We are seeking a compassionate HCPC-registered creative arts psychotherapist such as an arts therapist, dramatherapist or music therapist to join our team for one day per week to deliver therapeutic support through our in school support Project HOPE.

Project HOPE is a school based project offering therapy sessions as one-to-one or group work, making arts-based psychotherapy accessible to those who need it most. Project HOPE offers a creative lifeline for children who’ve encountered four or more adverse childhood expereinces (ACEs) and experienced or witnessed domestic abuse. It steps in where other local services can’t, providing support now and preparing children and young people for future life challenges.

The successful candidate will receive regular clinical supervision and will have access to peer support, reflective discussions, and opportunities for ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities include:

Therapeutic Delivery

• Deliver one-to-one and small group arts-based therapeutic interventions to secondary school-aged young people.

• Develop and facilitate creative therapeutic sessions tailored to the individual needs of participants.

• Build safe, trusting, and therapeutic relationships with young people experiencing complex trauma.

• Support young people to develop emotional regulation, resilience, self-awareness, and positive coping strategies.

Assessment and Planning

• Undertake initial assessments and contribute to identifying appropriate therapeutic support.

• Develop therapeutic goals and intervention plans in collaboration with young people and relevant professionals.

• Monitor progress and adapt interventions as required.

Multi-Agency Working

• Work closely with school staff, pastoral teams, safeguarding leads, and project partners to ensure a joined-up approach to supporting young people.

• Attend relevant meetings and contribute professional insight where appropriate or share relevant information with the manager to attend on your behalf. 

Safeguarding and Risk Management

• Maintain a thorough understanding of organisational and national safeguarding procedures and statutory responsibilities.

• Identify and respond appropriately to safeguarding concerns, following organisational and school policies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in line with GDPR and professional standards.

Monitoring and Evaluation

• Maintain appropriate case notes and outcome measures.

• Contribute to project reporting, evaluation, and impact measurement.

• Support the collection of feedback and evidence demonstrating project outcomes.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

• MA Qualified Creative Arts Therapist (Art Therapist, Dramatherapist, Music Therapist, or equivalent HCPC-recognised profession).

• Experience working therapeutically with children and young people.

• Experience supporting individuals who have experienced trauma, adversity, or significant emotional challenges.

• Strong understanding of trauma-informed practice.

• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures relating to children and young people.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Safeguarding

This role involves working directly with children and young people and is subject to an enhanced DBS check with barred list clearance. The successful candidate will be expected to adhere to all safeguarding, confidentiality, and data protection policies and procedures.

About the Role

The purpose of this role is to coordinate the management and continuous improvement of the College’s Lifelong Learning Platform (LLP), ensuring it operates effectively for all users. The role provides service desk support, maintains accurate training records, and works closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and system providers to resolve issues and enhance the platform.

Some key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

· Providing first- and second-line support to LLP users, resolving queries and system issues

· Maintaining user accounts, training records, and ensuring data accuracy across systems

· Liaising with external developers to report faults, track progress, and support system improvements

· Creating and delivering training materials, guidance, and presentations on LLP usage

About You

 We are seeking a highly organised and proactive professional with experience in customer service or helpdesk environments, ideally within a membership or medical education setting. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders and deliver presentations or workshops. You will provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support, including supporting formal committees and maintaining accurate records.

Strong IT and time management skills are essential, along with experience working with learner management systems and service processes. Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall methodologies and medical education frameworks is desirable. A degree or equivalent experience is required.

Job Description & Person Specification 

Purpose of This Role: 

This key support role will work with colleagues across the organisation to ensure NASP’s data and key systems, including our CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365), dashboards and databases, are effective, accurate, and useful. This includes improving data capture, enabling consistent reporting, and ensuring that quality data can be used to support organisational priorities.

The role will support colleagues to use systems confidently and understand data requirements, providing analytic solutions that meet the needs of the organisation, and identifying where practices and systems can be improved.

The role will sit within the wider Operations team who oversee the core business and operational functions of NASP, including Finance, HR, Governance, Project Support, Administration, and Logistics. As a member of this team, the role will provide general administrative support to NASP programmes, liaising with our CRM support provider (Chorus) and IT provider (Logicata) to act as an essential bridge between internal colleagues and these external technical experts.

As NASP continues to develop its membership and training offers, the Data and Systems Officer will support the growth of this work, ensuring that systems and data flows are aligned, and leading on the technical management of data within these systems. The role will also support teams with reporting and evaluation, making effective use of NASP’s data. 

