Financial control responsibility for accurate, complete, Charity SORP compliant balances in the balance sheet. Responsible for administering the Procurement Policy and Delegation of Authority. Manage and delegate the financial systems. Lead and support system-led financial and procedural controls to elevate current practices to meet best practices in accounting and reporting as per IFRS102 and Charity SORP regulatory standards. Business partner across internal and external stakeholders to ensure reporting requirements are met. Achieve high level of assurance and integrity in reports including interrogation and correction as required. Support variance analysis and commentaries on all levels of reporting.

The role
You will provide high-quality legal advice and representation at IAA Level 2/3 or Solicitor standard. Role Context
Recovery in Community is a collaborative initiative delivered in partnership between Gaddum and Manchester Mind. The service supports people to leave inpatient mental health settings and return to their community with the support they need to recover and remain well.
As a team, we deliver psycho-social interventions, advocacy, housing and welfare rights advice, peer support to adults as well as tailored support to young people (those under the age of 25).All we do is underpinned by listening and ensuring people feel heard – because we know that when people are listened to, they recover. The team works with colleagues within the mental health, primary care, inpatient and community sectors.
Role Purpose
As a Peer Support Worker, you will have lived or living experience of receiving mental health care or treatment in hospital. Using your expertise gained through this experience, you will support peers in their mental health recovery who are ready to leave hospital or are already in the community. Receiving support from your colleagues, you’ll develop and manage your casework practice and hold a small case load.

The Policy & Research team collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify good practice that informs our work and wider responses to modern slavery. Central to our work is the Unseen Survivor Consultants; lived experience experts who volunteer their time and insights to incorporate survivor voice into research design and policy recommendations.
Purpose of the role:
The Survivor Involvement Coordinator will support the continuous improvement of Unseen’s service delivery and support our research and policy influence work through the facilitation of the Unseen Survivor Consultant group.
You will work closely with Unseen’s Policy & Research team and have regular interactions with staff across Unseen’s wider teams including Business Services, Helpline Services, Support Services, Fundraising, Communications, and Operations. You will also support external researchers and stakeholders to collaborate with the Unseen Survivor Consultants.

The Limbless Association is seeking a proactive, creative and resourceful Development Officer to enable the charity to extend its reach across the south west.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting individuals and their families experiencing amputation, through their rehabilitation, recovery and life beyond limb loss.
The Amputee Network Development Officer will play a pivotal role in the LA realising its outreach aims in the region. This role will build capacity across a range of outreach support activities, working closely with the Regional Development Manager (South), Services Development Lead and Volunteer Coordinator, to realise increased multi- stakeholder engagement, project reach, awareness of the charity and its services as well as working with the team to realise regional financial support of the LA’s work.

You will work in a trauma informed, survivor centred and strengths based way, recognising each survivor as the expert in their own life. You will understand how gendered power, oppression and structural barriers shape survivors’ experiences, and you will be confident applying these principles in your practice.
