As our Fundraising Manager you will play a key part in the future success of Hindleap, with responsibility for ensuring we are meeting a minimum fundraising target of circa £250k. Working closely with both the centralised Fundraising team and the Hindleap team, you will help to secure critical funding required to both maintain and improve the centre, making an active contribution to business development, pipeline management and supporting our strategic objectives. You will be confident in crafting cases for support for both grants and corporate audiences, as well as engaging with the local community in a fundraising capacity and organising corporate volunteering days. You will nurture and steward existing supporters, as well as seek out new opportunities to build on, including hosting cultivation events. This fixed term role will provide cover with the current position-holder is on secondment with another team. Within the Individual Giving team, the Fundraising Manager will have responsibility for the planning and delivery of activities that recruit new supporters and generate income. Job Purpose
As one of our High Support Needs IDVAs, you will be part of our experienced and dedicated adult team reporting to the HSN IDVA Manager covering the Canterbury District area, and your role will include a mixture of working from Catching Lives homeless centre, community and office working.
You’ll be providing a high-quality, frontline service to survivors of domestic abuse and play a crucial role in advocacy, risk assessment, safety planning and empowerment for our clients with more complex needs. You will support them to make informed and safe choices and to move forward. You will provide a weekly drop-in at Catching Lives and will co-work with clients as appropriate.
Alongside working with survivors, you will develop and maintain productive relationships with partner organisations to strengthen multi-agency working and improve service outcomes for survivors. As the HSN IDVA, you will provide enhanced casework support to individuals within the EHCF client group, delivering support in community settings, in partnership with agencies such as Porchlight and the RSI team, and remotely via telephone where appropriate.

You will have experience of delivering domestic abuse interventions with survivors, including some whose individual circumstances are more complex. This might include clients with issues such as homelessness, poor mental health or drugs and alcohol use.

In this key fundraising role, you will lead the development and management of relationships with trusts and foundations, securing funding for projects that make a real difference across Sheffield Children’s Hospital.
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the Charity and the Trust, you will identify new funding opportunities, develop compelling proposals and build strong partnerships with grant-making organisations. You will manage an established portfolio of supporters while cultivating new prospects, delivering excellent stewardship and impact reporting to secure long-term funding relationships and sustainable income growth.

We're looking for an experienced and innovative Senior Marketing Officer to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering audience-focused marketing campaigns that support Bible Society's mission. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you'll use audience insights, research and data to develop effective omnichannel marketing plans, create engaging customer journeys and ensure the right messages reach the right people at the right time.
The successful candidate will have significant marketing experience, with a strong understanding of audience segmentation, campaign planning and performance measurement. You'll be a proactive and creative communicator, confident managing multiple projects and working with a wide range of stakeholders. Experience of social media, influencer marketing and using data to optimise campaign performance will be highly valued.
