As a Team Leader, you will manage a team of support workers to successfully enable the people we support to lead a fulfilled and meaningful life within their home and as part of the wider, local community, and lead the staff team by promoting and practicing the values of CVT.
You will hold a minimum of Level 3 NVQ/ QCF (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care, and will have worked in a health and social care setting for a minimum of two years, preferably with people who have a learning disability and/ or autism, and has experience of managing a staff team. A driving licence would be useful as the community can be difficult to access by public transport.

Location: The role is based at Oaklands Park, a 150-acre rural community situated near Newnham on Severn on the edge of the Forest of Dean. We offer opportunities for adults with learning disabilities and other support needs, who live and work within a beautiful location, where their contributions to the life of our community are valued. Our estate offers an eight-acre garden, wood workshop and a weavery/ craft workshop.
Hours: 2 roles available, 1 x 30 hours per week and 1 x 37.5 hours per week, generally Mon - Fri days, but we are flexible.
Salary: £25,740 - £29,367 FTE, dependent on skills and experience pro rata for part-time.

Main responsibilities
- Supervise, direct and guide the staff team in a way that will enable the people we support to have the best quality of life possible.
- Ensure the health, safety, development and happiness of the people we support is paramount at all times.
- Ensure there are monthly team meetings, quarterly supervisions, twice yearly medication competencies and observations of practice along with a yearly annual review.
- Complete the induction of new staff within the service and support them through their probationary period.
- Undertake any other duties which are consistent with this post, as directed by line management.

The Refuge & Accommodation Services Senior Caseworker supports the Refuge & Accommodation Services Manager in the operational delivery of LBWP's refuge and dispersed accommodation services.
The postholder provides first-line line management, supervision and practice leadership to Refuge & Accommodation Caseworkers and Child Specialists, ensuring women and children receive high-quality, trauma-informed and culturally responsive support.
Alongside managing a team of Caseworkers, the postholder may hold a reduced caseload of women with more complex support needs, oversee day-to-day operational issues, monitor the quality of casework and safeguarding practice, and support the Manager to ensure accommodation services are safe, effective and meet organisational and contractual standards. About the role
As a Housing Procurement Officer, you will help people experiencing homelessness find safe, suitable and affordable homes across London’s private and social rented sectors. We are recruiting one full-time officer for each of our London service centres, known as Skylights, in Brent, Croydon and Tower Hamlets. You will build relationships with landlords, source good-quality accommodation and work with each person we support, known at Crisis as a member, to understand their housing needs, preferences, affordability and circumstances. You will ensure housing options are clearly explained and that members have meaningful choice and control wherever possible.
You will work Collaboratively with members, Coaches, landlords and Housing Procurement Officers across the other London Skylights to make suitable housing matches, resolve concerns and address risks to tenancies early. You will take a bold approach to opening new routes into housing, pursue Impactful outcomes that last and work in an Equitable way that protects each person’s dignity and independence. The role involves frequent travel across London. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required, with time off in lieu.
About you
- Strong knowledge of London’s rental market, landlord and tenant law, and welfare benefits affecting housing access and affordability.
- Experience of sourcing and procuring properties, allocating and letting homes, and supporting people to sustain their tenancies.
- A clear understanding of the barriers faced by people moving out of homelessness, with experience of finding housing that reflects individual needs, preferences and circumstances.
- The ability to build productive relationships with social and private landlords and use negotiation, mediation and influencing skills when people have different priorities.

This Debt Advice Case Manager role combines both technical and pastoral elements. Role overview:
As the National Services Practice and Development Manager, you will provide operational leadership for the effective delivery of the National Stalking Helpline and National Advocacy Service. This includes managing a dedicated team of advocates, sessional staff, and volunteers, while ensuring a high standard of service delivery that prioritises victim safety, empowerment and support.
You will play a key role in overseeing data management and reporting, developing and delivering training, and acting as a subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders. You will also support cross-functional collaboration with commercial and policy teams, contribute to strategic initiatives, and maintain compliance with safeguarding and data protection standards.