This is an ideal opportunity for a proactive and highly organised individual with excellent data management, administrative, and technical skills (particularly working with CRMs) to support across the range of NASP’s programmes and projects, as well as development of new systems and processes. 

Person Specification: 

Essential 

• Knowledge of the VCFSE sector and/or Social Prescribing 

• Good working knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (including technical skills) 

• Experience of administrating/managing membership systems or other databases

Responsibilities: 

CRM and Systems Management  

• Ensure colleagues across the organisation are effectively using the CRM (Microsoft Dynamics); as well as other key data systems, supporting with staff training and guidance, providing advice and support where needed to ensure the team feels positive and confident using them in their day-to-day work.

• Undertake regular reviews & audits of data stored on the CRM to amend errors (e.g. duplicate records), and identify gaps or areas of concern, ensuring a smooth user experience. 

• Work closely with our CRM support provider (Chorus) to manage any support requests and technical errors, undertaking any updates, fixes and developments to the system where required. 

• Proactively identify any CRM and wider system processes that can be improved or developed, working with NASP colleagues to ensure the CRM is being effectively integrated into their work. 

• Working with the Strategic Project Manager, undertake regular contract reviews with our CRM provider to ensure value for money and quality of service.

Data Management 
 

• Oversee NASP’s Data inbox, responding to enquiries and escalating concerns or risks. 

• Working with Director of Operations to proactively support NASP to meet data compliance; to identify any data risks and to mitigate these, including gaps in data capture or poor system use. 

• Present data through reports and produce insights to support NASP’s evidence, evaluation and reporting needs (e.g. for grant funders, programme evaluation or trustee board reports). 

• Work with NASP colleagues to improve how data is used in their work, building good data habits across the organisation. 

• Identify and address common issues in how documents and information are managed across the organisation, ensuring standards are maintained consistently across NASP.

 Systems Integration  

• Work with colleagues to support the ongoing development of NASP’s Membership & Training offers, by ensuring the data and systems that support this work are effective. 

• Support colleagues with effective data use to track the engagement, activity and growth of key networks and communities. 

• Provide administrative support to establish and develop any new systems, working with colleagues and external providers as needed, ensuring that data flows between existing systems are aligned. 

• Work closely with the Communications team to ensure the NASP website supports the capture and flow of data effectively. 

• Liaise with our IT provider (Logicata) for anything relating to the Microsoft suite, including technical support.

General 

• Take a proactive approach to support and lead administrative reviews / efficiencies across the organisation, ensuring consistency of approach.

Job Summary
Working closely with the Senior Corporate Partnership Manager, this role will support the delivery of high value corporate partnerships, including stewardship and engagement activities, as well as business development, identifying opportunities with aligned brands and up-coming charity of the year applications, to develop new corporate partnerships. The role is offered on a hybrid basis, with one day a week in the office in West London, and expectation to attend partner events where required. 

You will be a creative, organised and reliable individual, ideally with experience in a fundraising team, supporting corporate partnerships or community fundraising. An excellent communicator, able to manage your time effectively and build good working relationships, you will support the Income team to deliver and secure corporate partnerships, working with colleagues across the charity to identify opportunities for engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support with high value corporate partnerships, including the delivery of employee engagement activities and communications, fundraising events and challenges
• Manage a portfolio of corporate partnerships, delivering first class stewardship and identifying and maximising opportunities for wider engagement

Our Challenge Events team has seen a massive increase in fundraiser numbers this year. We’re hiring to unlock the full potential of this incredible community. Reporting into the Challenge Events Manager, you’ll boost our ability to grow our portfolio of events and connect personally with the incredible people who support CALM on a day to day basis. 

The reasons people fundraise for CALM can be deeply personal. They might have lost someone to suicide, used our helpline for themselves or someone they know, or they might want to support a lifesaving service. By understanding what drives them, you’ll shape and deliver event experiences that feel meaningful and memorable, strengthen their connection to CALM, and inspire them to keep coming back for more. 

