We are looking for a Brand Officer to help deliver Dogs Trust’s new brand strategy, ensuring our brand is applied consistently across all channels to enhance awareness, value, and impact. You’ll support asset application, brand development and brand roll-out projects while collaborating with the Brand Lead, Marcomms, Fundraising and stakeholders across the charity.

What does this role do?
As a Brand Officer, you will: 

• work closely with the Brand Lead and two other Brand Officers to deliver, develop and embed the new brand strategy across the organisation,
• manage specific stakeholder projects, creating engagement with the brand and timely delivery of their priorities,
• manage day-to-day relationships and ways of working with stakeholders, suppliers and agencies,
• act as brand ambassador and expert, adding value to projects across the organisation.

This role is a fixed term contract until December 2026. Interviews are provisionally scheduled for week commencing 20th July 2026, and will take place on Teams.

About the role

As Individual Giving Retention Officer, you’ll play an important role in helping Isabel Hospice grow sustainable income by strengthening the relationships we have with our individual supporters.

Working closely with the Individual Giving Manager, you’ll support the delivery of engaging supporter journeys across post, email, phone and in-person communications. You’ll help ensure donors receive timely, meaningful thank yous, impact updates and stewardship that show just how much their support matters.

This is a part-time role with a clear focus on activity that makes the greatest difference to supporter retention, repeat giving and long-term engagement. From helping to re-engage donors, to supporting regular giving growth and using insight to improve communications, your work will help local people feel closer to the care they make possible.

You’ll also use CRM data to segment audiences, track supporter behaviour and help develop communications that are personal, relevant and effective. • A motivated, proactive and results-focused approach

It would also be helpful if you have experience in individual giving, supporter journeys or donor retention, as well as experience using a CRM system such as Raiser’s Edge. An understanding of fundraising principles, donor behaviour, UK fundraising regulations and GDPR would also be beneficial.

The Head of Research enables successful delivery of the organisation’s ground-breaking Research Strategy. They will provide vital leadership, strategic direction and day to day management of the MS Society’s research programme as well as leadership of the Research Team.

The New Business Assistant (Corporate Partnerships) will play a key part in the development and conversion of new, high-quality corporate partnerships and provide administrative and coordination support to the Corporate Partnerships team. The Charity Financial Controller will be a new role for The Christie Charity (Charity) and a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to work for a fast moving, growing organisation. 

We are looking for a collaborative self-starter to take the operational lead of The Christie Charity’s finance function and oversee the financial management of The Christie Charity (Charity) group’s finances (this includes The Christie Charity, The Christie Trading Company Limited, and Northern Pathology Developments Limited), including but not limited to financial reporting, management accounting, and day-to-day financial operations. You will play a key role in building a robust financial control framework across the Charity group, and you will be expected to be hands on with respect to overseeing the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting and supporting the Charity’s aim of maintaining strong governance across both charitable and commercial operations.

Job Purpose

The Communications Lead will:

• Build brand awareness and help to ensure the TLC: Talk, Listen, Change Group brands are accurately and consistently represented at all times. In particular, ensure consistency in messaging and tone of voice for each brand and when communicating about the Group as a whole.
• Communicate effectively with our stakeholders (customers for our commercial subsidiaries plus funders, commissioners, supporters, partners and the public for the charity) to strengthen our relationships with them, creating high quality and engaging copy, marketing collateral and communications.
• Lead all internal communications across TLC, crafting clear, useful, positive and supportive information for our staff, volunteers and Board.
• Extend the TLC Group’s reach across the UK by delivering marketing campaigns that adhere to our brand guidelines and principles, strengthening our reputation over time with every piece of activity we deliver.
• Working with the rest of the Marketing (and wider Development and Partnerships) Department, take personal ownership and accountability for the execution of marketing activities according to agreed processes, on time, on budget and to high quality standards/

The Communications Lead will work particularly closely with our Creative Design Lead, who leads all aspects of design across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Copywriting and Content Creation

• Lead the creation of compelling written copy and marketing assets for a range of audiences and platforms to support the needs of colleagues across the TLC Group – including but not limited to: Engaging, persuasive and impactful sales pitches and proposals, Annual report, Case studies, Key messages, Quotes, Digital and printed collateral, Social and web content and assets, Press releases, Speeches, News articles.and other marketing materials
• Develop creative ways for this to build brand awareness, market services and facilities, communicate programmes, activities and impact.

