The Support Officer (Digital) plays a vital role in ensuring that every family of a baby born sick or premature can access impactful and personalised support, at their time of need.
By supporting the improvement and development of the Bliss digital support services, you will help to ensure that families with babies born premature or sick feel confident, supported, well informed, connected to the help they need, and to be partners in the care of their babies.

Role Responsibilities:

2. Manage VSO’s direct dialogue fundraising programmes, making choices and decisions on a commercial basis to deliver accelerated income growth.
3. Project management and overview of direct dialogue fundraising in the UK and US (new market) and introducing one other new market in 2027.
4. Providing clear visibility of relationships and performance, alongside managing and monitoring the performance of suppliers.
5. Ongoing attrition and KPI monitoring, evaluation, and improvement planning to maximise new donor acquisition and growth VSO’s donor files.
6. Initiate and proactively help identify new (market appropriate) audiences, campaigns, and acquisition products to engage and acquire new donors and income for VSO.

The Finance Manager is responsible for the overall management and delivery of the finance function for CPA UK. Suffolk Refugee Support aims to enable all asylum seekers and refugees in Suffolk to live integrated, fulfilled and contributing lives in their new communities. We provide a welcoming environment where clients can access help, advice, support and practical services to be healthy and safe and begin to rebuild their lives. We work with external agencies, community and voluntary sector organisations, health providers and others to enable our clients to access a range of support. We are based in Ipswich, but our services operate increasingly across Suffolk as refugees and asylum seekers are housed across the county.