Responsibilities

• Support on delivery of the Challenge Events portfolio, ensuring Challenge Event Fundraisers are staying on track - such as completing registration forms on time, and setting up fundraising pages

• Provide end-to-end operational support for fundraising events, including liaising with venues, partners and suppliers, obtaining quotes, coordinating travel and logistics, working with production teams, preparing materials, producing risk assessments, and creation of event documentation such as briefs, schedules and post-event evaluations

• Represent CALM at Events, including acting as an Event Day Lead, and attending wider CALM events

• Work with the Challenge Events Manager and Event Fundraising Lead to develop our portfolio of events, contributing ideas, analysing performance, identifying opportunities and putting ideas into action

• Steward CALM’s Challenge Event Fundraisers effectively throughout their journey when supporting CALM, to ensure they feel appreciated and inspired to fundraise for us

• Be the friendly voice of CALM, responding to enquiries through the website or phone in a timely manner

• Proactively craft and send personalised emails to fundraisers to drive retention and satisfaction

• Help with the management and optimisation of Event email automated journeys used to steward participants in the lead up to and after their event

• Help to devise and manage our event marketing strategy 

• Deliver stewardship calls to Event Fundraisers - welcoming them to the team after sign up, wishing them good luck before their event, or offering them fundraising guidance and support 

• Work confidently across key income platforms to ensure accurate setup, coding and reporting of fundraising pages, campaigns and donations, including JustGiving and Enthuse.

• Support on the maintenance of relevant pages on the CALM website

• Analyse feedback from fundraisers via our post event surveys and identify areas for improvement

Purpose of the role:

The Manager of Business (Consultancy) will play a key role in ensuring the effective delivery and rigorous quality assurance of a range of business services to clients. Working within a growing, dynamic team, the successful candidate will initially hold oversight of our training and eLearning programmes, with the understanding that this function may be separated from the role as the team expands. This is a pivotal role that sits at the heart of Unseen’s response to worker exploitation, engaging with business clients, developing avenues to increase our range and quality of services, and supporting a growing multi-faceted team to deliver on one of our priority areas. This role demands a flexible approach to deliver in-depth and complex services to businesses, alongside a sharp focus on mitigating operational, data, and reputational risks. It also requires a confident communicator with a keen eye for detail, but with the ability to step back and see the bigger picture. The role requires an individual with a proven track record of managing, coaching, and delegating effectively to a diverse team while protecting workloads and well-being.

The successful candidate will possess experience navigating complex corporate stakeholder environments, confidently engaging with senior leadership, and handling difficult conversations. Established in 2021, Opportunity Green is a fast-growing not-for-profit organisation that helps to identify and unlock opportunities to tackle climate change. We build ambitious coalitions, support climate vulnerable countries in international negotiations and find innovative legal pathways to fight climate change.

What’s the role?

The Development Director will work closely with the CEO and the Chief Strategy and Impact Officer (CSIO) on all of Opportunity Green’s fundraising. We are looking for someone who truly gets what OG is trying to achieve, who can pull strands of our work together and turn it into cohesive cross-cutting proposals that funders want to be part of. You will draft and write compelling concept notes and proposals – not just edit them.

To date, the CEO and CSIO have overseen all of Opportunity Green’s fundraising, with the assistance of a Project Officer. We have been hugely successful in our fundraising to date; testament to the extraordinary talent of our staff and the impact they can make. However, as we continue to rapidly scale as an organisation, now is the right time for a Director to add capacity and further expertise to our fundraising.

This role is essential in Opportunity Green’s expanding team and organisation. You will work closely with OG colleagues across the organisation to understand their work, assist the CEO and wider team in managing our current donors and develop ambitious, strategic and innovative funding partnerships with trusts and foundations. You will have a specific focus on grants at the £1m+ level and increasing the number of unrestricted grants. It is important to note that we believe the following will not be a large part of the role in the short to medium term:

1. Searching new prospects – while in time this could become part of the role, we have multiple prospects that we are not currently pursuing due solely to capacity constraints.

2. Institutional or corporate fundraising – while this is a large source of potential funding, we are not currently pursuing it, or looking to secure any institutional or corporate funding from the UK / EU etc.

3. Individual giving – while there is an overlap between High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) and philanthropic trusts & foundations, developing a HNWI giving programme is not, for now, a large part of our strategy.

You’ll be the kind of person who sees connections, chases opportunities, gets out from behind your desk to meet people, and influences internally and externally to achieve results. You will be driven, determined, tenacious and focused on solutions. You will not be someone who simply comments on proposals and ensures funder timelines are met, instead you will co-develop the strategies and projects that we will pitch to potential funders.

The Development Director will be our first fulltime fundraising hire, with continued support from the current Project Officer. There is huge potential for the right candidate to grow this role, working directly with the CEO, and a longer-term potential to expand into a fundraising team over time. As the organisation grows (we have grown to 35 people with a turnover of £5m in almost five years, with no sign of slowing down!) it is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in enabling Opportunity Green to achieve our ambitions and have an even greater impact. 