Media and PR

• Lead on developing relations with media, generating and placing stories, and generating PR.
• Create media content including stories for press and publications
• Contribute to the identification and management of reputational and other communications and marketing-related risks. Social channels
• Create engaging and relevant written content for social media that helps grow our following and boost our reputation.
• Collaborate with our staff teams to ensure all our engagements are on brand and on message. 

Website

• Take responsibility for the development and management of all written aspects of the website, including generating content, maximising its potential and monitoring its impact. Fundraising and Influencing Work with the Development Team to:
• Produce regular supporter newsletters, mailings, reports and other content to engage with relevant stakeholders
• Lead the development of messaging, copy and content to support fundraising propositions, campaigns and events
• Help create and test high-level campaign / proposition messaging and lead the development of supporter copy for a range of applications and channels
• Create impactful and persuasive pieces to support with influencing. 

Internal Communications

• Work alongside the Creative Design Lead and Director of Business Services to further develop our internal communications streams.
• Craft organisation-wide announcements and produce organisation-wide communications in the form of (including but not limited to): - Newsletter, Lunch and learn sessions, with an aim of 6 taking place each year, Podcast (aim of once a month), You Said, We Did communications, CEO video messages, Updates on staff group / network activities, Internal events, including town halls and ‘coffee and cake’
• Support with the organisation of our annual TLC Group staff conference.

General

• Ensure marketing collateral is compliant, factually correct and internal charity practices are followed (e.g. GDPR, photo consent, claim substantiation, budgeting).
• Work with the Group Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager and Creative Design Lead to prepare, monitor and report on the annual Marketing and Communications budget.
• Develop creative communications ideas and keep abreast of latest trends and innovations to help inform our plans.

About the Team

The Alumni Relations and Development Office is a small, collaborative team responsible for alumni engagement, fundraising, alumni events, and stewardship activity. Working closely with senior College leadership and colleagues across departments, the team delivers a varied programme of events and communications to strengthen engagement and support the College’s development priorities. As a small office, the team works flexibly and collaboratively, with clearly defined but complementary roles. The Development Operations Officer will work closely with the Alumni Relations and Development Manager and the Alumni Relations and Events Officer, and will maintain a close working relationship with the Finance Office.

About the Role

The Development Operations Officer is responsible for the day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of the systems, data, reporting and financial processes that underpin fundraising and alumni relations activity at Linacre College. Working at the heart of a small and ambitious team, the postholder will manage the College’s CRM system (Raiser’s Edge/NXT), and will take responsibility for gift administration, reconciliation, data integrity, reporting, segmentation and operational processes. The role requires sound judgement, strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve data, process and finance discrepancies independently within agreed frameworks.

The postholder will provide specialist operational expertise to colleagues, advising on data selection, reporting outputs, CRM use and process improvements. They will play an important role in ensuring that fundraising activity is supported by accurate information, reliable systems and effective financial controls. This is a varied and hands-on role. The postholder will manage a specialist area of Development operations, identify and resolve problems, improve working practices, and support the College’s fundraising ambitions through high-quality data and operational delivery.

Role Purpose

As part of the Clinical Services leadership team, the Adult Team Manager provides operational oversight, line management, and clinical leadership to a multidisciplinary team delivering bereavement support to adults after the death of a child. The post holder ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality, and evidence-informed therapeutic support that is in line with organisational standards and clinical governance frameworks. They maintain a small caseload to ensure continued practice relevance and lead by example through high quality therapeutic work. The role balances hands-on leadership with operational management, contributing to service development, outcome measurement and quality improvement under the direction of the Head of Clinical Services.

Main Responsibilities

Operational and Team Management

· Oversee the daily operations of the adult bereavement service, ensuring effective coordination, delivery, and monitoring of therapeutic interventions

· Provide regular line management to counsellors and practitioners, supporting professional growth, wellbeing, and accountability

· Contribute to the safe and effective clinical triage of all referrals, informed by individualised needs, evidence-based practice and ensuring decisions align with clinical governance, safeguarding and risk, and recognised best practice standards

· Evidence of continuing professional development

Location: Teddington (Primary); Glasgow or Belfast considered by exception.
This role is based at our Teddington office, although we will consider requests to be contractually based at our Glasgow or Belfast offices. As this is a hybrid role, you will be required to attend your designated office for collaborative sessions and meetings (frequency determined by business need). Please note that we do not support 'work from anywhere' or third-party co-working arrangements; all work must be performed from your contractual office or a UK home address. Travel to your designated office is at your own expense.

Please note: This is a 12 month fixed term contract. This a part-time role working 21 hours per week, flexible working patterns may be considered. The full time salary is £46,890 per annum and the part time salary is £28,134 per annum.
