We’re looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to shape and deliver a regional, audience centric marketing strategy to promote our rehoming centres in the South East of England, to expand local awareness of our brand, drive engagement from local communities and encourage more people to adopt a dog.
What does this role do?
As Regional Marketing Manager, you will:
- develop a strong knowledge of our audiences in South East England, understanding the areas local to our rehoming centres. Translating this knowledge and insight into bespoke, targeted activity for the audience, you will be responsible for driving awareness of the brand in the region,
- work with other teams within Marketing and Communications to translate organisational strategy into regional plans. Working with local rehoming centres, you will be responsible for understanding the regional perspective, and presenting suitable alternatives or solutions where necessary,
- plan and deliver 360 marketing plans across paid, owned and earned channels, ensuring they are on brand tonally and visually, relevant to the region and ensuring they meet key objectives and targets,
- lead and motivate a small team of Regional Campaigns Officers based in the region providing development, mentorship and guidance to deliver regional activity that meets both organisational, and region specific objectives,
- build a strong working relationship with both London based and rehoming centre based teams.
Please note, this role will be hybrid between home and any of our rehoming centres in the South East of England, including Basildon, Canterbury, Harefield, Shoreham-by-Sea or Salisbury. It will involve significant travel across the region, as well as the need to work from the London office occasionally.
First stage interviews for this role are provisionally scheduled for 1st and 2nd April 2026, with second stage interviews on 9th and 10th April 2026, on Teams. This role is being offered as a fixed term contact until October 2027.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need significant experience across the communications mix, and leading, planning and delivering end-to-end communications campaigns, with a strong understanding of how these campaigns align with a wider strategy. You’ll have experience of working in PR, social media, audience insights and project management methodologies. You’ll need excellent communication skills, and ability to build strong relationships, as we’re looking for someone who can work closely with our rehoming centre teams and marketing colleagues alike. About the role
We’re looking for a motivated and creative Senior Marketing Officer to join Kinship’s Marketing Team to help us reach more kinship carers with our support offer. You’ll bring strong experience in delivering effective, insight-driven digital marketing campaigns across channels, including social media, email, web, paid advertising and content marketing.
You’ll play a key role in delivering integrated marketing campaigns and promoting our services and programmes – including Department for Education-funded training – to kinship carers, referral partners, and professionals across England and Wales.

Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media - paid and organic, email, SMS, etc.), monitoring and optimising campaigns for greatest impact and testing new approaches.

Produce and oversee content creation for marketing plans and campaigns, delivering high-quality, insight-led and engaging marketing content for different audiences and/or channels, including case studies, blog posts, leaflets, videos, and social media assets.

Plan and deliver creative and innovative paid ads campaigns across Meta, reviewing and optimising throughout, ensuring robust reporting is in place and using analytics and insights to inform future campaigns.

Help embed a new email marketing platform to support the delivery of our email marketing strategy, including segmentation, automated journeys testing and reporting.

The Clinical & Research Lead role provides senior clinical leadership across Together for Short Lives’ most complex and high-profile programmes. The role leads the design and delivery of national clinical initiatives, strengthens clinical governance and safeguarding oversight, and builds the organisation’s research and evidence capability.

We are looking for a dynamic Events Fundraising Officer to help recruit and support our fundraisers, assist with the organisation of events and help us to develop this significant income stream.
Working alongside the Challenge Events Manager, the Events Fundraising Officer is instrumental in every step of delivering well-managed, fun and safe events for our corporate partners and event participants, as well as ensuring the fundraising success of each event.
Excellent communication and people skills will be essential as you will play a key role in building up relationships with the clients, the participants and their supporters. Furthermore, you will be involved in the whole process of event organisation, including developing the event, preparing the resources, helping with logistics, maintaining accurate records, reporting and banking and thanking.
The Fundraising Officer must be self-motivated, well organised, able to multi-task, a strong administrator, a fantastic team player, have excellent inter-personal skills and enjoy being outdoors. Paid or voluntary experience in a fundraising environment is essential. This is a great opportunity for somebody looking to take the next step in their career, with plenty of scope to develop your skills and experience within a supportive team. Whilst the role is home-based you must live in the South West to ensure easy access for in-person meetings.

You are responsible for planning, delivering and evaluating the Sector Connected Leaders Programme which is a new scheme and in a pilot stage. The role combines project management, stakeholder coordination and delivery of high-quality events and learning activity across the UK nuclear sector. Contract: Fixed term, 12 months, with the possibility of extension or transition to a permanent role, subject to funding and performance
Working pattern: 0.5 FTE, 17.5 hours a week. Flexibility on the working days / hours
Salary: £15,000 - £17,000 per annum (0.5 FTE, £30,000 - £34,000 FTE equivalent)
Annual leave entitlement: 25 days plus bank holidays, pro rata. At 0.5 FTE this equates to 12.5 days annual leave plus bank holidays, calculated on a pro rata basis in line with NI policy.

Key Tasks
Programme and project delivery
- Plan and manage the end-to-end delivery of the 12-month pilot programme.
- Develop and maintain a delivery plan, milestones, risks and mitigations.
- Manage delivery within the approved budget.
Events and learning delivery
- Design and deliver a structured programme of in person events, webinars, workshops and site visits.
- Coordinate venues, logistics, suppliers and facilitators.
Stakeholder management
- Act as the primary liaison with the organisations from whom scheme participants will be recruited, including both Government departments and nuclear industry.
- Build effective relationships with sponsors, facilitators and participating organisations.
- Support organisations to endorse and release participants.
Participant management and communications
- Manage participant recruitment, onboarding and ongoing communications.
- Ensure a high-quality participant experience throughout the programme.
- Promote the programme through NI communications, events and conferences.
Monitoring, evaluation and reporting
- Define and track KPIs including participation, satisfaction, diversity and outcomes.
- Produce progress updates and a final evaluation report for NI leadership and the Board.
