and Philanthropy Manager – Corporate Partnerships to coordinate a range of cultivation and engagement events for key donors including researching venues, co-ordinating invitation process and guest list management, liaising with relevant staff and post-event follow up.

Person Specification
Essential Experience:
• Minimum of two years experience in a fundraising role, with a focus on relationship-based fundraising, ideally trusts and foundations
• Experience and a proven track record of growing income from trusts and foundations
• Demonstrable experience of prospect research
• Proven ability to write compelling proposals and reports communicating complex project information to donors
• Proven ability to form good working relationships with colleagues across the organisation
• Proven experience using a fundraising database (ideally Beacon) to maintain accurate donor records, manage invitation guest lists for events, and extract data for donor reporting and prospect tracking
• Experience of fundraising for a UK based organisation
Essential Travel requirements: the role requires a willingness for occasional overseas travel. This may involve an overnight stay.

About the role
We are looking to appoint a full-time Trust and Foundations Fundraising Lead (35 hours per week) to lead and develop Rainbow Trust’s trusts and foundations fundraising programme. You will manage relationships with charitable trusts and foundations, raising the funds we need to deliver and grow our support services.
Our Philanthropy team is an ambitious team with a well-established fundraising programme, playing a significant role in raising £5.7m a year to fund our support services and with plans to grow income over the next 3-5 years. About the role
This is a dynamic, strategic role and the successful candidate will exercise PersonCentred clinical responsibility for Woman’s Trust (WT), counselling, groupwork and other therapeutic services.
Reporting to the CEO, this role will oversee the day-to-day delivery of seamless, highquality service across all of our client-facing provisions. The post holder will support the CEO to ensure the future development of WT by leading the frontline staff team in the provision of high-quality, relevant and safe services to survivors of violence and abuse in line with WT’s aims and principles.
The Head of Therapeutic Services, a member of the Senior Leadership Team, will work closely with colleagues across WT, to plan and implement quality improvement plans in order to deliver outstanding services in an efficient and cost-effective manner. This role will deputise for the CEO when necessary.
Working with key stakeholders to ensure that WT counselling services are delivered to a high professional standard, in accordance with the BACP Ethical Framework and the Person-Centred approach.
Leading on the development of new opportunities for the enhancement and expansion of WT counselling services, on the clinical representation of WT services to external bodies and involvement in campaigning for the improvement of services for women experiencing DA, and to be the safeguarding lead for WT.
