About the role
The Public Fundraising Manager (Stewardship and Retention) is responsible for leading public fundraising programmes across retention campaigns, newsletters, community and events, legacy and in-memory giving. The postholder shapes and delivers multi-year supporter retention and growth strategies and budgets, ensuring sustainable income and engagement through cross selling of fundraising products. They provide expert advice on donor stewardship, manage complex workflows across multiple channels, provide expert advice on data management, analysis and reporting and ensure service quality and compliance with fundraising regulations.
Operating as a key Manager within Public Fundraising, the role balances stewardship with innovation, maximising lifetime supporter value and amplifying positive narratives about refugees.

This is a vital, high-impact and visible role at the heart of our fundraising strategy, ideal for someone who combines creativity and commercial flair with a track record of securing transformational strategic partnerships.
The New Business Manager sits within the charity's Corporate New Business team of four, who work alongside the Partnership management team of seven.
Recent successes for the team include securing multiyear strategic partnerships with Nationwide (£3m p.a), Card Factory Foundation (£500k p.a), Citibank (£190k pa.) and Newsquest (£4m of strategic pro bono).
The post holder will be responsible for securing strategic new partnerships with a focus on those worth £100k - £1m. You'll also support the Senior New Business Manager on £1m+ partnerships. Role Description

The Media and Communications Manager, reporting into the Head of Communications, is responsible for the creation and delivery of PAGB's external, member and internal communications, overseeing media relations and the PAGB brand.
Overall accountability

This is an opportunity to join Refuge as Service Manager for the Eastern European Outreach Service. This vital role offers the chance to lead a dedicated team of Independent Gender Violence Advocates (IGVAs) in delivering high-quality support to women and children affected by domestic abuse.
This role is part of a job share which will lead our Eastern European Outreach Service, covering five boroughs across East and West London. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role for someone passionate about supporting women and children affected by domestic abuse and other forms of gender-based violence. Together with your colleague (another Service Manager) you will play a key role in ensuring that reporting requirements and service outcomes are consistently met, maintaining Refuge’s high standards and fulfilling contractual and funding obligations.
As Service Manager, you will oversee the delivery and development of high-quality outreach services tailored to the needs of Eastern European communities. This includes recognising and addressing the specific barriers these communities face in accessing support. You will provide line management to outreach staff, including supervision on complex and high-risk cases, and ensure operational emergencies are managed effectively.
You will lead on multi-agency collaboration, working closely with stakeholders to ensure a coordinated and trauma-informed response for survivors. The role requires strong experience in casework management, staff supervision, and direct support to vulnerable individuals. A solid understanding of domestic abuse, gender-based violence, and its impact is essential, along with knowledge of relevant legislation including Criminal and Civil law, Housing, and Health & Safety.
For this role, it is essential for candidates to be proficient in one or more Eastern European languages. We particularly encourage applications from Romanian, Lithuanian or Polish speaking candidates.

Spoons is a charity dedicated to supporting families through neonatal care. Their sole aim is to facilitate a community where families who have experienced neonatal care, can come together and feel safe in sharing their experiences and supporting one another. The Role
The Fundraising Manager will lead on the delivery of a sustainable and diverse fundraising strategy. The main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and delivering a fundraising strategy and annual income plan.
- Growing sustainable income across all fundraising streams, predominantly Community, Individual Giving and Events.
- Building, nurturing and stewarding supporter relationships.
- Storytelling and communicating impact via social media, digital campaigns, supporter communications and community fundraising materials.
The Person
We are looking for a self-motivated, ambitious individual with a proven track record of delivering income from individual giving and community and events fundraising. The person should also have knowledge of other fundraising income streams. Additionally, you should have an understanding of fundraising regulations, GDPR, and a keenness to keep abreast of fundraising best practice.
Perhaps most importantly, you should be excellent at building relationships with a variety of stakeholders. You must be organised, driven and resilient, and able to multitask effectively in this varied and interesting role. We are also looking for candidates who are creative with the ability to write compelling communications including social content, campaigns and proposals.
