The working pattern for this role consist of:
Two positions in the Heaney Hub S609. Rolling over a 8 week period.
Three positions at 132 Lancaster Road S625. Rolling over a 4 week period.
Morning shift 7.30am to 3.30pm
Afternoon shift 2.00pm to 10.00pm

What you'll do:
- Undertake initial and continuous assessment of needs including support needs and daily living skills. This would include potential risks and an assessment of the customers independent living skills as a whole.
- The initial and co-produced assessment will incorporate models of co-production, observation, and person-centred planning. This is with a view that it is solution focused as to provide a framework for progression towards independent living.
- Liaise with partner agencies regarding the assessment process seeking advice and guidance as to specialist input and clinical input as part of multi-disciplinary assessment process.
- Create support/ action plans for providing appropriate services based on the assessment and reflecting the services and resources available.
- Empower customers to be part of the local community and active participants in the local community as part of a Recovery Capital model.
- Liaise with partner agencies regarding making referrals where an unmet need has been identified via the multi-agency assessment.
- Ensure that referrals are chased proactively so that properties which can be used to house those in need are filled as efficiently as possible.

The service provides support to anyone aged over 18 affected by crime and anti-social behaviour across the whole geography of Avon & Somerset. This exciting role will provide advice and support to other professionals. A key part of this role involves contributing to the local Intimate Partner Violence Panel and Daily Safeguarding Meeting processes; representing survivors at these meetings and action planning alongside other agencies to improve survivor safety. Whilst working with other agencies, the Senior MASH IDVA will strive to keep survivor’s safety at the centre of all coordinated responses. The role involves the line management of frontline IDVAs, and management responsibilities of the overall projects are shared with the Service Manager.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of demonstrable experience of working with victims of domestic and/or sexual violence in a multi-agency setting and a working knowledge of the criminal and civil justice systems.
The candidate will have essential experience of attending multi-agency risk-focused meetings such as MARAC, IPV or MAPPA.
Successful applicants will have in-depth knowledge of domestic abuse and its impact on women and children, demonstrable substantial experience in providing emotional and practical support to victims of VAWG. A relevant qualification in VAWG or significant experience is essential.
Additional Information
This is a hybrid job role with the postholder working one day per week at Solace Head Office and a further day at our offices at Islington council. The remaining days can be remote based with the expectation of working additional days at the office to meet demands of the service.
The postholder will be required to have a relevant accredited VAWG /domestic abuse qualification.

We’re looking for someone who would like to join our team of Energy Caseworkers within our Warmer Homes Advice & Money (WHAM) project. We are looking for an exceptional, highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a full-time Youth Worker (Youth Voice), supporting our mission to enable young people who are homeless, facing homelessness or unsafe to achieve independence and positive futures.
The successful candidate will work within the Youth Work Team to deliver our frontline drop-in service and support our weekly and monthly activities to all young people experiencing homelessness.
You’ll specialise in youth participation, ensuring that a diverse range of young people’s voices are heard. You’ll also facilitate and lead on supporting our Youth Advisory Board and work alongside them to cultivate inclusive activities which increase youth participation across all our services. We have an ambitious plan to improve and accelerate our youth voice strategy and this role will be at the heart of this delivery.
You should be experienced in designing, planning and facilitating a range of activities and group work with and for young people and be able to work dynamically in a fast-paced day centre environment. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about youth engagement and skilled in bringing out the ideas, voices and opinions of young people to shape service delivery. We are particularly keen to hear from candidates with a background in running participatory youth projects, co-production, youth engagement sessions and/or community engagement.
The ideal candidate is a team player who enjoys working collaboratively across our organisation. This role also includes working closely with our Campaigns, Impact and Policy team to ensure young people’s voices are at the heart of our external campaigning work.
Finally, you will also be committed to the safeguarding of young people and delivering an inclusive and trauma-informed service.
This role will be based at our day centre in Camden, with some travel to other New Horizon projects within London.

7. Develop opportunities and shape pathways to careers for young people and communities. Supervise the BFI Intern and BFI Apprentice.
8. Maintain a working knowledge of and participate in regional and national engagement and film networks, to keep up to speed with developments in the industry.
9. Work with the Marketing and Communications team to ensure work is effectively promoted. Regularly writing copy and providing content for social media and updating the website in order to raise the profile of HOME’s Creative Engagement work at a local and national level.
10. Work with HOME’s Development Team to identify and support fundraising and reporting when needed.

The Minerva service provides holistic, trauma-informed support for women in touch with the Criminal Justice System. We do this through offering dedicated one to one support, safer women’s centre spaces and specialist interventions and partnerships.
To be successful as the Community Key Worker you will need the below experience and skills.
You will be working in a supportive, friendly, and welcoming team whilst having oversight of a caseload of women, who may be under the supervision of the National Probation Service or in custody, enhancing the offer of holistic support and advocacy services available to them throughout their journey.
Building relationships with other statutory and non-statutory agencies in local communities is vital to build referral pathways and provide a whole system approach to supporting individuals.
To carry out this work you will meet women in the community in your designated borough and co-locate with other agencies including the National Probation Service, as well as regularly attending Advance’s vibrant Women’s Centre/office space.
You will be a creative self-starter who will support the service and look for innovative solutions to support clients with complex needs. You are confident professional relationship builder and has good awareness of Safeguarding procedures. Strong Administration skills and understanding of compliant behaviours also experience of supporting. With good knowledge of the criminal justice system and awareness of other support provisions.

The Community Support Worker will provide direct, practical and person-centered support to mentees approaching release from prison and after release into the community. Working under the direction of the Project Manager, the post-holder will help mentees identify priorities, develop and progress action plans, access appropriate services and maintain engagement during a period of significant transition.
This is a front-line resettlement and community support role. The post-holder will work alongside mentees, volunteer mentors, prison and probation colleagues and community services to reduce barriers to stability, support safe mentoring relationships and help mentees progress towards realistic goals.
