Worcester Community Trust (WCT) is looking for a Wellbeing Services Lead Project Worker to coordinate and lead the day-to-day delivery of WCT’s Wellbeing projects; supporting individuals to improve their wellbeing, build confidence, and move closer to work, education, or training.

The Lead Project Worker will oversee and coordinate the staff team and volunteers, allocate referrals and assess workloads, ensure effective service delivery and maintain strong local operational partnerships to achieve high-quality outcomes for individuals who use the service.  They will also carry their own caseload.

• Coordiante and mentor the team and volunteers in their daily work.

We are looking for a part-time Membership Officer, who will be working alongside our existing part-time Membership Officer. Together, you will lead on administrative support of our membership functions. Reporting to our Operations Manager, the post holder will be responsible for the administrative functions that support the smooth running and ongoing success of the organisation around membership. This role will work Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and will work one day a week in our office in Archway, London (Tuesdays).

As our Fundraising Manager you will play a key part in the future success of Hindleap, with responsibility for ensuring we are meeting a minimum fundraising target of circa £250k. Working collaboratively with statutory, voluntary and specialist agencies, the role will help strengthen clients’ financial resilience, housing stability, employment rights and overall wellbeing through coordinated support.

Key duties and Responsibilities

1. Provide holistic advice, information and casework service to the general public on their rights and entitlements in a range of areas including welfare benefits, housing, employment, debt, consumer and family matters.
2. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of legislation, regulations, policies and practices relevant to the post including changes to the benefits system, housing legislation and employment legislation.
3. Use case management systems and Microsoft Office applications, for statistical recording, record keeping and document production. Ensure all work conforms to Toynbee Hall’s systems and procedures.
4. Refer clients on to colleagues or other agencies as appropriate for specialist help with major issues that fall outside the remit of the service.

Person Specification

1. Experience of Advice work

You will have an in-depth knowledge of welfare benefits and in addition, generalist level knowledge of at least 2 of the following areas: housing, employment, debt, consumer; family law.

3. Communication Skills

You have the ability to explain complex information clearly and succinctly using your excellent written and oral communication skills. You will be able to produce clear and detailed case records and draft letters in plain English. You will have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to respond sensitively to a diverse client group.

Bethlehem Care & Hospice Trust (BCHT) is a small UK charity supporting the development of specialist palliative and hospice care in Palestine. In August 2023, the service we support became the first licensed palliative care service in Palestine. Since then, its specialist nurses have cared for more than 350 patients and their families and delivered more than 5,000 home visits.

We now need to build the community of supporters who will help secure that service for the future. We are investing in professional fundraising for the first time and are looking for an enthusiastic, relationship-focused Community & Individual Giving Fundraiser to help grow our supporter base, develop community fundraising and increase regular giving.

The opportunity

This is a new role with considerable freedom to shape how BCHT develops community and individual giving. Working closely with Trustees, patrons, volunteers and existing supporters, you will initially focus on Yorkshire and northern England, where BCHT already has networks on which to build.

You will develop relationships with churches, schools, universities, Rotary clubs, community organisations, businesses and individual supporters; help people fundraise for BCHT; develop regular giving; and ensure that our supporters feel connected to the extraordinary work they make possible. You will also help us develop a more systematic approach to supporter communications, digital fundraising, stewardship and volunteer engagement.

This role could be for you if you have experience of community fundraising, individual giving, supporter engagement, marketing or relationship management; are an excellent communicator and natural relationship-builder; enjoy meeting people and are confident speaking to groups; can develop ideas and turn them into practical fundraising activity; can work independently; and want the opportunity to build something rather than simply inherit an established fundraising programme.

Experience of community or individual fundraising, regular giving, working with volunteers, CRM systems, or church, school or faith-community fundraising would be particularly valuable.

You will need to be based in Yorkshire and able and willing to travel regularly throughout the region.

Our three hospital charities fundraise so that Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust can go above and beyond for their patients. We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Campaign Manager who can tell the story of our impact to key audiences, enabling us to raise more money for Evelina London, Guy’s Cancer Centre and Guy’s and St Thomas’s.  

This role would suit someone who enjoys leading cross-functional teams to produce impactful integrated marketing, working across a broad portfolio to produce briefs, assets and campaigns that deliver brand, lead generation and income targets.   

Right now, we’re funding over 200 projects at Evelina London, Guy’s Cancer Centre and Guy’s and St Thomas’s, with a total value of around £60m. These projects are finding better ways to diagnose and treat cancers, to reduce A&E attendance and unnecessary suffering, and to help very poorly children manage their treatments – to name just three. Overall Purpose of the Role 

As the Senior Marketing Campaigns Manager, you’ll mastermind our integrated campaigns, enabling joint brand, lead generation and income activity that delivers more than the sum of its parts.  

You will make our integrated campaigns happen by: 

• Setting and delivering on the overall brief, including integrated campaign proposition brief 
• Working with Fundraising and Brand leads to set targets in their areas and agree content requirements 
• Working with Brand and Supporter Experience to define target audiences, actionable insights, and land comms plans  
• Working with channel and platform owners to unearth additional audience insights and agree paid, earned, owned and shared media plans 
• Devise comms planning tools, processes and mechanisms that enable decisions and delivery of multi-channel, multi-audience campaigns 
• Working with our storytelling function, funding and other teams to identify potential stories and ensure we represent funded projects and clinical outcomes accurately  
• Producing content briefs for in-house and freelance production 
• Overseeing content packs for platform, channel and product owners to self-serve 
• Overseeing campaign budgets and reporting frameworks 
• Enabling real-time campaign optimisation  
• Evaluating activity and making data-led recommendations for improvements and future investment.   

When workload allows, you may provide strategic marketing support on non-integrated campaigns. For those integrated campaigns supporting our fundraising for the transformation programme at Evelina London, you will work closely with PTC/CHP Comms Lead. For all other campaigns, you’re likely to find yourself leading a broad cross-function group of internal stakeholders including mass and high value fundraising, funding, digital and brand and supporter experience, and potentially working directly with the Comms team and clinicians at the Trust.  

You will line manage a Marketing Campaigns Officer and report to the Director.  

Key Responsibilities

Integrated campaign project planning, delivery and evaluation (approx. 75% of role) 

• With stakeholders, set metrics that help us hit annual channel, product and campaign targets 
• Produce briefs for integrated activity, including campaign propositions, target audiences, audience insight, case study and content requirements, that enable us to hit targets 
• Agree paid, earned, owned and shared media plans and ensure alignment with wider comms plans 
• Produce content briefs enabling impactful and cost-effective asset development 
• Overseeing content packs enabling platform, channel and product owners to self-serve impactful comms 
• Ensure campaign reporting enables real-time optimisation, additional content production where needed, and meaningful end of campaign evaluations, so we can improve for future.   

Strategic marketing support (approx. 15% of role) 

• Support fundraisers to write impactful briefs and propositions to enable effective delivery of non-integrated campaigns 
• Devise comms planning tools, processes and mechanisms that enable decisions and delivery of multi-channel, multi-audience campaigns  

Team Management(approx. 10% of role) 

• Linemanagement of1x Marketing Campaigns Officer, ensuringstrong performanceagainst objectives 

Work environment 

 The post holder should expect to: 

• Work in a hot desk environment,at leasttwodays a week ineithertheCharity’soffice, a hospital or with an NHS Trust comms team 
• Will occasionally be required to attend events in the evening and at weekends.
