Support Workers will provide support to customers to help them develop the life skills they require to meet the assessed needs of the customers of the service. In some services, this will include providing physical, domestic, emotional and social care. They will work with customers to promote social inclusion and alongside other members of the team to promote independent living, encouraging customers to maximise their skills and choices.
What you'll do:
* If a need arises, deliver all aspects of support to enable a customer to develop independent living skills as appropriate to the individual needs of the customer. In some services, this will include delivering personal and physical care as appropriate
* Support customers to undertake all domestic tasks wherever possible, including practical assistance where they have not yet developed the skills, to ensure customers enjoy a high quality of accommodation
* Participate in the support planning and risk management, as facilitated by the lead Support Worker
* Carry out security duties to ensure the safety of the customers and premises
* Monitor the CCTV throughout the shift

Our service is unique to each service user as it is based upon their personal circumstances and support needs. You will offer support to your clients in a variety of ways, whether in the client's own home, or at other locations in the community, face to face, by phone, letter, or email. You will also assist service users to access other services, providing signposting and referrals, and facilitating peer support groups for people living with dementia on occasions in various location in the area!

You will need
- The confidence and ability to communicate with a wide range of people, adapting your approach to ensure understanding. You will be required to speak publicly at events about dementia, delivering information and signposting people to further resources and networks.
- The ability to support people affected by a diagnosis of dementia to maintain their independence, improve their sense of well-being, and help them take more control of their lives.
- You will be able demonstrate your skills being proactive, organised, and able to work both independently and as part of a local team.
- Strong IT skills for inputting detailed, factual case records on a client database and using virtual meeting software (Teams / Zoom). The ability to travel across local area independently and wider area on occasions.
What you’ll focus on:
- Your primary role will be in delivering personalised and tailored support to people affected by dementia. This could include the person living with dementia, carer, family or friends.
- Being a named, trusted contact for people affected by dementia, enabling them to access vital services whilst improving people’s sense of well-being, ultimately giving them more control over their lives and decisions.
- Managing your own caseload of clients and referring people to the appropriate health and social care organisations when required, which will include safeguarding’s.
- Providing advice and guidance at local peer groups, specific dementia groups and community networks, whilst looking out for new opportunities to promote the service and maintain the profile of dementia services across the area.

The Role
Future Advocacy is seeking a Research, Advocacy and Communications Coordinator. This is a great opportunity to be thrown in at the deep end in a small but growing, dynamic organisation that places a strong focus on team and personal development. Individual Giving Lead (Donor Development)
You will be an experienced, ambitious, proactive fundraiser who works fast and efficiently to develop relationships with individual supporters through a variety of channels including direct mail, email and digital channels. We’re just scratching the surface – currently the individual giving programme is heavily focus on direct mail – you have the chance to shape this programme and make this role your own.

Individual Giving Lead (Donor Development)
As our Donor Development Lead, through testing, learning and optimising, you will work with colleagues across Addenbrooke’s Charitable Trust (ACT) to deliver a programme of offline and online products and campaigns (including appeals, newsletters and bespoke touchpoints) to existing supporters to generate income through one-off, regular giving and legacy income.
You will work to develop our understanding of supporter motivations and use your curiosity to interpret data to enable the creation of hyper-personalised communications and best-in-class supporter journeys within our development programme.

· Build journeys for mid-value donors, regular givers, pre-lapsed supporters and legacy contacts (enquirers, intenders and pledgers).
· Collaborate with the with the wider team to deliver an exceptional welcome journey.
· Monitor KPIs and use insight to improve retention, net income, and lifetime value.
Essential Skills & Experience

Forest Peoples Programme (FPP) is an international NGO that has been working with Indigenous Peoples and forest peoples for 35 years since it was established in 1990. As of 2026, we work in 18 countries across South and Central America, Africa, and Southeast Asia, with over 50 partners based in the tropical forest belt. Role summary
Forest Peoples Programme (FPP) is recruiting a Fundraising Manager to enhance fundraising capacity and ensure long-term financial sustainability of the organisation. This new role has been designed to work closely with the Head of Programme Engagement, as well as programme and operational colleagues to increase income from philanthropic, bilateral and multilateral donors.

Responsibilities
- Proactively horizon scan for philanthropic, bilateral and multilateral funding opportunities that align with FPP’s mission and Strategic Framework Plan 2025-30.

