As Fundraising Lead- Midlands & South Wales, you will lead Philanthropy and Corporate fundraising across your region, developing relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals, senior business leaders and corporate partners.
You will manage Centre Fundraising Managers, and support them on planning and prioritisation, work with Fundraising Boards as appropriate, and share best practice across Maggie’s. You will also help develop new fundraising opportunities.
This role requires a confident and collaborative leader who can coach teams, manage multiple stakeholders, work independently across a large region, representing Maggie’s with clarity and credibility.

We know that a shared root cause of all of these crises is the city's economic system, and that meaningful change requires bringing people together across different perspectives and positions to build a shared understanding of how that system works and where the opportunities for change lie.
This role leads our work across Birmingham at an exciting moment. We are developing a participatory, community-centred approach to analysing the city's economy, identifying opportunities for change and coordinating alliances to act on them. This means bringing together mixed groups, including grassroots changemakers, researchers, funders and other partners, and facilitating processes that help people make sense of complex information together, find common ground and make decisions about collective priorities. The role requires someone who can hold these processes well: strong facilitation skills, communicating complex ideas accessibly, building trust across groups, sustaining momentum over time and helping diverse coalitions move from analysis to strategy to action.
The Senior Programme Manager will develop and deliver initiatives that support a growing movement for economic justice across the city, with a particular focus on building support and engagement amongst grassroots changemakers and communities experiencing economic injustice. We are looking for a Senior Corporate Partnerships Fundraiser to support the Major Giving & Events Manager with the development and delivery of the corporate partnerships programme with responsibility for account managing a portfolio of Bridge Partners and developing a pipeline of new business to build meaningful relationships with corporate partners.
This is a Hybrid role based on the south coast with flexible working options available.

The Role
New Business
-Take strategic responsibility for securing new corporate partnerships and increasing sustainable corporate income in line with agreed annual targets.
- Independently manage and deliver against a significant six-figure corporate income budget, with clear KPI ownership and performance reporting.
Account Management
- Lead the account management of product partnerships and Bridge Partners, ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled and partnerships are strategically grown year-on-year.
- Deliver high-quality, bespoke stewardship plans to maximise partner retention, income growth and long term value.
Cause Related Marketing
- Lead the research, development and growth of small to medium-sized commercial and cause-related marketing partnerships, ensuring alignment with the charity brand, values and strategic objectives.
The Candidate
Previous experience in an account management role developing, securing and retaining corporate and commercial partnerships and new business through effective and confident relationship building in a similar fundraising or sales role.
Ideally experience developing and delivering a corporate fundraising or sales strategy.
Successful track record of building relationships and successfully influencing business stakeholders.

As the Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading the organisation's partnership business development strategy. This will involve driving the acquisition of high-value and purpose-driven corporate partnerships or 6, 7, and 8-figure levels. This role will be joining a collaborative and effective partnerships team, and will be responsible for line managing an experienced team of three Business Development Managers.
This is a really exciting opportunity for someone who can demonstrate experience of securing new, high,-value corporate partnerships of a 6,7 or 8-figure level. This can be either from a commercial or charity background. This person will ideally have line management experience and be confident in leading effective teams to achieve income generation growth through new business partnerships.
