As an Agile Delivery & Scrum Manager within Cadet Digital Services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our digital platforms, including the Westminster MIS and its supporting applications, are delivered efficiently, collaboratively, and with a strong focus on user needs.

Working closely with the Product Owner, developers, QA engineers, and our Solutions Architect, you will lead Agile ceremonies, help maintain a healthy delivery rhythm, and support the refinement and organisation of work across multiple streams. You will play a key part in turning strategic intent into clear, actionable delivery plans, and will work autonomously to keep delivery flowing smoothly.

If you enjoy creating structure, coaching teams, solving delivery challenges, and helping technical and non technical colleagues work effectively together, this role offers the opportunity to directly shape how digital services support cadets and volunteers across the UK.

Essential Skills/Experience

· Experience working as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Manager, Agile Project/Delivery Coordinator, Business Analyst, or similar role within a digital or technology environment.

· Strong facilitation skills and confidence leading Agile ceremonies.

· Experience translating requirements into user stories and delivery ready artefacts.

· Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (developers, testers, designers, product roles).

· Good understanding of Agile delivery practices (Scrum, Kanban) and practical application in real teams.

· Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non technical groups.

· Ability to manage competing priorities, track risks, remove impediments, and keep work moving.

Our ESOL service was established in 2017 and now runs 5 days per week and offers English lessons for resettled refugees and an English Club with an emphasis on learning skills for integration into UK society. We are a growing team of ESOL tutors and creche teams providing training to help refugees and their families to resettle in Bedford Borough and Central Bedfordshire.

About the role

The Early Years Session Lead holds responsibility for leading sessions in our trauma-informed Early Years setting. They do not hold line management responsibility for other practitioners however supervise a small team of L2 practitioners during the sessions.

The Early Years Session Lead is part of the EY Leadership Team, which meet together online on a Weds 15:00-16:00.

In addition the EY Session Lead works in our EY setting in Bedford on a Friday alongside the EY Session Lead (Bedford) and the Senior Early Years Practitioner who holds line management responsibility for the EY team.

UK for UNHCR (UK4U), the UN Refugee Agency's national charity partner, is looking for a Writer. We are a small but high-performing team with big ambitions.

As a team player, you will work with colleagues across Private Partnerships and Philanthropy (PPH), Communications and UNHCR global.

Passionate about the refugee cause and UNHCR’s contribution, you will have prior experience of writing for philanthropic audiences.

This role is integral to the development of the Private Partnerships and Philanthropy (PPH) programme. You will work collaboratively across the PPH team and with international colleagues drawing on a diverse range of content to develop high quality compelling assets which convey our organisational story and priority needs. These assets may be written tailored propositions, investment cases, impact reports, budgets and other creative materials.

Role Responsibilities  

The role operates primarily as an in-house writing and strategic support function, focused on the organisation’s highest-level donors and priority audiences.

Key responsibilities include:

• Taking the lead on drafting and delivering a bi-annually Philanthropy newsletter for existing donors and selected prospects, strengthening stewardship and positioning UNHCR’s philanthropic offer.
• Supporting the cultivation and stewardship of priority relationships through the development of bespoke, high-quality and strategically aligned concept notes, proposals, cases for support, business cases, and stewardship/impact reports for Corporate partners, Major Donors, Trusts and Philanthropists.

• Acting as a trusted internal service, working with colleagues to shape clear, consistent, and donor-focused narratives

• Remaining flexible and responsive to emergency situations, supporting the development of targeted materials for priority audiences as required.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Service Manager to support the Registered Manager in delivering high-quality, person-centred care. You will ensure services are safe, effective, compliant and continuously improving, meeting the requirements of the Health and Social Care Act 2008, Care Act 2014, and CQC standards. The role involves maintaining strong safeguarding practices, overseeing audits and quality monitoring, and ensuring accurate documentation, care planning, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance, while promoting dignity, independence, and positive outcomes for the people we support.

You will take responsibility for the day-to-day operational delivery of services, including safe staffing through effective rota and workforce planning, recruitment, supervision, appraisal and staff development, while working to reduce reliance on agency staff. A key part of the role is ensuring robust communication with families, professionals, commissioners and multidisciplinary teams, alongside maintaining high standards of health and safety, medication management and overall service coordination. You will also play an active role in inspections, Annual Provider Reviews, safeguarding processes and continuous quality improvement.

