As a Domestic Violence and Abuse Co-ordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting victims and survivors of domestic abuse to rebuild their lives. You’ll provide compassionate, trauma‑informed case management, advocacy, and resettlement support for people with a wide range of complex social and housing needs. From navigating services and securing safe accommodation to monitoring progress and celebrating milestones, you’ll walk alongside survivors every step of the way — empowering them to move forward with safety, dignity, and confidence.

What you’ll be doing:
Conduct key works sessions on a regular basis whilst developing individual support and risk management plans.
Establish the risks and needs of survivors and their children through assessing their practical and emotional support needs.

Collaborative multi-agency working to advocate for survivors ensuring their needs are met.
Maintain accurate client records using our system, INFORM.

We are seeking an Interim Grants Coordinator (Live Grants) for 4-6 months for a highly regarded funder. Duties and responsibilities
Your responsibilities will be wide-ranging, but the key duties are:
• Support the telethon fundraising campaigns, direct marketing fundraising appeals, and managing your own fundraising projects such as emails and social media.
• Act as first contact for all fundraising related queries (by telephone, email, post and in person); liaise across the team to draft and send appropriate responses.
• Collect, collate and manage case studies, including building relationships with students.

• Provide diary management and PA support to the Head of Regular Giving and Legacy Giving.

Sounds great, what will I be doing?
As a GEC Coordinator, you will act as the central point of contact for volunteers and members of the Good Energy Club, coordinating a varied programme of physical activity, wellbeing groups, and community-based opportunities that promote health, independence, and social inclusion. You will recruit, train, support, and retain volunteers, ensuring a positive and consistent volunteering experience that reflects the diverse needs of service users. Working closely with community partners, healthcare professionals, and internal teams, you will develop strategic relationships, manage project budgets, maintain accurate records and outcome data, secure funding opportunities, and promote the club's activities. You will also empower members to shape and participate in the project, helping to increase engagement in physical activity and improve overall wellbeing.

Experience of managing groups, coordinating stakeholders, and working as part of a multidisciplinary team is essential. You should be highly organised, capable of producing reports, maintaining accurate records, and managing administrative responsibilities effectively. Strong time-management skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently are important, alongside a flexible and proactive approach to supporting service users and delivering high-quality services.

About the role
As the key contact for Sported groups across Lancaster & surrounding areas you'll play a vital role in helping community led organisations grow, become more sustainable and maximise their impact. You'll build effective relationships with these groups, understand their challenges and opportunities, and connect them to the support, resources and funding they need to thrive. This involves welcoming new groups to our network and supporting existing ones to develop.
Working closely with colleagues, volunteer consultants and partners, you'll help deliver projects and programmes that strengthens and develops them and creates positive outcomes for people and communities. You'll also contribute to volunteer engagement, partnership development, grant administration and project evaluation, while ensuring accurate records and data are maintained across your area.
About You
Are you passionate about the power of sport to strengthen communities and change lives? As the UK’s leading provider of training for Independent Sexual Violence Advisers (ISVAs), we deliver accredited development and continued professional development (CPD) programmes that build confidence, competence, and capability across this specialist workforce.
We are seeking a National ISVA Coordinator(s). The postholder(s) will provide an initial point of contact, undertake initial risk and needs assessment, provide trauma-informed information and support, and coordinate onward referral and handover to appropriate local ISVA and specialist services.
A key focus of the role will be providing initial support to adult and child survivors affected by group-based child sexual abuse and exploitation (GBCSAE), as well as other forms of sexual violence. The role will involve working effectively with police and other agencies, helping individuals navigate complex review, criminal justice and support pathways, while promoting choice, control and informed decision-making.
