Mind in Croydon is seeking a motivated, empathetic and person-centred Mental Health Personal Independence Co-ordinator (MHPIC) to support adults experiencing mental health challenges to live independently and access the resources and services they need within their local communities. The MHPIC will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) within the Integrated Neighbourhood Team (INT) framework. You will provide one-to-one support to individuals, helping them develop Personal Recovery Plans and Action Plans using Open Dialogue approaches, navigate local services, and build confidence and autonomy. The role involves community-based support, home visits, and liaison with carers, families, and a range of health, council, and voluntary sector professionals. You will act as a named keyworker, supporting individuals over a defined period to achieve their recovery goals and improve their mental health and wellbeing.

The high value and campaign department at Breast Cancer Now are an ambitious team of relationship fundraisers that are committed to delivering significant growth over the next five years. Charitable trust grant-funding has a key role to play in this, with our particular focus on securing long-term committed funding for the organisation.

With experience in taking a proactive approach, you’ll be equipped to regularly manage multiple tasks including new supporter approaches; thanking and stewardship journeys; and gift administration tasks.

Position Overview:

Key responsibilities:

Required skills and qualifications:

Previous experience and knowledge of appropriate tools and methodologies to build capacity and learning processes for organisational development and scaling social impact.

The Trusts and Grants Fundraiser is a new role brought in to support with this growing income stream. This is an initial 2 year fixed term contract with the potential to become a permanent position.
The fundraiser will work beneath and with the Fundraising Manager – Trusts to develop trust income. Specifically the post holder will manage the small trust portfolio, support with reporting on KPIs and impact, create engaging cases for support, and support the Manager with various tasks, freeing them up to develop larger, strategic bids.
This role would suit someone who has experience of trusts and grants, either at an officer or fundraiser level, who can demonstrate experience of developing a trust and grants pipeline, creating compelling applications and directly delivering income success.

As Wrexham Community Maker you will be part of our Senior Leadership Team and will have responsibilities that span strategy, operations and community building.

Central to your responsibilities will be ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all, the high-quality delivery of sessions and accurate recording of our work, and the continued improvement of our programmes.

As Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will be joining a supportive and highly ambitious Corporate Partnerships Team sitting within the wider Fundraising Department. Account Management
Lead on the account management of a portfolio of UK Youth’s high-value corporate partners, maximising income and wider partnership value for UK Youth.
Work cross-organisationally to design and deliver high-quality engagement opportunities for new and existing partners, with a focus on skills-based volunteering, pro bono support, commercial products, and integrated communications, storytelling and brand engagement opportunities.
Collaborate closely with Communications and Marketing to amplify partnerships, ensuring strong visibility, compelling storytelling and mutual brand value.
New Business
Work closely with the Head of Corporate Partnerships and Corporate Partnerships Manager (New Business) to build and maintain a strong, well-qualified pipeline of new opportunities.

The Role
The Programmes Manager (Education) leads DTL’s schools work, owning the relationships, logistics, and outcomes that sit at the heart of our education offer. This is a delivery role with real breadth: you will manage a national programme of training events, lead on school recruitment and retention, and ensure the programme generates the evidence base that sustains its long-term funding.
You will be the main point of contact for subscribing schools, working closely with the CEO and Head of Partnerships. You will represent DTL’s schools work to funders and external partners, and contribute to the strategic development of the programme over time.
While the Digital Ambassador Programme is currently grant funded for three years, DTL’s intention is for the programme to become financially self-sustaining through school subscriptions, and this role is central to achieving that. As the programme grows, so will the scope of this post and the team to support it
The Digital Ambassador Programme
The Digital Ambassador Programme is DTL’s flagship schools initiative. It trains staff and student Digital Ambassadors in schools across the UK, equipping them to lead on digital safety from within - and to escalate harmful content directly via DTL’s trusted flagger network.
This model creates both a faculty lead to manage complex reports from young people and also a student lead who will be able to provide peer-to-peer support to their fellow students, ensuring that students who may not wish to report directly to the faculty will still have a reporting mechanism.
Key Responsibilities
Programme delivery
Manage all delivery phases from set up through to annual review, in line with the agreed delivery plan.
Coordinate the logistics of 6 regional hub training events per year, including venue sourcing, school invitations, materials production, and on-the-day facilitation.
Oversee the production of printed resources and ensure all school-facing materials meet DTL brand standards.
