Role outline and purpose

A Senior/managerial Salesforce role accountable for driving forward the continued rollout, design, build and development of Salesforce and related applications; aligned with the Trusts strategy, values and goals.

This role is part of Trussell’s Knowledge Transformation programme, the goal of which is to gather and curate our collective knowledge as Trussell and food banks, and equip people to harness this knowledge to drive forward our mission. As a member of an enabling programme, this role is focused on the successful delivery of the Knowledge Transformation programme outcomes, which underpin and enable the outcomes of our 5 external programmes - together contributing to the fulfilment of our long term vision of a UK without the need for food banks.

Role responsibilities

· Create, document and prioritise application requirements by working together with team subject matter experts and end-users to develop new functionality.

· Work with management, strategic planning and end-users to automate business processes.

· Strong knowledge of Salesforce automation (such as workflow rules, process builders and flow) is integral to the role.

· Manage multiple Salesforce project streams, identifying projects which require assistance from the implementation partner, and manage projects from pipeline to production.

The Education and Events Manager will be an experienced education and events professional, responsible for supporting the Head of Education and Events in the delivery of a high-quality programme of MSK-focused educational events and resources. Purpose of the role

As Education and Events Manager, your primary responsibility is to support the Head of Education and Events in driving and delivering the strategic objectives of the department. You will oversee and contribute to the development of a comprehensive educational programme of events and resources that meet the professional training and continuing professional development (CPD) requirements of healthcare professionals working within the musculoskeletal (MSK) field.

This role reports directly to the Head of Education and Events, and you will deputise for the Head of Department as required.

Key responsibilities 

Delivery of educational programmes

• Deliver a high-quality programme of educational events and courses as directed by the Head of Education and Events, project-managing all aspects of the event lifecycle from planning through to evaluation
• Proactively identify and develop opportunities to expand the events portfolio in line with departmental strategy, ensuring activities support and deliver against strategic objectives
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with industry partners, exploring collaboration and partnership opportunities. Actively secure sponsorship for events, liaising with sponsors, managing invoicing, and nurturing relationships to support ongoing and future investment
• Prepare and manage event budgets, closely monitoring income and expenditure, processing invoices, and providing financial reports and updates as required
• Develop and deliver comprehensive marketing plans for events, including the creation and dissemination of promotional materials across appropriate channels

Job Purpose:

The primary responsibility of the Gift Aid Manager is to oversee the management and administration of Gift Aid, and other forms of tax-efficient giving, to maximise MSF UK’s income. This includes responsibility for managing the Gift Aid and tax reclaim processes across multiple income streams, ensuring claims are submitted in a timely manner, and that MSF UK remains compliant with HMRC regulations. This role requires a specialist understanding of Gift Aid regulations.

They also act as the main point of contact with HMRC on complex matters relating to Gift Aid and reclaiming tax, providing solutions or advice on more complicated Gift Aid queries to the wider Fundraising team. The Gift Aid Manager will lead on planning and delivering regular Gift Aid communications to supporters.

• Previous experience in managing end to end Gift Aid claims and processes within the charity sector.

• Develop and execute quarterly campaigns plans to manage and schedule relevant advocacy, policy and research work to further our strategic aims

• Co-ordinate a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team to pursue campaign goals

This role will work as part of the Operations team to ensure that all Ogden Trust programmes are delivered to a high standard. The post holder will work with the Subject Knowledge for Physics Teaching (SKPT) team in particular to administer the SKPT programme in line with agreed systems and processes.

The Ogden Trust is a family charitable trust which supports the teaching and learning of physics. The Trust delivers professional development programmes for teachers of physics across England, supports schools and multi-academy trusts to improve their physics provision and works with universities to support highquality physics enrichment.

Project management: leading a project team to produce high-quality, competitive, and financially viable bids.

Role Summary:

We are looking for a highly-skilled Philanthropy Manager to create impact through building and growing our high-value donor programme. You will effectively manage a portfolio of high-capacity individual donors and prospects, with the goal of securing five- and six-figure gifts and will proactively engage donors and prospects through strategic outreach, personalized stewardship, and compelling solicitations. Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies for a portfolio of approximately 130 mid-level and major donors and prospects with the capacity to make 5- and low 6-figure annual gifts (bigger gifts would fall to UK Fundraising Director)
• Effectively complete the moves management process and engage a portfolio of donors through meaningful connections including phone calls, personalized emails and mailings, face-to-face meetings, and other communications.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and creative HR Engagement Coordinator to help us strengthen engagement, culture and communication across our hybrid workforce.

The is a hands-on role that role sits within a friendly, close-knit HR & OD team of four, working collaboratively to deliver engaging communication, culture and engagement initiatives that help our people feel connected, included and supported to do their best work. Hybrid working

The CSP operates a hybrid working model, allowing employees to work between their home and the office. We are seeking an experienced communications lead to join our external engagement team and play a key role in shaping Martingale’s external profile and scholar recruitment.

As Communications Manager, you will lead on several critical aspects of Martingale’s work including all external communications from social media to PR, and brand management. Crucially, you will lead on the annual recruitment campaign for Martingale’s Postgraduate Scholarships. This three-month campaign each autumn is a fundamental part of Martingales work, ensuring we are finding and supporting as many talented people to apply as possible. Women in Prison’s Project Workers deliver high-quality, trauma-informed, independent advocacy for women in communities and in prisons, which focuses on early intervention, and holistic provision as part of a ‘whole system’ multi-agency response that looks to address the root causes of women’s offending. This is a strategic and externally focused role responsible for market development, corporate engagement, and long-term commercial planning, ensuring that all opportunities align with RHASS’s mission and brand.

Strategic Business Development

• Develop and deliver a commercial growth strategy aligned with RHASS and RHS priorities.