About the Role

You will work collaboratively with the Head of Marketing to translate strategic priorities into effective, well-executed marketing activity, coordinating the work of the wider team, championing a digital-first approach, and ensuring all output is consistent with our brand guidelines, increasing brand awareness and delivering significant revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities 1.
Operational Leadership & Team Coordination
> Provide day-to-day coordination and workflow management across the marketing function, overseeing the work of the Junior Marketing Manager (College), Digital Marketing Assistant, CRM & Data Assistant, and relevant freelancers.
> Ensure prioritisation, capacity planning, and timely delivery of campaigns, content, and marketing assets.
> Work with the Head of Marketing in building a collaborative, high-trust culture marked by creativity, excellence, and servant hearted leadership.
> Help develop team capability through informal coaching, guidance, and operational support.
> Support the Head of Marketing in strategic decisions, messaging considerations, and brand positioning, including helping to manage and mitigate any reputational risk to Waverley Abbey. 2. Campaign Planning, Delivery & Performance
> Lead the planning, rollout, and optimisation of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, on brand, on budget and exceeding targets.
> Work with product owners (College, Every Day with Jesus, House & Estate, Fundraising, House of Prayer) to understand goals, shape briefs, and translate objectives into actionable marketing plans and activity.
> Manage the integrated marketing calendar, ensuring strong forward planning and cross-department coordination.
> Analyse and report on campaign performance, audience growth, and acquisition costs, applying insights to continual improvement.
3. Marketing Execution and Channel Management
> In collaboration with the Head of Marketing, oversee the execution of Waverley Abbey’s digital communications, including email, social media, websites, SEO, and paid digital advertising, ensuring alignment with the strategic priorities.
> Lead the ongoing optimisation and enhancement of Waverley Abbey’s digital ecosystem, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies to improve user experience, engagement, and conversion.
> Develop and deliver world-class email marketing activity, including planning, segmentation, content development, and copywriting.
> Ensure consistent brand and messaging application across all digital touchpoints.
4. Brand Alignment & Creative Workflow
> Support brand guardianship by ensuring all marketing output adheres to Waverley Abbey’s Brand Guidelines and reflects our identity, voice, and values.
> Partner with the creative team to ensure smooth creative workflows, timely asset delivery, and strong quality control.
> Work with external agencies as needed to support campaign execution and growth initiatives.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration & Cross-Organisational Working
> Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the organisation and strategic partnerships to understand needs, shape initiatives, and ensure campaigns support strategic objectives and revenue goals.
> Support the Head of Marketing in internal communication and reporting requirements. 6. Support Fundraising Activity & Supporter Engagement

The successful individual will be working with the support of the team to ensure that individuals, local communities and health services have access to vital information about dementia support, ensuring that lived experience remains a real focus in local communities. This is a highly rewarding and outward-facing role, focused on building strong relationships across diverse communities. You will engage and network with people at all levels—from senior healthcare professionals to people affected by dementia, their families and carers. Through community-specific workshops, awareness sessions and partnership working, you will help reduce health inequalities and
improve access to dementia support across Essex. You will be joining an established, knowledgeable and well-respected team, sharing learning, insight and best practice. Our work is rooted in communities, and we have built trusted relationships with local partners, professionals and people affected by dementia. The service is recognised for its commitment to working collaboratively to ensure dementia support reaches those who need it most, including underrepresented and seldom-heard communities. This role involves significant time spent working directly in communities. You will identify opportunities to promote services, build trust, facilitate workshops and strengthen local networks to improve dementia awareness and support. You will focus on:
- Actively engage with communities across Essex, facilitating and attending community events, local forums and networking opportunities to raise awareness of dementia services.
- Build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, from senior healthcare professionals (delivering presentations and briefings) to community leaders, charities and grassroots organisations.
- Deliver community-specific workshops and awareness sessions, working collaboratively with both internal colleagues and external partners.
- Develop strong links with organisations delivering similar or complementary services, helping to create a robust and collaborative local network.
- Influence and motivate individuals and organisations to take action, often encouraging people to work beyond their usual roles to create meaningful, long-term change.
- Gathering knowledge from communities—understanding what works, what doesn’t, and why—and using this learning to continuously improve engagement and reduce health inequalities, including those affecting smaller or less visible groups.

We are seeking to appoint an Events fundraiser to join our Challenge and Virtual Events Team as our Events Fundraising Officer.
Our Challenge Events programme is well established at Barnardo's and offers running, trekking and cycling events. We are looking for someone with a passion for events and a thirst for learning to help us deliver our third-party events calendar, including the Great North Run, Cardiff Half Marathon and London Landmarks. You will also help to shape our corporate challenge event programme and bespoke and owned portfolio of partnered events.
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience in marketing and recruiting fundraisers.
- Be passionate about delivering high-level stewardship to event participants.
- Have strong project management skills to aid event delivery.
- Have experience in managing multiple activities and deadlines, and working to agreed targets.
- Have the ability to build strong internal and external relationships to achieve mutual goals.