Working closely with senior management, you will support service development and growth by managing referrals and vacancies, contributing to service improvement projects and producing performance reports against KPIs and SLAs. About You

The Finance Director is responsible for all aspects of the group's finances (National Federation of Music Societies, trading as Making Music and its trading subsidiary), to ensure accurate and complete recording of all financial transactions, adherence to internal controls and procedures, and timely and effective analysis and reporting to the Chief Executive, Senior Management Team and other budget holders, the Finance & Compliance Committee and the Board of Trustees.

The Finance Director post is an integral part of the charity's senior management team, working closely with the Chief Executive, the Deputy CEO Advocacy and Lobbying and the Marketing Director, setting the strategic direction of the organisation and ensuring it has the financial systems and resources to implement its strategy.

The role line-manages and oversees the work of the Finance Manager who runs the day-to-day financial accounting processes, with the help of two Finance Administrators.

The role also leads on supporting members with finances, e.g. leading Treasurers' events, relevant website resources and responding to finance-related consultations.

The 2.5 days (18.75 hours) per week can be worked flexibly, and at least some of them from home, by agreement with your line manager. We would expect you to spend at least 1 days each week in our London office in Moorgate.

Key Responsibilities - 

To bring expertise around DVA into the MASH teams within Solihull Childrens services to improve practice, providing guidance and support to professionals to build understanding of safe and appropriate interventions with women and children.

To provide information, support and signposting for women supported by Solihull Children’s Services disclosing experiences of domestic violence/abuse.

Experience Required - 

Influencing professional practice, including delivering training and awareness sessions

Carrying out needs and risk assessments and support of women experiencing abuse 

Working within safeguarding guidelines to protect and promote the well-being of children and young people 

Monitoring and evaluating projects

As a newly created position, it brings legacy administration fully in-house and will play a key role in ensuring income is realised in full, accurately managed, and delivered in line with best practice.

As Legacy Case Manager, you will: 

• Manage a caseload of residuary, pecuniary, life interest, discretionary, and high-value legacies, including contentious cases
• Lead on the preparation, monitoring and reporting of the legacy income budget and mid year forecasts, working closely with Finance and Fundraising colleagues to provide accurate, timely projections and variance analysis
• Work closely with internal teams and build effective external relationships with solicitors, executors and families to support positive outcomes
• Identify and resolve complex issues involving probate, trusts, tax, property, or litigation
• Represent Greenpeace UK externally with professionalism, fostering constructive relationships with pledgers, executors, solicitors, and sector peers
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, Charity Commission guidance, and ILM best practice

Essential skills and experience:

• Substantial experience in charity legacy and estate administration, both contentious and non-contentious
• Significant knowledge of probate, trusts, tax, and property issues relevant to legacy casework
• Strong understanding of sector best practice in legacy administration and charity law
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume and varied caseload to deadlines
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Diplomacy, empathy, and resilience in handling contentious or sensitive cases
• Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and manage competing demands

A legal, probate, or legacy administration qualification is advantageous but not required.

GMRC is a registered charity working with adult women who are victims and survivors of sexual violence and child sexual abuse, providing independent, specialist support and promoting and representing their rights and needs.

We are looking for a qualified Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA) to join our friendly and committed team.

Your role will be to support women practically and emotionally as they go through the criminal justice system.

PLEASE NOTE

this role is restricted to female applicants under the Genuine Occupational Requirement (GOR), Schedule 9 (Work; Exceptions), Part 1 (Occupational Requirements), of the Equality Act (2010)

Overall Objectives

To work within a multi-agency setting to provide a proactive service to adult victims of sexual violence within and outside the criminal justice system to:

• Risk assess and maintain client safety
• Help clients access their rights
• Monitor and keep clients informed of case progress and provide support through the criminal justice system
• Help clients access health and other services they require
• Build ongoing relationships with loved ones of a victim/survivor engaged in the ISVA service
• Provide an information point for loved ones on the CJS

Applicants who are not yet ISVA‑qualified, but who have relevant experience working within the criminal justice system and/or sexual violence services will also be considered. In this case, the successful candidate would be supported to complete the ISVA qualification.

During the training year, the salary would be £28,000 per annum, reflecting the cost of training and supervision. On successful completion of the ISVA qualification, the salary would increase to £30,000 per annum.

The salary for a qualified ISVA would be £30,000 – £32,000, depending on experience.