About the candidate

We are looking for a candidate with:

· A passion for using their fundraising skills to tackle climate change.

· Experience of philanthropic, not just institutional/corporate, fundraising in climate / environment / international development sector(s)

· Ability to, over time, understand Opportunity Green so well that they would be almost as comfortable in OG’s project teams as leading on OG’s fundraising.

Desirable skills and experience:

We do not expect any candidate to have all skills listed below but rather we look for transferable skills and potential as well as past experience. We are looking for someone who has:

· Excellent strategic relationship-building skills and proven ability to manage philanthropic donor income streams.

· Experience maximising opportunities and income with current and prospective donors by focusing on strengthening relationships and implementing creative engagement plans.

· Developed and secured new sources of income from trusts and foundations, with a strong focus on funders with a potential to give £1m+ annually.

· Executed a fundraising strategy and develop a strong pipeline, managing a portfolio of current donors at the same time.

· Experience of managing the complexities of restricted income projects.

· Ability to understand diverse donor motivations and deliver a bespoke relationship to meet these. Demonstrable skill in adapting written and verbal communications for a philanthropy audience.

· Engaging presentation and writing skills for tailored presentations, proposals and grant reports for donors.

· Confidence in working with senior stakeholders internally and externally, using tact and diplomacy.

· Organised and methodical approach to plan and deliver against a varied workload, managing competing priorities under your own initiative and to strict deadlines.

· Be financially savvy and able to work with the finance team to ensure new proposals support a full-cost recovery approach.

Support delivery of Global Canopy’s People plan

• Alongside the COO, drive the implementation of people initiatives and be responsible for the successful embedding of changes
• Lead on connection and collaboration initiatives to build a cohesive, highly motivated team in line with Global Canopy’s culture and in the context of hybrid working
• Provide and present reports and maintain KPIs related to our people.

Management

• Line management of People and Recruitment Advisor, supporting them in their management of recruitment for Global Canopy, and providing coaching and mentoring to support their ongoing development
• Manage the relationship with our EOR providers
• Alongside the COO and IT & Operations Manager, provide leadership on data protection across the organisation

Salary & Benefits

Salary: £55,000- £60,000 full time equivalent. This role sits within Band C on Global Canopy’s remuneration framework.

Nature of contract: Full time or 0.8 FTE. Permanent. This is a hybrid role working from home and our office in Oxford. There is a requirement to attend the office once a week and for other meetings/work as required.

Holidays: 36 days (including bank/public holidays) for discretionary use across the annual leave year. Option to purchase up to an additional 5 days or equivalent of one week’s leave.

The Role

You will design and deliver a new income generation strategy that unlocks growth across:

· Corporate partnerships

You will take an “intrapreneurial” approach — spotting opportunity, building new propositions, testing ideas and learning quickly — while embedding a culture where income generation is seen as a shared organisational priority, not the responsibility of one team.

Essential Experience & Track Record

• A demonstrable track record of generating income and/or building sustainable revenue streams, across more than one income source.
• Evidence of developing and delivering an income or growth strategy, particularly in contexts requiring diversification or change.
• Experience of driving new opportunities — such as partnerships, products, services or supporter propositions — rather than only maintaining existing income.
• Proven success in building and stewarding senior relationships, including corporates, funders, donors, commissioners or strategic partners.
• Experience working at a senior level within an organisation, with exposure to executive decision‑making and governance (e.g. Board or Trustee engagement).

West London Centre for Counselling is a well-established charity which currently provides free counselling to the local community through a contract with NHS Talking Therapies in Hammersmith and Fulham, as well as low-cost counselling for which clients can self-refer directly online, and is expanding into other services under the leadership of a CEO who joined us in 2025.

We are now looking for an efficient Administrator to play a key role in supporting the Centre and its staff. The position involves updating our secure databases with appointments and clinical information, handling enquiries by email and telephone, providing receptionist duties, training counsellors in administrative procedures, and contributing to the overall smooth running of the Centre. 

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and exceptionally clear verbal and written communication skills, and a knowledge of - or willingness to learn about - the fields of counselling and psychotherapy, and will be a positive and thoughtful team player. 

We imagine this as a full time, 5-day-per-week position (35h pw), with at least one evening shift per week (until 9pm); however we are open to applications from people interested in the role on a part-time basis, please state this clearly in your application.
