The Role:
Reporting to the Head of Philanthropy, the Philanthropy Manager is responsible for developing and managing individual giving revenue streams (inclusive of membership), alongside their own portfolio of higher-level supporters and legacy donors, working alongside the Head of Philanthropy to shape and implement the overall strategy. The Philanthropy Manager collaborates closely within the Philanthropy team, across the Development Department, and with colleagues in the Audiences Department to design and implement a cohesive, exceptional supporter experience for members and individual supporters of the Festival. The Philanthropy team is a close-knit team, thriving in a fast-paced environment, which requires flexibility, excellent organisation and time-management, and strong communication skills.
Performance Indicators and Deliverables
· A fundraising strategy for membership and individual giving (mid-level, online, US-based donors, and legacy) is delivered successfully and meets or exceeds annual income targets.
· Successfully engaging with donors and prospects in the Philanthropy Manager’s portfolio to move donors & prospects through the fundraising cycle, resulting in new, renewed, and upgraded giving.
· The Membership scheme and US giving scheme are managed appropriately, adhering to legal and regulatory requirements, monitored and reported on regularly, and are delivered in collaboration with colleagues across the organisation to ensure an exceptional and consistent donor experience.
· The Festival’s gift aid claim is submitted successfully each year, with underlying data and tracking mechanisms in place and audited regularly for accuracy.
· Prospects are identified proactively, organised and assigned strategically, engaged consistently, and moved through the fundraising cycle to ensure a healthy pipeline of future supporters.
· The Philanthropy Manager is abreast of wider fundraising trends, regulatory changes, and best-practice, and proactively shares and implements this across the Philanthropy team and Development Department.
· The Philanthropy Manager is viewed internally as a collaborative and knowledgeable colleague and contributes actively to organisational policies, culture, and projects.

With a strong track record of leading, developing, and managing high-performing teams, you will also be a skilled communicator, who is able to influence and engage a variety of audiences. Above all, you'll be passionate about rehoming, and have a commitment to the aims and objectives of Dogs Trust.

The Role
The Corporate Partnerships Officer is a pivotal role in the Museum’s Corporate Partnerships team, and is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop from their first fundraising role or transfer skills from a sales/agency background into Museum fundraising. Core hours of work will be 36 per week, Monday to Friday, between 9am-5pm, with an additional hour to be worked as agreed upon with management. About the Role

- Previous professional or lived experience supporting people who have experienced homelessness and other complex needs

This is an opportunity for an ambitious, experienced fundraising leader to shape and grow Ripple Effect's supporter income programme, lead a team of specialist fundraisers and play a pivotal role in delivering sustainable unrestricted income growth.
Reporting to the Head of Marcomms & Supporter Engagement, you'll lead the development and delivery of our individual giving and supporter engagement programme, playing a pivotal role in growing our supporter base and maximising supporter lifetime value. You'll be responsible for developing and delivering acquisition, retention and stewardship strategies across multiple income streams, ensuring supporters feel connected to the impact of their giving and inspired to continue their journey with us.
Using audience insight, data and innovation, you'll identify new opportunities for growth, optimise supporter journeys and improve campaign performance to deliver sustainable income growth. You'll lead and develop a high-performing team, manage income and expenditure budgets, and work collaboratively across fundraising, communications and programme teams to deliver ambitious targets.

You’ll act as a trusted adviser to managers across the full employee lifecycle, balancing strategic thinking with practical delivery. Key Responsibilities
Business Partnering
- Partner with managers to strengthen leadership capability, support effective decision-making and develop confident people management practices.
- Provide expert, balanced and pragmatic advice on employee relations matters including absence, performance, conduct, grievances, capability and organisational change.
- Advise managers on organisational and contractual change, helping them assess people implications, identify appropriate approaches and navigate consultation and change processes fairly and effectively.
- Coach and support managers to lead their teams through periods of change and uncertainty, ensuring effective communication and engagement
- Provide proactive coaching, advice and challenge across the employee lifecycle.
- Build manager capability by coaching leaders to identify and address people challenges early, preventing issues from escalating where possible.
- Support managers to build high-performing teams through effective recruitment, performance management, talent development and succession planning.
Organisational Development
- Lead and contribute to People projects and initiatives in response to organisational priorities, taking ownership from development through to implementation.
- Support the delivery of our talent and workforce priorities, including performance, development and succession planning.
- Partner with managers on workforce planning and organisational change, helping teams adapt as organisational needs evolve.
- Use insight, feedback and data to identify opportunities to strengthen organisational effectiveness and employee experience
People strategy and improvement
- Take ownership for reviewing and improving People policies, guidance and processes.
- Identify themes and trends from business partnering activity and translate these into practical improvements.
- Develop strategies that support effective, inclusive recruitment and retention
- Use insight and data to inform decisions and influence stakeholders
- Take ownership of and contribute to People Team priorities and projects, adapting focus as organisational needs evolve.
- Role model organisational values and act as an ambassador for the People Team

A little bit about you
Experience and Knowledge
- Previous experience operating in a People Partner, Senior HR Adviser role (or similar)
- Experience of independently advising managers across a broad range of employee relations matters, including complex cases.
- Experience partnering with managers across recruitment, workforce planning and/or talent management (desirable)
- Experience of working within a mission-led, or charity context (desirable)
- Demonstrable experience of using a coaching style with the ability to influence, challenge and build management capability
- Good knowledge of employment law and best practice with the ability apply policy proportionately whilst balancing organisational risk
- Experience advising and supporting managers through organisational and contractual change, including consultation processes
- CIPD qualified (desirable)

As our Project Support Officer (Drive Partnership), you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of one of the UK's leading programmes working with high-harm, high-risk perpetrators of domestic abuse. Through excellent coordination, administration and project support, you will help ensure that projects are delivered effectively, deadlines are met and teams have the information and systems they need to achieve safer outcomes for victims, survivors and their families.
Working closely with colleagues across The Drive Partnership, SafeLives, Respect, Social Finance, commissioners and delivery partners, you will provide essential support to the Project Management Office (PMO) and wider programme teams. You will help maintain project documentation, trackers, risk and action logs, coordinate meetings and reporting cycles, manage shared inbox enquiries and ensure key project information is accurate, organised and up to date. You will also support the development of effective project management processes and contribute to the smooth running of multiple workstreams across the programme.
We're looking for someone with strong organisational and administrative skills, excellent attention to detail and experience coordinating projects, meetings or team activities. You'll be confident managing competing priorities, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. You will be proactive, solution-focused and able to identify and escalate risks, issues or missing information appropriately. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint, are essential.
